Great hotel, very clean and confortable. Amazing staff willing to help at all times, and very good breakfast with an amazing view. Perfect for a break after traveling through Uyuni and other remote areas of Bolivia

Excellent hotel, very clean, helpful staff and a useful private taxi service. The rooms were large and with a superb view. The shower did have some issues with temperature control and the restaurant was a bit hit and miss with the food.

I stayed here for 7 nights in May 2022. The hotel is virtually faultless. Staff are extremely friendly. The quality of the rooms is superb, with great bathrooms. Probably the most outstanding element for me was the standards of cleanliness. The housekeeping and quality of bed linen / towels is up there with a five star hotel. Would definitely recommend.

This is a very good choice of a hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and well furnished. The restaurant at the top level is amazing. And the service is sharp but friendly. I must say we had a big problem with the hotel when we were there. But the response was so diligent, proactive and efficient that I can't give them anything but 5 stars. You can have problems in any hotel in the world. The response is what matters and they excelled!

Hot water in the rooms works with interruptions - either you are boiling water or ice water. The promise to bring the heater in 5 minutes ' - took them 40 minutes. We had a pair of panties of someone in our room at chechin! The restaurant on the 8th floor is a separate sadness. We took 40 minutes to order, the pasta was prepared 50 minutes. And pasta Bolognese herself, without the sauce of Bolognese... nightmare is simple!

We loved Mitru Express- the location can't be beaten! We had a spacious room for 2 with beautiful views and wonderful service and hospitality from the staff. Our room had all of the conveniences we could hope for and my wife loved the breakfast service every day! We will definitely plan a return stay on our next visit!

This place is great. Rooms are modern and clean, staff at desk is great. They will even make you up a basic sack breakfast if you have an early morning bus or flight to catch. Breakfast is excellent with good espresso on the top floor. This restaurant is very good for lunch and dinner as well. Views of the city are spectacular, the menu is superb, and food is presented like art. My wife and I were completely surprised.

Well-located, super clean, no noise, and very kind staff. Returning to La Paz, it will be my choice for sure.

Stay here if you can. Beautiful place, very updated rooms, rooftop dining area. Just incredibly worth the price.

THE BEST HOTEL IN LA PAZ! We’ve already stayed twice in this beautiful hotel and it never disappoints. The rooms are modern, clean and spacious. The breakfast has a decent selection. The staff is very professional and always ready to help even when we needed an early check in! The best part is the restaurant area, where you can get the best view of La Paz! Good money value!

Best value for money in 5 weeks Bolivia. 3rd Hotel in La Paz and by far the best. We had a very nice room on the top floor and it was great. Pictures on Booking are all correct. Staff is very friendly. Restaurant on the top floor with great view. Very good for drinks, food was so so.

Air condition not working, Heater not working!It takes 20min for the water to be acceptable to take a shower. It s like an old lady with new clothes. NO WAY!!!!DOES NOT WORTH THE PRICE!

Internet is unstable. Impossible to work in the room or have a whatapp call. Complained multiple times and they reset the system without any better results. Otherwise, good food, location and very nice staff that speak English

Wonderful hotel, stayed here 2 weeks and enjoyed it. 3 stars because: NO environmental awareness or consideration… 1) water is all in plastic 2) laundry doesn’t allow you to clarify which towels (and bath mats) don’t need washing — it all gets piled together. The management need to improve eco-friendly standards. Otherwise hotel is great: - nice rooms - English speaking staff - quick WhatsApp responses
