Red Robin's house salad and garlic fries are AWESOMEEE!

Abraham our server was Great, however the wait time was not so great! Definitely something should be done about it, expansion, more hirings, faster cooks are a few ideas. Please help us customers out!😢

Really good service by Herb, ordered the guacamole Burger and it was delicious. Cool light concept. Our server, Ellen, on today's visit was excellent as always. Ellen made sure our orders arrived as requested and not as provided on the menu. The extra effort was very much appreciated.

It is a good place to eat. It was 4 of us at 6:30 pm on a Saturday night. They restaurant was not as crowded as I thought it would be, especially at dinner time. I didn't take any pictures of our food, I was going to, but we were too hungry and totally forgot about that lol. The entrance was a bit dirty, more than usual for a restaurant, maybe they were really busy before we got there. We checked in, 15 minutes later we were called to our table, as we were directed to our table we noticed that our table was not ready, it was still dirty from the last party, so we had to wait in the middle of the aisle while the our host got some cleaning towels and cleaned our table. Service from our waiter was really good, checked up on us regularly, and our food came out quickly. 2 of us ordered the Royal Red Robin Burger with garlic seasoned fries... it was so good. I really enjoyed it. And they were bottomless fries, delicious!! Muy daughter just had a freckled lemonade, which was also a bottomless drink. No complaints about our food or service.

I was there today. Wasn't happy with server. He had a sour personality. Did smile. Didn't no anything about alcohol. Didn't bring another drink. Order some cookies they were cold. What is going on!

8/3/23 Once we walked in they greeted us and sat us down right away .We loved the service Sofia gave us . She was constantly checking up on us ,even if the manager (not wearing a Red Robin uniform) , so I’m pretty sure she was higher up kept sending her to do things. The “Manager” did keep gossiping with another worker the whole time we were there. I’m pretty sure she had enough workers to ask to do things then just our waitress . It’s sad that as customers we were able to notice all that in about just 1 hour. Besides that the food came out quick! I would recommend their buzz wings and towering of onion rings they were delicious!

Lots of kids. 😸 I had the bacon cheeseburger, medium. It was perfect, and the endless fries are a treat. I thought about pitching a tent and surviving on steak fries through the weekend, but I didn't have a tent with me. I would definitely go again... And bring my tent.

We were pleasantly surprised how good our meals were. They were fresh, hot and good tasting. I had the Royal Red Robin Burger with sweet potato fries.

Too smelly of a restaurant. It is necessary to clean the tables well and to maintain highgine. We were two people asking for a table, and the servant took us there, and one lady just cleaned the table with white cloths, and they requested us to sit in damp seats( Tavel not even clean with liquid just wipe with towel) , which was horrible 🤮.

I had a meeting go bust nearby, so I thought I'd take the opportunity to grab a late lunch. I know I can always depend on Red Robin for a tasty burger. I tried a different burger from my usual and it was, of course, delicious. I had one fill-up of fries and they were hot and crispy. The service was great and immediate and the server friendly. The place was clean; the only reason it gets 4-stars is because...well, it's a franchise and they are all so similar or the same, it's near impossible to distinguish one location from the other. But this is in no way a knock on my enjoyment of going to this restaurant.

This restaurant was somewhat uncooperative with our family. They gave our kids adult size drinks, and told us that they would not include them with the kids meals since they are adult-sized drinks. They also would not work at all to let me substitute cheese on a burger (which i am allergic to) for some mushrooms or something of equal value. I would just like some flexibility and humanity in a restaurant. This place is a robotic corporate chain. Also overcooked the burgers. Good fries tho

Absolutely horrible. Understaffed and overflowing with customers. Told the wait would be 35 minutes, took almost an hour to be seated and then another hour for food. Surly wait staff that couldn't even deliver appetizers without speaking to a manager to get them sent out and when they did they literally threw them on the table. The whole table had ordered fries with their meal of which there were maybe 8-10 fries in each basket. I've gotten better quality and service at jack in the box. Will NOT return here.

Red Robin is always a family favorite. Food was quick and good. Service surprisingly seemed better then before covid.

Revised review 11/8/22 evening Decided to give the place another chance same evening since RR chain is my favorite restaurant. I usually dine at the Cypress location. Walked in and still no one at front to greet. Walked into the bar and asked Ellen if I can sit anywhere. She was very courteous and explained that the person usually at the front was busy dealing with Take-out orders. Ordered the Whiskey River burger. Ellen was attentive and asked if I like any refills or anything else. 11/8/22 Walked in today at 11:48 am waited at front for several minutes no one there to greet. Also a server at bar did not notice me waiting. Walked out decided to eat at Habit across the street.

During these times when restaurants are short staffed, this Red Robins restaurant did an excellent job of catering the customers. Food was excellent, the variety getting better and the wait time was short after ordering.

The waitress we had was amazing and the food was so good my only complaint would be that I paid extra for garlic fries and it looked like they counted 3 pieces of cheese and 3 pieces garlic and threw them on top of 6 fries

Been here twice and service has been great. The staff does a great job with service. We were seated right away and got our beverages and food in about 15 minutes. They have all tables shaded on the patio and they make sure to clean each table before seating you. They also have temporarily lowered some of their prices. Great job Red Robin!

Because I was not in the mood to eat huge burgers, I chose to order 2 cheeseburgers. Total price was around $15.40, which is a reasonable price. I ordered the two burgers and requested grilled chicken on both burgers, but they gave me two cheeseburgers WITH BEEF PATTIES instead of the grilled chicken that I requested.

Overpriced burgers, and very rude staff. My waitress asked me if I wanted my fries refilled. I said yes. I never saw her again (so, no fries refill). A bunch of employees walked past me in a hurry, and no one checked up on us. I had to take my cup to a waitress station just to get a soft drink refill. The burgers weren't even that good. My friend seemed to have an ok dinner, so not slamming this place too hard. It was clean with clean bathrooms. But I'll never eat there again.

We went to RR yesterday 4/12…the food was ok but the garlic fries were the worse. They Were saturated in so much oil they were limp and soft and cold. I will never go back there again this isn’t the first time I’ve had this experience at red Robin and for the price that we paid for a hamburger pizza pretzel bites and two drinks $53 was definitely not worth it I give them a one star…By the way the fries you see down below in the photo I had to re-do them in my air fryer and they still were soggy it was horrible
