I recently had a stay at this motel, and I must say, it was far from a pleasant experience. While the motel itself seemed decent, the safety and security of guests left much to be desired. Late in the night, I had to endure excessive noise from a group of rowdy guests who were drinking and smoking right outside my room. Politely asking them to keep it down only led to aggression, with them attempting to enter my room and even damaging the door. I called the police for assistance, and they advised me to leave my room for my own safety. Even after my departure, these individuals pursued me with a car for several kilometers, which was an absolutely terrifying experience. I write this review not to vent, but to ensure that others are aware of the safety concerns at this motel. While the motel itself may have potential, management must address security issues promptly to prevent such incidents in the future. It's crucial that guests feel safe and secure during their stay. I hope my experience serves as a warning for others, and I genuinely hope the motel takes the necessary steps to ensure the safety and well-being of its guests

The price is cheaper than everywhere but I gave 1 as you wont feel save there. Sketchy people always running around your room. In response to the owner, no I was at your place. You even don’t record the guest name. Terrible

Room was very very clean. The motel looks old on the outside but the rooms are renovated and was very clean. The bathroom is very clean and high standards with provided shampoo and shower gel. Bed was very clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend staying here!

A perfect find near the city! I was truly impressed with this motel on multiple levels. The room had a fresh, newly renovated look and was tastefully designed. The bathroom was in great condition, and I appreciated lots of amenities provided, all functional I must say. The bed was slightly on the softer side, but was comfortable enough. The small AC unit was surprisingly effective in cooling down the room. The only thing I didn't like was the slight lingering smell of cigarette smoke, most likely due to guests unable to follow the no-smoking policy. Each room had convenient parking right in front, and despite its proximity to a major road, the room remained surprisingly quiet at all times. The staff were friendly, helpful, and customer oriented. With its proximity to Montreal, just a bridge away, this motel was a great place to stay during our short visit. The price-comfort ratio is excellent, and it was hard to find similar options around Quebec. Visited on Friday, June 2023. Paid by card.

Cheap, and the front desk person is nice. The room and bathroom was reasonably clean. However, this place is a sketchy dump, make no mistake. I have been to a lot of other hotels and I have honestly never felt less safe than I did here. There are constantly very sketchy people all around, and I have a high tolerance for what most people would describe as "sketchy." I am a tall male and honestly I did not feel safe going outside of my room once it got dark. When I left, on a Sunday morning, there was definitely something very sketchy going down, with four people who were darting around, looking this way and that, shouting and/or whispering to each other, etc. I literally ran to my car and floored it out of there. Avoid this place!!

When we first got there we were a little nervous seeing the sign and the building that seemed to be from the 60s. To our surprise our room was wonderful, new bathroom and furniture! After talking to the gentleman in the office we found out the place had been bought a year ago and they were working on updating, starting with the inside. I have to say it a budget place with a few things missing but it is getting there. Great for a weekend stay. A nice walk to a park on the river.

I am highly impressed and moved by the service. The staffs went out of their way to make sure our needs were taken care of. I left my watch at motel and they mailed it to my home. Incredibly satisfied

The gentleman at the desk was rather nice. The room was nice and clean. But different “couples” kept renting rooms for a few hours at a time, then a new “couple” would show up and use the same room for a few hours and leave. In other words… this place is a brothel. I would have still given 2 stars, but hearing employees talk very loudly through the walls woke us up at the crack of dawn. One of the employees kept saying the F word in every single sentence and went on a racist rant. Very rude awakening...

Stopped By After Finding A Good Deal And Must Say I Was Quite Surprised. The Staff Was Friendly, The Rooms Were Up To Standard And The Whole Thing Was Clean, Which Is A Nice Surprise Over It's Competition In The Area... I Would Definitely Visit Again. Cheers!

