Stopped by this 24 hr Mc Donalda at 3:15 am to grab some coffee before work. To my surprise, the drive-thru was blocked off. I called the restaurant and politely asked, why are you closed? The response I was given was unprofessional and impolite. The person working told me they are working there alone and can not service the store, 🤨🥴🥴. I asked who I could speak with regarding getting her some help so that customers like myself can be served. She responded rudely and said she does not need to provide any information or the store manager's name. I felt compelled to exit my vehicle and knock on the door. I was greeted by another very rude employee which means the person on the phone was not alone in the restaurant. I was able to snap of picture of 3 employees working but clearly, the business was closed. Never again will I patronize this place of business.

Went to the drive through after 1am, ordered about $32 of food. The guy taking the order rushed me, and of course got my order wrong. And 1 of the large fries I got was only ½ full, and the other 2 where also cold and hard. I asked to return exchange them and girl handing the food to the girl that actually handed me my food gave me a look, they gave me a diet coke which I didn't order and the guy that had took my order would have known had he not rushed me with my order. They changed the diet coke, then gave me another fry that was full. But they too where cold and hard like they sat there for awhile. I asked to replace them, they replaced them with more cold fries, we've all been to McDonald's we know how fresh fries should be and how old fries are. I'm paying money not asking for a feebie, just my money's worth. This McDonald's staff was unprofessional I know its McDonald's, but customer service really counts. That location is always problematic, but they most likely get away with it because they are the only location that I know of in the La Palma area.

This was a very average McDonald's location and I would not really come here again unless it was my closest option. The food came out with the expected quality for a McDonald's which was great. The low rating comes from the really slow service times, even for a McDonald's. Additionally, I wouldn't say that the area around it is great and some individual came in and almost got into an altercation with the staff.

Check the plastic cups to avoid messes!! I get Strawberry-Banana Smoothies here (I've never had anything else). The last two times were *much* better. Before that, the smoothies were really inconsistent. I got one that was almost entirely ice. I'm not paying $4.23 for ice! The rest of the time, they were good, but had more ice than the last two. Big problem is that the drive-through crew often doesn't wipe the cups! Putting a sticky mess into a cup holder is not fun. Early on I had one cup that had a vertical slit in it, so the smoothie was seeping out everywhere as I was driving. I was able to deal with this by holding the cup on its side with the slit at the top, holding the lid to keep in on (fingers crossed that it didn't come off in a huge mess!), and driving. Now, a check every cup before I leave the window.

The service at this location is hit-or-miss. They seem a little disorganized. However, they get the order right 90% of the time, which is still considered unacceptable in my book.

This spot is open 24 HOURS.. the food is always fresh and the people that work here are so great. I’ve never had a problem with anything. Plus the ice cream machine works and they have ICEES too!! this is my favourite McDonald’s ❤️

It’s McDonald’s don’t expect 5* service I have had 2 bad experiences here at this location one time i waited about 15 minutes before I asked for someone to take my order and then this happened see pictures 🤦

Omg me and 20+ cars are stick in this drive-thru for at least 20 minutes. True. 12:14 am on a Saturday night. Can't wait to get to the window to ask WTH!?

The service here is absolutely dastardly. I politely requested a violet color milkshake which the average social media user will call the “Grimace milkshake.” I expected a fantastic berry flavor but they sorely disappointed. The gentleman who was taking my order made it an inconvenience and in the finale told me that they do not serve the “Grimace milkshake”. Horrible service and I will never come again.

Came back late from the airport after a long flight. Stopped at McDonald's to grab a quick bite. Amazing all the food was hot and tasty. The staff was friendly and efficient. This particular McD's is very sterile and clean, even having an attached play area.

Overall cleaner than other McDonald's, staffs are more professional and includes kids area, which is a nice separation from the main dining area. However, it's missing a refill fountain. Takes away the charm of trying different drinks.

