Decided to stay here for the long weekend and booked the rooms through a third party website. The price seemed like a good value since it also included complementary breakfast. The room is quite comfortable. So I would have given given them 4 stars if I was just considering the room. They lost 1 star because we had a used bottle of shampoo in the washroom. In the morning headed down for their breakfast but there was no food there. I asked the receptionist where I could find the breakfast and she asked me if I wanted veg or non-veg. Told her I was looking for non-veg, to which she replied that they were out of non-veg food (at 9am when breakfast goes on till 10). So, I asked her what they had .. "Muffins", she said. Took what I could get, 1 muffin per person. Then, I made myself some coffee but they didn't even have sugar (just the sweetener). How can you run out of sugar when u have an all day coffee machine? How can a hotel not account for all the guests staying there? I think this is due to poor management. Unfortunately, I need to stay here for 1 more night since the third party charged us for the whole stay. Excited to see what happens tomorrow.

Rooms were great if you actually got a renovated nice one. The wood flooring rooms are nice but we got the two double bed room which was definitely 2.5 star whereas the nicer king ones could easily be 3 star rooms. The tv is outdated. The nice thing is the parking. The staff downstairs is really rude and it was a huge shock for someone who has never stayed at anything less than 3 star. Or maybe it’s just a comfort inn thing? The booking site offered a king bed an hour before check in which I declined and the concierge said they were all sold out when I asked if it was still a possibility. He was pretty rude about it too. The breakfast was horrible. The sandwiches they give could be 10x better but they are literally kept frozen and when you eat them they still haven’t defrosted so you’re eating through somewhat frozen egg and bacon. The bread on mine had some mould on in too. It’s sad to think how much food they’re wasting by giving people inedible products that could otherwise be better with just a simple microwave.

Concierge was extremely unpleasant to us for coming a few hours ahead of our check-in time and asking to store our luggage while we went out. Later, we had to wait for the front desk person to finish their cigarette before they would bother talking to us. Upon arriving in our room, the air conditioner was completely out of order, and making a loud rumbling sound, the TV was on the floor, and the bathroom door did not close/latch at all. Would not recommend this place, there are other hotels in Brossard that offer a much better experience for the same price.

This is a motel. Rooms were recently renovated. Checkin was smooth and the reception was courteous. The king bed room was nice but the 2 queen bed were for sure small and not queen but full size/ double bed.. small bed. Breakfast was standard comfort suite. Overall ok stay.

Spent five nights here when visiting for the Grand Prix. The room was great, the bed was comfortable, my only complaint was that the air conditioner would not turn off even when switching it to “off”, lol. It was cold!!! Additionally there was a weird smell in my room. it was not bad and not stinky just… weird. depending why you’re visiting the location could be great or not. It is not ideally situated for grand prix attendance. Requires ubering to the Longueuil metro which on my five days ranges from $25-$40 each way. My final day uber shot up ti $135 for a trip to the airport. Hotel itself was just fine! But if I attend a grand prix again i’ll be sure to stay close to a metro station.

Poorly maintained property. 2 storeys. No elevator. Little privacy. Dated amenities including old washrooms. In summer time you have people smoking sticks, shirtless. That's the vibe lol. It's kind of in line with a 2 star hotel except I paid $300+ to stay here in August 2023.

My apologies to anyone who read my 5 star review. That was intended for the hotel in Quebec City. This place, on the other hand, should be shut down. Where to begin...We stayed here twice on a trip. First night - No AC in the King room. Wouldn't believe us. Got 2 queen beds as a replacement room. Disappointing when vacationing to celebrate our anniversary. Only decaf coffee in the room (what's the point), told us they ran out. Raisins on the floor in the room. Obviously didn't vacuum, or if they did, they didn't do a good job. Next morning, we went down to get coffee. The coffee machine gave colored water at best. We were told there was no milk, the delivery didn't show up. There's a grocery store across the street! Go get some! That's what good customer service would do. Are you not paying your bills? Return stay - We were given a different king room (with AC?). Opened the door to find a room that had not been cleaned! Dirty towels, slept in bed and garbage everywhere. No idea if there was AC. We got a new room. One of our keys didn't work. Was going to get ice, and the ice bucket had black mold on it. Took out the insert, the outside of the bucket also had black mold. Front desk gave us a NEW bucket. There was, at best, 3 layers of toilet paper on the hanger and 1 spare roll. The carpet is dirty. Clock was not plugged in. The bottom of the closet that held the ironing board was filthy. The air conditioning filter was disgusting. At least 3mm of dust. Every afternoon we stayed there, we had to have our keys reprogrammed. It's frustrating when there's no elevator and we're old. It was a week after our first stay and still nothing but decaf in the room. The front desk managed to find 5 packets of caffeinated coffee in their completely disorganized drawer. Someone knocked on our door one morning saying our shower leaked in the room below and that we needed to put the shower curtain all the way to the wall. The person asked to come in our room to look. I refused. After they left, I had housekeeping come look and verified there was no water on the floor. Apparently there are issues with water leaking from somewhere. There was a piece of candy in the hallway on the first floor when we arrived. It was still there 3 days later. The emergency lighting in the stairway is hanging by the wires. They need a lot of help. The place is dirty, they need a full time maintenance person to fix and maintain equipment and investing in a carpet cleaning would help as well. EVERONE at the front desk was disinterested with any issue and seemed completely put out by any request to remedy a situation. After 15 years of extensive travel, I have to say this was by far our WORST experience ever. If you do NOT want a hotel to be functional and profitable, copy this model. I understand it's hard to find help nowadays, but how this place is functioning now is going to drive them out of business.

