Sorry but our stay was not nice. The restaurant and breakfast was good but the room was opening directly on the street with no noise isolation. The trafic on this road is important and i could hear cars throughout the night even with earplugs. The room itself was ok but road noise spoiled our stay. Also there was no hot water in the morning... Restaurant staff was very friendly, thank you to them. But there was no one dedicated to the room management so if restaurant is closed (like on wednesday), no one is here if needed.

While on vacation celebrating my 5th year anniversary, this is the first time I got a surprise from any hotel. Miguel, a really charismatic person, delighted me and my wife with a serenade for us. The dinner also included the great cooking skills of Marijose, and she was more than happy to tell me all the surprises they had prepared for us. Great little restaurant. We very much enjoyed our chicken and rabbit. The bruschetta was delicious. Kinda neat to watch vehicles drive through the courtyard to the parking area. Plus I cannot forget the excellent view of the sea and Puerto de la Cruz.

Very romantic experience. The apartment was nice, the view amazing and the food - soo good. Also the wine they served was just how we like it. I would say it's a perfect place for a weekend getaway, restaurant was very nicely decorated, there was a fireplace and a Christmas tree.

A real gem. We stayed here for 2 nights and had both breakfasts and dinner. All the food was excellent and there are beautiful indoor and outdoor areas to have meals. The terraces and garden are strikingly lovely and the views are stunning. We enjoyed a generous, warm welcome which completed our perfect stay.

We stayed there for 2 nights as it was a great place to quickly get to pico del teide (to start the hike early). Room was spacious and comfortable. We ate breakfast and dinner, great food but a bit on the pricy side. Still definitely worth a visit

I really enjoyed my stay here even if just for one night (road trip of the island) cos the room is huge and really clean,the view is stunning, but the cherry on top is the staff..the most kind at heart people I've ever met in my life. Absolutely lovely! Ps:the food is amazing too
