Choosing to learn holistic freediving with Erin and her team of instructors at OneBreath is one of the best decisions i've ever made. I loved the holistic approach, combining mindfulness meditation, yoga techniques, neuroscience, history, and more. I feel like. learnt so much about relaxation and maintaining control of my thoughts -- skills that have significantly improved my life on the surface. I met the most wonderful people and made lifelong friendships at One Breath. This is absolutely the best place to learn freediving.

We were lucky enough to get our first introduction into free-diving with Erin as our instructor. The classroom lessons especially on breathing techniques and relaxation gave everything to meet the challenges of first time diving into the open waters. Challenging, exciting and rewarding. Thank you, Erin! ♥️♥️♥️

Embarking on my freediving journey as a novice with Erin at One Breath Utila was an immeasurable lifetime experience. Erin's masterful understanding of freediving, clear strength in teaching and passion for movement coaching are a rare full package which as a whole turned what could have been an intimidating experience into an accessible and enriching journey. As a beginner, her integrated approach, incorporating meditation, neuroscience, and relaxation strategies, made the learning process both comprehensive and enjoyable. Witnessing Erin coach more advanced students highlighted her depth of expertise and ability to tailor instruction to diverse skill levels. Erin's commitment to safety as well as her clam and steadily botany demeanor created an environment perfect for me to explore my curiosity about the sport in a supportive environment. I am grateful for my time working with Erin and cannot recommend training with her enough.

I did first level of Freediving with one breath and I enjoyed it so much that I decided to do the Advanced as well. Erin and Luke are fantastic instructors who really helped me exceed my perceived limits in a very calm and safe manner. They helped me with much more than holding my breath and technique, and at the end of the week I spent with them I felt much more relaxed, focused and better mentally. Planning to return to dive more with them and maybe do my Masters!

Erin is such a wonderful, kind, competent and patient teacher. We were brand new to free diving and this was such a fun, challenging and rewarding experience. I would highly recommend a course with Erin to anyone coming to Utila who is looking to have a new experience in the water.

Intended to stay 4 days on Utila so signed up for the beginner Molchanov’s course with One breath after a recommendation from a friend. I had such a great experience with Erin as my instructor, I always felt safe even when pushing myself. The teaching was excellent and the general vibe was super chilled at the school (plus you get free yoga sessions during the course). Ended up staying an extra 5 days to do the advanced course straight after as it get pretty addictive!

Just completed the most amazing holistic free diving course with the most incredible instructors! The experience was truly life-changing. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to explore the depths of the ocean while connecting with their inner self. Thank you Erin and Luke! ❤️

It took me two years to decide to attend a freediving course, but I was in the right place at the right time. I couldn't have imagined it any better. You can tell immediately that she loves her job and freediving and shares this with her clients. Throughout the course we always had a good atmosphere in the group and had fun. I can hardly wait to start the next course as soon as I have trained more.
