Looked good but wings are pathetic don’t even have sauce on them! I recommend checking the box before you leave unlike me. And the breadsticks were hard… won’t be eating here again not worth $45 maybe $20 at most.. gross 🤢

If you what Pizza Hut just go pick it up for yourself. This location using door dash. Part of my order was missing. I called the store and they told me they use door dash and that I would have to call to them. They couldn’t do anything about it. The store did credited the missing party back to my cc but I wanted that part of my order. Manager told me I could drive up there and get it. That’s why they receive one star instead of zero on this review. I called door dash. Rep told me she was going to call the store to verify. After ten mins on hold, she comes back on to say she was unable to get a hold of the store. This store is a joke…wings were good

Don’t ever order from here she are slow there staff is rude they won’t help you. If you order online it is delivered by Grubhub. They’re super slow. I ordered at 4 PM and it showed a delivery time of 435. I didn’t receive my order until almost 530. I called them to cancel the order and they told me it was too late that the GrubHub deliverer Had already picked up the pizza however, on the app it showed that he was still at the location and when I called Pizza Hut They told me that they couldn’t do anything on their end that I had to call Grubhub when I called Grubhub. They told me that I had to call Pizza Hut so ultimately, I couldn’t get a refund or cancel my order because both of them lie my pizza was cold and it took an hour and a half to get one small pizza.

My experience with this place is choose another job, the general manager is a loose cannon. She asked me if I would be OK for 20 minutes so she can go to the bar game on and I said that would be fine. An hour later she finally comes back and starts yelling at me and the only cook she left there on a Friday while the store was busy. Not the first second or third time this has happened. Everyone else is going to be quitting soon as well.

Pizzas were not fully cooked and didn't have what was ordered online. No compensation was offered for waiting over 30 minutes. I still Love Pizza hut and they were extra busy, so I'll give them another try & hope for the best.

Order was made quick, but overcooked. Second time ordering from here and won't be back. Pizza hut is not what it used to be.

The food was amazing, but when picking up an order, I had to stand there a while before someone helped me. There was no one at the counter, and when you're in a hurry, it's horrible to have to sit and wait for someone to help you.

The pizza was ready when promised and tasted great. My only issue was their beverage inventory. Don't trust what is supposed to be in stock online. I asked for the 2 liter to be taken off the ticket, but they couldn't honor the request. Most likely, this was because it was part of a combo deal. I'm not ordering Pizza Hut for the soda anyway. Also, it's disappointing that they don't deliver info our neighborhood, which is less than 5 miles from their location. Not a big deal, but sometimes you do like that extra option. Their parking lot is small too, so keep that into consideration during peak times. However, they seemed to be very efficient, which definitely helps with the lack of parking.