McDonald's provides a solid 4-star experience with its convenient locations, efficient service, and familiar menu. The food is consistently tasty, and the value for money is notable. While the speed of service is generally good, occasional variations may occur. A focus on healthier menu options could enhance the overall experience. Nevertheless, McDonald's remains a reliable choice for quick and satisfying meals.

My review is for the Brian and the night shift staff at this location and NOT their manager Ginger. They all provide excellent service and are always friendly. I visit this location specifically somewhat regularly and not the one closer to my house just because the interaction with the staff is better and service is faster.

This is the only good Macdonald’s I’ve ever been to in socal. Most of them are dirty slow and crowded. The management here is good for the most part and I can get food and be back at the office in less than 30 min.

I have literally boycotted The McDonald's and Artesia that's the corner of Artesia and Pioneer they are so rude it's not even funny Literally I will never go there again I've lived in Cerritos for 20 Years Never again will I spend one penny there this McDonald's I have tried randomly 4 times and they are so professional and so nice Even the young people here get it Whoever is managing and hiring these people my hat tips off to you great job keep up the great work guys!!!

Literally wouldn't sell me a mccrispy at 10:28.... was really looking forward to it and can't wait because I have to go back to work..... sad. Dumb rule. Going somewhere else to eat. Won't come back here for a while and I live across the street

Their ice cream cones have gotten smaller. I've been to other locations with my mom and they are never the same size. This location is definitely on the smaller size for ice cream cones 🍦

Although always crowded in drive thru. It's always fast n fresh food! Been coming here for years.

I always order online, but they always have someone up front to help you. It's always busy when I arrive. But I just go in and out. Mobile app is awesome! You get points and get free stuff or stuff for half price. So far ordering from here has made my mornings great getting coffee and breakfast before work.

This McDonald's has always been okay. The staff could be a little more friendly in the Drive-Thru, but I understand the struggle. This location is actually farther from me but I prefer it more than a location that is closer to me. Update: I recently had a dine-in experience and it was very good. Staff was friendly and the restaurant was very clean. Food was brought to me to my table.

Don't be in a hurry when you go here cuz they are very slow. My fries were too cold to eat by the time I got my order from the drivethru. They did compensate me for my time with a free dessert the next time I came via a business card, but I would've rather had fries to eat yesterday instead of something I might not go back for in the future.

90% of the time, always missing order items!!!! It never fails!!! I don’t know why I always go back for convenience, only to be disappointed!!!! Employee in the counter supposedly double checked it too!!! It wasn’t even busy at the front counter!!!! I will not fall for it again!!! No more!!!!

The burger patties were so thin, they're not like how they used to be. The chicken sandwiches were very dry, not even any seasoning to them. The filet-o-fish was just so dry it almost tasted old and there was very little tartar sauce coupled with an annoyingly thin slice of cheese. Had multiple orders where they miss some items in them on separate occasions, wasn't just a one-time.

Went to the drive thru to order a couple milk shake on a warm Saturday afternoon. McDonald's are all very consistent, employees are friendly and helpful. Drive thru is usually busy at this location.

Scary place to visit. I don't advise eating in. Drive through OK. No problems there. Employees are overwhelmed. Prices have almost doubled. Paid $9.00 for a breakfast combo. Sad.

imagine eating chicken with just salt. or a sandwich that’s just bread. every food needs some kind of sauce or seasoning to top it off right? add some flavor! so imagine how devastated i felt when i opened my mcdonald’s bag to see that i had received no sauces in my bag when i deliberately requested ranch and sweet and sour sauce to pair with my meal. not only has this ruined my meal, but it has also ruined the rest of my day. i was excited to eat my mcdonald’s with the pure taste of the delectable sauces, but my dream is no longer a reality. i’m very disappointed to say this isn’t the only time it has happened to me. it’s happened a couple times in the past. it pains me when i must eat my nuggets plain, no dip! or my crispy chicken sandwich with nothing to dip it in. what will i dip my fries in?? how will i get through this meal without the sauces. please fix this and make sure you put sauces into all the orders that ask. don’t let another person’s day be ruined like mine. other than that the food was good bruh thanks lol
