👍 My kids had a good time, though, since this place is mainly for kids, it comes across dirty. You have to be in socks and we had to go to the bathroom wash our hands, which was jot a pleasant experience. The playground was closed, though we were allowed to go around twice. My kids had a great moment,... People often mention kids, butterflies, area, space, time, children, adults,

You have to be in socks and we had to go to the bathroom wash our hands, which was jot a pleasant experience. The playground was closed, though we were allowed to go around twice. My kids had a great moment, though, it’s very small, too little butterflies for the amount of people coming in. What’s important is that my kids had fun. If you’re looking for a quick activity with you kids, this may be a go to.

We took out toddler to see what is beautiful butterflies, he enjoyed the experience without touching. This place is a smaller venue than I thought. But it doesn't matter. The butterflies are beautiful, they will walk on your fingers when you hold still. The rules are you have a clean hand and don't touch their wings. They are fragile and delicate, need to be super gentle, calm and careful.

Wayyyy too much peoples. Couldn't respect even a meter distance... The mirror maze take literally 25 seconds to do... The park for kids is fine but for a kid of 3 years old it was too big and couldn't even get to the other floors (park for 0-3 was close) Butterflies was good...

Our Monday was joyful at BFly. There wasn't any crowd, Kids were allowed to go a couple of circles. The dining area was clean.

My son loved it . He is 2 years old. Only thing, it was a lot of dust over everything. That’s accumulated for way over a month, just a weekly cleaning would be ok.

Place is quite small but well organized. The full activities package includes climbing, the park, the mirror labyrinth, butterflies and the trades around 40$ and it takes about 2h to do the full activities. It's worth it since if you pay each activities is more than 40$ labyrinth 5$, butterflies, 6$. Adults have to pay too to have access and go in with their kids. There's a boutique and a snack spot. There's a 2d floor too good for groups and bdays. Place is located at quartier 10/30 Brossard. Some improvement I will add is that an instructor should be "hanging" on the trades with the kids when they kind of stuck or wanna go down since they use a ladder to bring one down and it wasn't really practical. Also the entrance and the exit should be different to prevent to many ppl in same place at same time especially rush hour. Finally really good idea to reuse bracelets and add the jewels mission for the kids.

Based on other reviews I did not expect much going to that place. However, it was better than anticipated. You can indeed go through everything rather quickly but they were not too strick on the time spent in the play area and in the butterfly aviary. You need to pay extra to get access to the climbing area. It is better suited for younger children as there is not much to do for adults (you still pay full price for adults).

This place was amazing! We went as a family and participated in the butterfly activity. The butterflies were all friendly and weren’t too scared of us. They were also all unique with their Color’s and sizes! The atmosphere of the area was very nicely decorated it was super cute and playful, it really resembled an actual outside environment. They also provided a sugar stick. It was basically a piece of a sponge covered in a sweet substance on a popsicle stick. That lured the butterflies closer to us and stuck with us as we made our way around the area collecting a little colony. The only bad thing was that we went at around 7:00pm and they said they were closed and we couldn’t try the rest of the activities. I think closing at 7:00 pm is too early for a business. They said it was because the butterflies had to sleep but they should’ve opened the other activities

We went company with 4 children, ages from 2-5yo. Right away- place is waaay smaller then expected. There is one multiple level construction for kids to climb (starting 4yo?..), adults are not allowed inside, and a very tiny area for little kids. Besides they try to restrict time and number of kids who climbs inside...which is very doubtful to do. Parents sit outside in a "bar" like area, that looks like cafe, but no, there is no food. For small kids NO ZONE, there is one actually, but its a very little space; couple of adults go inside- and no space left for a child even to enter the area. Half of this huge area/space is a SOUVENIR SHOP!? Such a bad idea..parents do not come there to shop. Actually, this Shop space could ve been a very spacious space for little kids, which would be more appreciated by everyone. Also, we find its too expensive, and you have to pay for everything inside as well. Price is the same as in a much bigger and more entertaining amusement parks! The only worthy thing is BUTTERFLY area, which was amazing! Yes, it is included in price. Overall, for bigger kids is ok, for small ones - better to find another place; priced too high, no food, huge souvenir store where nobody shops .. but toddlers taking everything, and you know what toddlers can do... If you want to see butterflies- place to go! But I doubt you pay so much just to hold a butterfly..😅 Not returning, may be when kids grow up. Place needs some reconstruction, to be more kids and parents friendly!

The place is of a very new interesting idea, especially with the crystals collection bit. It is well maintained, pretty clean and cheerful. However; it is too small for what we expected. We paid $50 for two kids 6 and 3yo at two different adventures (the butterflies and playground) which I found a bit pricy and we finished within a stretch (very very stretched) hour. I think the place is acceptable up to 3 or 4 yrs as max.

Went with a 10 months old, get charge full price(2 adult / free for my son), the toddler section is closed because of an accident ( completely understandable) but no one seems to clean the section. The 3 employee are goofing around and laughing. A hard skip for me.

Horrible experience. Over crowded. Small. Kids out of control pushing around other children. Parents just on the sidelines enjoying their food and drinks. My child got hurt by another child running right into her the crawling over her. Highly do not recommend.

We got 2-4 times a year and the girls don’t get tired of it. The butterfly area is so nice and peaceful, I even always get teary when I go. There is also an i door playground and kids can do some climbing and ziplining too (extra).

We had a party here and had a wonderful time with our family & friends. The staff was very helpful and set up everything for us. The only thing I should say, everyone was complaining about the heat so do not come in sweaters. Otherwise everything was fun and great!

We went as two adults to visit the butterfly exhibit and it was great! It wasn’t crowded at the time we decided to go, and the butterflies themselves were spectacular. Only complaint is this is primarily space for children. I would have wished they thought beforehand about the fact this wouldn’t only cater to children but also adults!

Be very aware of paying online. I had a very frustrating experience with the company. In Feb, I booked tickets online for me and my daughter to BFLY. It is her favorite event in winter. I accidentally paid twice with my visa and received the tickets twice. The visa statement showed that I was charged twice and no refund was given. I went to the counter and asked for a refund and was told to contact the company for a refund. I did not expecting how hard it is for a chain company to deal with my little refund. It has been 4 months and I sent them my tickets and my visa statement but no reply......... very careful

Not worth 50$ for one visit. You can go to the Doyon farm for a fraction of the price, much more butterflies and a less busy environment. Not made for toddlers - do not waste your money!

It's heaven on earth. The decor is fantasy-like and then you are greeted by butterflies! The staff are sweet and helpful. It's just a magical place. If you haven't gone yet, pick a date and go. It's for all ages. Butterflies are for everyone. It's a happy place! 😊 🦋
