We were in Lake Titicaca and Isla del Sol. Our guide Álvaro with his driver Fernando took us very punctually, comfortable and Álvaro, very friendly, was attentive and explanatory.

It’s a very smooth service, but I must say that the quality of the buses on the bolivian side are much worse than the ones used with Peru Hop. The guide on the bus was very friendly though, and we arrived in time.

It was a really nice experience. The guide Álvaro is very friendly, punctual and attentive. The tour has the appropriate transportation for the tour and they pick you up and take you to the hostel. I loved.

The bus was always on time. The guides were really nice and ready to help. They gave us tips on what to do in La Paz.

First of all, i went personally to the office to change the date of my trip and to tell them that my pickup point was right besides their la paz office. The day of the trip i check my e-mail to discover that my pick-up point was on a hostel away from mine. On the hurry i left my charger on the hostel, so i made it known to the company whose response amounted to “enjoy your trip to cusco”. Yes, my friends, i am not kidding, THIS was their response. On the way to peru i needed to go to the bathroom but there was no water, so i talked to the guide who said that he would talk to the driver. 30 min after, i talked to the driver myself. His response: no water, “botella de água” (use a water bottle). Seriously. Don’t spend a cent on those guys and do a little bit of effort. It will pay up at the end. The only redeeming factor was that some of the guides were very professional and welcoming. Standing out like a sore thumb in this sad sea of incompetence which calls itself a company, sadly. They deserved better

Highly recommend this company. We did a 2-day trip to Lake Titicaca and Isla del Sol. The guide was incredibly knowledgable and spoke perfect English. He was always clear on where we needed to be and when. It felt like a professional company. The bus was also comfortable. The only thing is we booked the hostel through Bolivia Hop on Isla del Sol (Inka Pacha hostel) and the hostel didn't have hot water and very cold rooms (US$30 for a double room). I would recommend booking your own hostel. Otherwise, a fantastic company!

We took a day tour to Copacabana-Lake Titicaca and Isla del Sol. The tour was guided by Peter and he was really good and kind person. We had enough time in Cooacabana and then on the island, so much better than we originally expected. We enjoyed it a lot and would recommend to everyone.

Our compliments for the service from the office in la paz. vivianne and her colleague (I don't know her name), they spoke to us in English with all the patience and advice. We visited several times with questions and they were willing to think along. Thank you ladies, you are doing a great job!

Great trip, most entertaining due to such lovely young men directing procedures. Everything was well planned, even to the point where they dropped us to the front door of our hotel in La Paz. Fernando and Roberto made it pleasurable whilst Alex gave great direction for restaurants and dishes to order during our travels. Both bus drivers were every nice men. First time we’ve travelled through the night on a bus. Alex also introduced us to another company to do Uyuni with. It is going to be a lot more expensive but this is 8 to 9 hr trip commencing at 9:30pm. They do a good job and personally look after you

Timely, courteous, organized they seem to take care of their customers, they guided us from hotel in La Paz to Isla del Sol, to the Bolivian/ Peru boarder to our hotel in Puno, and would recommend them to anyone considering a vacation in this area

Its a great tour company and sister of Peru Hop - the staff are equally exceptional however the busses are for whatever reasons not as comfortable as Peru Hops (ie no toilets on board). Brilliant company though and still would highly recommend!

Reliable agency. Different tours. Especial thanks to our Bolivian guide Rodrigo from El Alto. He was very nice and attentive, told me lots of interesting things about Bolivian history and traditions.

Overpriced, our bus got broken on halfway to Copacabana (the driver repaired it within an hour but the condition of the vehicle was not in a good state on the first sight). The ride was uncomfortable and bumpy. Our guide was good, though. If you just want to travel from one point to another, choose a different company.

The trip to Lake Titicaca was simply amazing, the people were all really nice and helpful! The island and the surrounding area simply have to be seen to be believed. On our way back we unfortunately had the problem that the highway had broken down due to the rain and the Guits had to quickly find an alternative route! You can't influence Mother Nature...but everything went smoothly. We arrived at our hotel a little late, but that was irrelevant! Many thanks to Pete and his team! Personally, I can recommend everyone to take this tour once
