Hotel is just perfect for skiing trip. Simple, elegant and tasteful. Very clean and well maintained. Staff in reception and the restaurant are extraordinarily accommodating and helpful. Food is largely mountain fare, (bit like the Tyrol) but there's a good sprinkling of fish and seafood. Food is freshly prepared, portions are massive and quality is exceptional. Great with children, understand why it's often booked up, lots of repeat guests.

I love this hotel. Staff friendly, comfortable rooms and good food for breakfast and dinner. It's a must stay hotel if you are in Andorra. For me it's a pleasure to stay here.

A very interesting hotel. Firstly, excellently positioned 5 mins walk from the main cable car in Arinsal. The rooms were comfortable and spacious enough and generally fairly clean. We are family of five and booked two rooms and requested adjoining door - which was provided, first time ever! The beds were comfy. The room was a little noisy as insulation from outside and other floors wasn't great, I took ear plugs and was mostly okay. The restaurant is quite special. A buffet starter and then waiter service main and desert (three choices for each). The buffet selection is very good and included quite filling things like lasagne and spaghetti Bolognese, as well as salad etc. The mains weren't really things we would normally eat, but they are all home cooked and prepared to an incredibly high standard. Deserts were excellent, as was breakfast. My only suggestion would be a kids menu with choices more suited to their taste and smaller portions as we ended up wasting a lot of the kids food. Reception staff very helpful. We had to leave early before breakfast on the final day and a picnic bag for each of us was ready and waiting at reception. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. A very pleasant stay for our ski trip.

A great hotel for the price. Rooms cleaned Daily and Staff were always friendly and helpful. We stayed half board so had breakfast and dinner for 7 days and was always pretty good. They even had a packed lunch made for us when we departed at 5am to go home. A few mins walk from main Gondola and bars… what more could you want!

Friendly staff, excellent food and reasonable prices. The room is spacious and clean. There’s plenty of hot water and the bathroom is well equipped with a bidet, hair dryer and a massive bath.

Great room, exactly what you would expect for the price. The food was specially good. What made the stay great was the service: amazing maitre, incredibly helpful receptionist, and overall great people working for this hotel.

Bully’s and intimidating. From the 2nd day onwards we were refused bar service (including water)which is inhumane ! All because a guest complaint about us for walking home which has nothing to do with the hotel or proof it was us! We were treated like children even though we are adults in our 30’s who have collectively been regulars to arinsal for 15+ years! We were laughed at by the manager when we explained there was a very loud group speaking spanish outside and he completely refuted that while laughing in our face! They advertise on their website and on site that their bar is 24hr service which is completely false, half of our groups rooms were ice cold where one could even see her breath during the night! There is a man who serves breakfast and dinner who is extremely rude and unpleasant and screams at you for sitting down at a table and clearly hates his job ! DO NOT STAY HERE ! I have included a video taken from my room at 2am that they deny was other people and say was us!!

We stayed in Verdú over New Year (arriving on the 31st). All the staff were welcoming and very friendly. New Years Eve was a great celebration, fantastic six course dinner and plenty of Wine and cava to drink! As we has skiing lessons the next morning, we planned to get to bed before midnight, but that quickly went out of the window! It was our second time skiing in Andorra, first time staying in Verdú, and we loved it. We'll definitely be back!

We had the best room on the 4th floor with a balcony and amazing view. The food was very good with lots of variety. The staff was very friendly. We had extra coffee, tea and good wifi in the room. It was clean. Nearby there is a gondola and ski bus stop.

Half board (breakfast and dinner) for us was perfect, their rooms were okay. We came to terms with marketing images of the rooms may not be the ones anyone would get. Bathroom layout for Room 312 personally I found it to be awkward. Food at the restaurant was something we all look forward to, everyday. Choice of a fish, meat, or roast (maybe?) as main, and a selection of dessert I pick from. Soup to die for along with buffet style eat all you can as starter (salads included) ... all will leave you amply stuffed for the evening. The restaurant manager Nelo is a top guy! Multilingual, great sense of humour, playful as well as with kids... Staffs, in general, delivers to service! All in all, they made our ski holiday stay a memorable one.

Amazing stay. But if i need to highlight something, is the people there what makes it special. The restaurant staff was incredible, even though the hotel is a 3 star, they make it feel like a 5 star. We checked in late at night and the receptionist was very very friendly. I had the chance to meet the hotel owner, and it really was a pleasure. We will definitely come back.

Great value for what you pay! My main complain is with the strong smell in the rooms. After spending some time there you just get used to it.

Happy, well catered and tidy hotel Stayed here twice the the 18-19 season, both times were a pleasant experience. Rooms - the first room I shared with a friend, two single beds. The second time alone with a double, the beds were comfortable and clean, the singles were a little small for me, but then again I'm not. The double was plenty big enough. There's enough room for two people to move around and have Ski kit everywhere drying out, 2 lots of kit would surely be the limit however. The bathrooms were a reasonable size and I could fit into and enjoy a hot bath, a plus for sure. International TV on a decent flay screen TV, Tea & Coffee (I didn't partake), a telephone and a room safe (key/lock at an extra charge). Couple of small issues reported about the rooms reported at reception were corrected by the return in the afternoon. Food - Buffet breakfast in the morning, selection of fruit, yogurt, cereal, meats, eggs, toast, etc... you get the idea, something for the majority. Evening meal was a buffet starter and choice of 3 mains and 3 deserts, on the whole good food, cooked and presented well, I'm a fussy eater and I didn't go hungry. Drinks served to the table or available from a small'ish bar The Hotel - Mostly quiet, a little up the hill and away from the bars, once I got used to the sound of the stream I slept soundly most nights, the days activities usually helped a little. Check in and out was a breeze, there is a seating area just off reception, not sure what it's for but I kept seeing people in there staring at screens, draw your own conclusions. I understand there Ski storage, I didn't use it, think it's downstairs next to the garage ? They offered a free transfer to Arcalis area, in a mini bus. That was lovely, far better to the coach you'd normally have to fight to get on and back A+, there is a elevator to all floors. WIFI - Through-out, really good coverage, when people are awake and using, you can browse slowly, but other times it's quite responsive, I uploaded a few videos in the quieter hours. Surrounds - There's a stream, it runs past or near most of the hotels, you can hear it from the rooms that face it, as I said it didn't bother me after the first night. The closest bar (excluding the one downstairs) is 2 minutes down the hill with more another 1 to 4 minutes further. It get's steeper each night to walk back to the hotel, at least that's how it feels. Path's are limited, you will have to walk on the road I'd definitely stay here again!

Well this was our second holiday here, the first being over Christmas. We loved the place that much we decided to go back again. The staff are very friendly, amazingly helpful, and always on hand. The hotel is just what you need for a ski holiday, close to the gondolas, has great food in the restaurant where the restaurant staff were equally as happy and helpful, very professional and quick with their work. Being a family friendly resort the staff made you feel like part of their own family, and being our second trip, it was nice to be recognised as well. While the rooms were basic, that's not the reason you go on a ski holiday. There was plenty of room in both rooms we stayed in, they were always clean and warm. One thing I'd like to see more of is places to hang jackets and salloppets after a days skiing. Many thanks go out to all the team for making our holiday another wonderful experience

Excellent hotel with lovely friendly staff. Great views from the pool in a quiet area with good bars n restaurants nearby. Rooms were nice and beds comfortable, also with fabulous mountain views. It's even pet friendly n had loads of dogs checking in the last night we were there. I would absolutely return again