Good location, except that it's on a one-way street. Have to walk a decent amount to get places around you. Rooms are small, and beds are uncomfortable. But for a music festival, this is all you need

I recently stayed at the small but cozy motel in Montreal and I have to say, it exceeded all of my expectations. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The location was also convenient, with easy access to all of the city's top attractions. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at this motel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Montreal. Five stars!

I had a great time staying their!!! Anytime I had an issue I was attended to and cared for. The staff is amazing and is always their. The only bad side I would say is parking space is too small and needs to be expanded.

Perfect budget spot. We are taking a little mini holiday and are staying one night in Montreal before heading to Quebec City and stayed the night here the front staff were very nice let us check out a couple rooms before deciding whether to stay. Gave us a good price and brought us a couple chairs so we could sit outside. Very happy with our experience.

Room was clean and nice, except for a dirty sink. Shady “couples” would come for a few hours and leave. Early in the morning we could hear employees speaking very loudly through the walls. One employee kept unnecessary cursing over and over, which was just extremely annoying, repetitive, and rude. The same employee also went on a racist rant and waking up in the morning to racism is not my cup of tea. They also went on another rant saying how loud the cars were on the highway and how the drivers were “f-ing a**holes” for being so loud and waking up people in the morning...I find it kind of ironic considering this worker was so loud he woke us up this morning with all his cursing and complaining.

Owner was very nice, let us stay for an extra hour and parked our car for an extra afternoon. Pretty cheap place even during grand prix weekend, and the condition is quite decent. My only complain was my bed was right next to a mini fridge and it was a bit noisy at night.

We stayed at this motel for a music festival and were thoroughly disappointed. We were told on the phone that the price would be fairly low but once the owner figured out we were going to the festival he more than doubled the price and claimed it was holiday pricing. We had no where else to go on such short notice so we sucked it up and paid. The room was very small and dimly lit. There was a terrible moth problem and they were very bothersome at night. It was quite smelly and the owner was constantly suspicious of our room and accused us of allowing extra people to sleep in it and tried to charge us extra for that despite already ripping us off at $150 a night when quoted $70. It would have been decent for $70 however it was definitely not worth $150 and never will be in its current state - I assume that is why we were one of the only groups occupying the motel. It is kind of out of the way and not really in a good location at all with a busy street running along side it. The only real perks were the free wifi and parking. Other than that, avoid.

We prepaid, and the host cancelled our reservation less than 24hrs in advance of our expected arrival. We struggled to find accommodations due to the last minute cancellation and ended up having to stay more than 1hr away! Do yourself a favor and don't trust this location to honor the reservation.

great location for a montreal trip. beds were very comfy, stayed for one night on a saturday but it was quiet.

For under $100 dollars at the time of booking it was a okay motel to stay at. For me as long as there are no bugs and the room is relatively clean, it well worth the stay. Walls are not sound proof and is not in walking distance to tourist sites. But overall for the price it's worth the stay.

We were looking for a room as our airbnb had a problem. Rooms were modern and clean. The front desk employee was nice and helpful.

Great customer service, called 10 mins to closing and while 40 mins away and he came back to give us a room when we got there. Super nice and even gave us a discount on the double bed rooms

If I could give this horrible dirty place a zero, I would. I needed a place to stay for 1 night, the room smelled of cigarette smoke, had hair all over the bathroom floor, bed spread had large holes from cigarette burns, and the bedding and pillows smelled of smoke. Bathroom sink had black goo all over it. The last straw was when a bug crawled from under the pillow - I grabbed my things and stormed out - first time in my life I've done something like this. The owner also charged double the price he had on the website.

I was surprised that was soooo clean in room. Usually in Quebec for this price you must be lucky to find a place like this with great service, and clean ( like in pharmacy) very close to Downtown Mtl. Save money for taxi. The service is good. 5 stars.

was really surprised about this motel. Location is just perfect, cause it's right near the key highways and of course Champlain bridge. The administrator was friendly and responsive. They do care about their clients. the place is fairly clean and well maintained. Recommending it without hesitation.
