Update.
They
are
still
calling
me
in
the
middle
of
the
night
to
schedule
an
appointment
a
week
after
I
asked
them
to
remove
me
from
their
client
list.
I
saw
Tanya
yesterday
for
a
pelvic
floor
therapy
appointment.
She
did
not
listen
to
me,
often
interrupting
me
when
I
spoke
about
what
was
going
on
with
me.
We
talked
more
about
her
recent
laser
facial
treatment
than
my
case.
We
only
had
a
few
minutes
for
the
actual
physical
exploration,
and
when
she
was
checking
around
my
abdominal
area,
she
was
going
on
and
on
about
her
laser
facial
therapy.
I
kept
telling
her
how
I
was
feeling,
and
she
just
wanted
to
talk
about
winter
sports.
I
really
didn't
feel
cared
for.
When
it
came
time
for
the
internal
exam,
I
realized
she
had
long
(
I
mean
really
long
)
fingernails.
The
internal
exam
is
done
digitally,
and
her
long
nails
did
not
put
me
at
ease.
I
was
telling
her
during
the
internal
exam
what
areas
were
more
tense
and
she
would
go
back
to
talking
about
herself.
She
also
did
not
save
enough
time
to
check
all
the
areas
I
told
her
about
because
she
didn't
budget
her
time
correctly.
The
exam
ended
abruptly
and
I
was
rushed
to
get
my
clothes
back
on
and
leave
the
room
as
fast
as
possible
so
she
could
hand
the
room
over
to
her
colleague.
She
cursed
as
we
left
the
room.
Overall,
I
would
say
that
she
and
I
really
do
not
fit
well
together.
There
were
other
things
about
the
appointment
that
didn't
click,
but
I
think
those
are
more
personal
to
my
situation
and
not
necessarily
her
fault.
Now
for
the
clinic
itself.
The
format
for
this
clinic
is
to
schedule
appointments
for
every
two
weeks
in
advance.
They
will
only
set
you
up
for
four
or
five
appointments,
after
that
they
just
fit
you
in
if
they
can.
They
keep
your
credit
card
on
file
(
and
need
the
number
to
secure
your
appointment).
When
I
called
just
now
to
cancel
all
appointments
and
requested
they
delete
my
credit
card
number,
they
said
they
are
unable
to,
that
they
will
have
my
credit
card
info
until
my
card
expires.
And
getting
in
touch
with
them
is
very
complicated.
They
will
call
and
send
emails
with
partial
information
and
then
when
you
try
to
call
them
back,
the
line
is
busy.
I
had
requested
service
in
English,
and
for
the
most
part
they
were
accommodating
except
for
a
few
times.
It's
not
a
huge
deal
until
it
is.
When
Tanya
sent
me
exercises
to
do
(
it's
a
video
)
I
discovered
the
whole
thing
is
in
French.
And
it's
meticulous
directions
for
the
first
part
of
the
video.
So
that's
another
heads-up
if
you
are
looking
for
English
services.
Also,
she
didn't
discuss
any
exercises
or
homework
for
me
to
do,
just
sent
a
random
email.
I
would
not
recommend
this
place
to
anyone.
Don't
go
here
-
it's
a
waste
of
time
and
your
money.
