    I've been jammed in their system for 9 months for a C&P exam on a disability claim. 9 months the VA has been requesting more information from the doctor so they can process my claim. I have heard from their employees that this should have been closed out and to the VA in 21 from the time I was examined by the doctor. 9 months later, the VA still cannot move forward, because this company has failed to get the doctor to provide the proper information to the VA. If you have a claim processed by this company, I wish you the best of luck. You're going to need it, and then some.

    Garbage company Have to travel to Wisconsin from Illinois for every appointment, in doing this I have to take if not a full day off, most of the day off work. I have no choice because I am in the Army reserves. I have to do yearly medical appointments through this company. Update: 9/28/22 The company has gotten even worse. If the Army reserves want to have better medical readiness, then they have to get rid of this company. There has to be government fraud, waste, and abuse of money with this organization. I would recommend more and better oversite or replace LHI all together!

    This company is a third-party VA outsource company that does compensation and pension examinations on disable veterans. I had a compensation and pension examination on February 15 or May lower back pain/herniated disc that I’ve had for 32 years and it started while in the military. The nurse practitioner that saw me in Memphis Tennessee only Examined me for less than five minutes and my claim for VA benefits was denied. This company is all about making money and getting veterans in as quickly as possible without giving them the proper examination. If you wonder why this company has a low rating is because they deserve a low rating and I’m not the only one that gave them a low rating. If there was zero stars I would give them a zero because they feel veterans. Their contract need to be revoked.

    This company is a utter waste of tax payer money. Their on boarding system sounds like it was setup by spam callers out of Mumbai. Their agents are poorly trained, don't care about anything past getting the caller off the phone, and love rattling off pre-scripted lines when asked any questions. Lets not forget to mention the classic side stepping when asking for a supervisor. I will be contacting the VA regional office, and my local congressman. Hopefully this feedback will get our veterans and service members better care!

    Possibly the worst company I've ever dealt with. I've been getting the run around for over 17 months for them to provide simple treatment for sleep apnea. I've jumped through every hoop they've requested from providing additional medical documentation, to taking an additional sleep study. They acknowledge that I'm certified and that I qualify for treatment, but I'm still waiting. No kidding I'm certified, I've been under treatment for almost twenty years. The contract for LHI that services me ends very soon. I've been told by a case worker that they're just stringing so they won't have to cover costs associated with my treatment. In my opinion, they're actions are borderline criminal !!!!!!!

    These people are the absolute worst!! They do not care to help you at all!!! Ive been getting the run around with them for the entire time since the VA sent them my package. They are completely incompetent!!

    LHI did my C&P exam in Ga when I live at on 02/06/21. The VA didn't think that the physician that completed the exam gave a clear opinion and asked for clarification. They instructed LHI to get her to fix the document. Instead of following the instructions of the VA, LHI asked a nurse in TX to give a medical opinion based on the exam the the physician completed. When I found out that LHI was doing this, I explained the instructions of the VA to them multiple times so that they would send it to the same physician. I called and talked to multiple people for months as an attempt to get them to follow the instructions. I even emailed the CEO and other top people in the company. They refused to listed and on 04/26/21, they still sent it to another provider. I called the VA on 05/18/21 to check the status of my claim and was informed that my claim was sent back to gathering of evidence due to not having an opinion of m examiner. The rep stated that LHI did not follow the instructions and my exam needed to still be

    FAYETTEVILLE NORTH CAROLINA BRANCH HORRIBLE PLACE: The provider, Sembly NP performed a substandard evaluation, did not perform a proper physical exam on me for my VA Claim. She only asked what meds I was on and how long I had the issue. I have filed a complaint with the WHITE HOUSE VA people, as well as have spoken to my CONGRESSMAN about this.....I also am going to file a complaint with the board of nursing once I get the chart back if she charted stuff that was in fact not done I RECOMMEND THAT EVERY SINGLE VETERAN WHO HAS BEEN SEEN BY THIS AGENCY FILE A GRIEVENCE THRU THE WHITE HOUSE VA OFFICE, and YOUR CONGRESSMAN

    I have had nothing but good experiences with LHI. I recently separated from the military and received all my disability evaluations through LHI. My examination was very thorough, the Physician Assistant was excellent, and I've had no problems getting my questions answered. I am very surprised to see the many low ratings/reviews. I wish my military medical care was even half as good as what I've received from LHI. I am in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia, so maybe its a locational thing. I am very satisfied.

    Very impressed with my experience. I applied for a hearing/tititnus (sp?) evaluation which was quickly set-up and completed. Probably shortest wait time I've ever had in a clinic (which I know is not be typical). Very through exam. They sent a travel reimbursement within 2 weeks--which I did not request or seek. I was impressed with the proficiency of this organization.

    Horrible VA contractor. Their phones and websites do not perform the functions intended by the VA to support veterans. Changing the name to Optum Serve did not make the service any better. In fact, they provide a disservice.

    It took this company almost an entire year to mail a travel check even after calling several months apart to have it sent. Terrible customer service and our veterans deserve better. Would leave no stars if able.

    They have cancelled my appointment three times now without any reason given. The original appointment was scheduled for August and now they are telling me I have to wait for November's schedule to come out. In the same breath they tell me I can only reschedule once on my end, I wish they held themselves to the same standard.
