Me
and
fiance
and
two
friends
and
their
baby
stayed
there
for
our
upcoming
wedding,
back
in
May.
We
got
there
late
at
night
after
traveling
for
16
hrs,
hoping
to
get
in
the
shower
and
relax,
my
friend’s
room’s
faucet
wasn’t
working,
no
hot
water
and
our
room
could’ve
been
A
LOT
cleaner!
We
went
to
reception
desk,
and
ask
for
a
new
room
for
our
friends,
which
the
receptionist
denied
us
at
the
beginning
assuring
us
the
faucet
will
be
fix
in
the
am
(mindyou
they
were
traveling
with
a
baby!)
and
of
course
did
want
to
stay
in
that
room!
after
almost
AN
HOUR
going
back
and
forth
and
after
I’ve
threatened
to
cancel
all
reservations,
he
decided
to
finally
give
my
friends
another
room!
We
talked
next
day
with
the
manager,
who
didn’t
eve
bother
to
apologized
or
talk
to
us
about
it,
we
had
to
chase
him
around
to
talk
to
him,
we
asked
for
at
least
a
concession
for
the
whole
room
fiasco,
but
he
never
got
back
to
us,
at
the
end
of
our
stay
(8days)I
saw
him
outside
and
asked,
he
said
“the
best
he
could
do
is
50%
off
our
next
stay”🙄🙄🙄
like
if
we
are
going
to
be
coming
back
to
that
place.
The
day
shift
receptionists,
the
guy
who
assits
guests
and
the
bar,
very
nive
people,
this
why
I
gave
two
stars.
AND,
still
waiting
for
my
lunch
refund🤬,
I’ve
invited
a
family
member
for
lunch
there
but
couldn’t
make
it,
they
said
would
reimburse
me,
but
nothing!
There’s
nobody
to
talk
to
since
the
don’t
answer
their
phone,
or
wassap
messages
🙄
so
I
guess
is
my
loss
😡