We stayed here on a weekend with family. Hotel entrance was little tricky even with maps, but we made it. The hotel and room were clean. When I checked in, the paperwork was ready, I just had to show my ID, sign the papers and collect the keys. Double Bed Room was comfortable for family of four. Bath room was clean and tidy. Breakfast had good options as well. Vegetarians have to take little care as the meat and roasted potatoes were kept in the same container, so chance of cross contamination is high as there was single serving spoon. If veggies are kept separate from meat with separate serving spoon, Vegetarians can also enjoy the food. Hotel staff are courteous and helpful. We liked our stay in this hotel. We will definitely come back to stay here!

The rooms were fine but the customer service was terrible. One of the receptionists was very dismissive of our concerns. THEIR NUMBER DOES NOT WORK. I got stranded in a different city and needed to reach the hotel asap but they did not pick up over the course of 2 days.

I stayed at this hotel for business and it is completely renovated and one of the better Comfort Inn hotels i've stayed at. Breakfast- Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, waffle station, breads, cereal, cookies, Juice and yogurt. 24 Hour coffee. Housekeeping- Staff were amazing. Rooms always left smelling great, all hard working and very kind. They work very hard and hopefully guests tip when getting their room cleaned as most hotels I travel to you need to arrange Housekeeping due to a pandemic but this hotel cleans daily. Front Desk - Great staff work here and Innvest is lucky to have Mistelle working the front counter as she knows her job in and out. What a great employee. Rooms - brand new, no carpet, large walk-in shower in most King rooms. Comfortable mattress and large TV with satellite offering a ton of stations. Lots of charging outlets. Location - Walking distance to an SAO, Boston Pizza and lots of other places to eat. Close to Autoroute 10. I will be staying here in the future when in the Brossard/Montreal area.

When I entered my hotel room I was told online I would get a corner room for my family of 4 but I did not get a corner room which was not what I expected. After that experience I found ants in the washroom which is extremely unhygienic and because of that my children could not even shower properly and we had to leave that hotel immediately and go to another hotel which ruined our trip to Montreal, QC, CA.

where do I begin? 1. to start off - the reception double booked us into a room that was already allocated to someone else. what an unpleasant way to start your stay. 2. the washroom flush was broken and had to be fixed. 3. the refrigerator was not working. apparently ot wasn’t plugged in. when the staff came to plug it in - they disconnected all other appliances. we found that out since we took it upon ourselves to investigate after reminder to get it checked got us no action 4. perhaps the worst of all - despite a written request for a turn down service and a clean up of the bathroom when we left for the day, we returned to our room - just in the same condition. messy bathroom, undone bed. Despite the staff having more than 12 hours to do the room. This to me was totally unacceptable. 5. The breakfast on the last day of our stay was closed 20 minutes earlier than the scheduled time. this despite several guests still waiting in the area to start. 6. The dining area is not designed to handle a busy booking schedule. too small and too cramped. All in all totally NOT WORTH the avg $250 a night price tag. save yourself some misery and stay away from the hotel.

I got a steal of a deal via super travel website for my stay but when I reached, my booking was not there. And even though super travel is responsible and eventually fixed the issue after 40 mins of waiting, the funny thing is that the hotel reception already knew that I was going to come and my booking isn’t showing on their system. They also said this kind of thing happens often and is eventually resolved by travel partners. I would have really appreciated if I was given a heads up by a call if it’s such a common occurrence I would’ve resolved this before reaching the hotel and having to wait after a very long day. Super travel is to blame too for not informing me but these guys should also take some responsibility as they are getting customers too. That’s the only reason for my lower rating. Apart from that, their breakfast was quite good but they advertised it for being open from 7am to 10am but by 9:30am the staff would pick up all items. I don’t know if it’s customary in montreal to wrap up half an hour before or something. Their check out was at noon so that was a plus. Our heater stopped working at one point so when I called reception, they were quick to reach out and resolve so that was good. The housekeeping lady was extremely polite and courteous.
