I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel, and I have to say, it was an amazing experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. My room was always tidy and well-maintained, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Now, let me tell you about the view from my room – it was absolutely stunning! I had a room with a perfect view of the city, and I couldn't get enough of it. It was like a postcard come to life. One big plus was the free underground parking. I didn't have to worry about finding a parking spot or dealing with street parking nightmares. It was a real stress-reliever. And to top it all off, the hotel is right next to a large outdoor mall. So, shopping and dining options were right at my doorstep, which was so convenient. All in all, this hotel was a fantastic choice. Great service, spotless rooms, a breathtaking view, free underground parking, and a fantastic location near a big outdoor mall – what more could you ask for? I highly recommend it for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Hotel is pretty new, facilities are nice. Location is great. One big issue is the reception for both WiFi and cell phone service. Wifi is barely usable. Another thing is the room is not that sound proof, so it can be noise coming from above and the hall way.

The hotel room design was very modern and functional besides the nice city view. The staffs were very nice and friendly. Parking was on the opposite building but there was a underground passage to the hotel elevator which was okay. There were many restaurants and shops downtown stairs. It took around 20 minutes to the old Montreal district. With this price it was cost-effective.

Receptionists were perfectly bilingual. Easy check in. Room was on the 15th floor and had great city views. Room was modern and bed comfortable. Rooms- body wash, shampoo and conditioner, body lotion and hand soap provided. Nespresso coffee was excellent. Parking- you will have to park in the underground parking lot across the street but it’s an easy walk. Bar- attentive bar staff who provided us with delicious drinks. Staff- friendly, knowledgeable.

lovely place, staff were sweet and easy to talk to bilingually. the rooms were very tidy and neat, had everything you needed and walls were soundproof (other than the hallway, where you could occasionally hear other people) although the wifi was a bit iffy, it did get a little better as the trip went on but could be worked on. As well, the curtains are very sheer, I wish it was double layered since the mornings were very bright. the location is an easy spot where it’s a fair distance from popular tourist attractions as we all being conveniently close to a ton of shops and the mall! the bar (the cousins) was calm and ambient, staff were very nice and food was good, overall a great choice for a weekend trip!

We came in to use this as a “base of operations“ to see multiple family members. it checks all the boxes: 20 minutes commute to old Montreal (located at the I-30/I-10 interchange), free covered parking underground connected to the hotel (also servicing an entire outdoor mall's worth of retail within easy walk of the hotel, including multiple restaurants), comfortable quiet room with good mattress, and super friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant/bar, Les Cousins, was very helpful to us at breakfast for a “mini reunion“, with smiling faces, attentive staff (thanks, Adam!), and truly good breakfast food. The same space is the bar in the evening, and head bartender, Maxim, taught us plenty about local gins and spirits from Quebec (they have more than 120 different genes on their menu). we definitely will be returning on future trips to Montreal.

Nice clean hotel with a small gym. A little pricey, but I suppose it is reasonable for the area and quality. Staff are good and they always greet you with a smile. There is free underground parking across the road from the hotel, which is handy. The rooms are modern and spacious, with a fabulous view of the surrounding area. The hotel lost one star due the very loud AC and due to some problems they had with my laundry. It took nearly 6 days to get it back. I spoke to the manager and she informed me they were sorry and were now looking for a new contractor to do the laundry. I am planning on staying here again so fingers crossed they have sorted this problem out. If so I will upgrade them and give them back the missing one star. Overall a nice hotel and I would come back.

We stayed 2 nights and were pleased overall. 5 stars for customer service. Room was nice but the queen pullout bed was terrible, extremely disappointing considering the high cost to stay here. Hard metal poking through the paper thin mattress. It was so uncomfortable that it caused a crapy nights sleep. The main queen bed was decent, no complaints there but the pullout, yikes. One thing we liked was the rain shower and modern bathroom plus the soap/shampoo provided were very nice! Overall this is a nice modern hotel, would stay again if prices were decent, but would book a king room or pay the extra for a room with 2 actual queen beds, not a pullout. Front desk staff were excellent!

Loved the location in the shopping district with the train within walking distance. Parking is in the underground and you follow a pedway/elevator to the hotel. Great dog-friendly hotel; thanks again.

Beautiful hotel. Great location. Free parking. Room was super clean. Amazing to have a hotel that's so dog-friendly. Everyone was so nice to my little guy and he even had great amenities in the room. I will be staying here again, for sure.

What can I say, I was impressed from the second I arrived. The staff was courteous and a pleasure to interact with. I was in my van, which can be difficult traveling in city environments being over 24' long and needing at least a 12' clearance, and when I asked where I could park, the front desk clerk simply advised me I could park it right there at the front entrance and he would make sure it was ok. This was a huge load of stress taken off my shoulders right away. The room was clean, had an amazingly hot water (perfect after escaping 20° weather) rain head shower, and the bed was perfectly soft and cozy with great sheets...I slept like a baby. The breakfast in the morning downstairs was surprisingly good! I am not easy to impress when it comes to breakfast. Just an all around great experience and I would totally recommend to anyone.

I have had the pleasure of residing here for the past 5 days, and I must say that it is truly an exceptional place. The location is incredibly convenient, offering both easy access to essential facilities and a breathtaking unobstructed view from the room. The proximity to various amenities further adds to the convenience of the location. The service I have experienced thus far has been commendable. Upon encountering an issue with the refrigerator, I promptly reached out to the management. Their response was swift, and they efficiently replaced the malfunctioning unit. This level of responsiveness speaks volumes about their commitment to resident satisfaction. While the overall experience has been delightful, I couldn't help but imagine the addition of a swimming pool to the premises. Such an enhancement would undoubtedly elevate the experience to perfection, catering to the recreational needs of all residents. In conclusion, my initial days of stay here have been marked by convenience, stunning views, and excellent service. With the potential prospect of additional amenities, this place holds promise as a truly exceptional living space. Best regards,

Highly recommended! Great room, everything perfect. Easy access to underground parking, exceptional service at check-in. Also try the hotel bar 'Les Cousins', if only to have a pint of the Blanche from the Brasserie Mille-Îles.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are up to date and clean. The layout is sleek, modern and minimalistic, giving the room a spacious feel. One entire side of the room is comprised of one massive window with an incredible view! European bathroom layout with a rain shower and hand shower package gave options and comfortability. Nice deep modern sink and a range of quality soaps and shampoos to choose from. Nespresso maker and tea pot were a nice touch especially in the black color gave the room that extra classy feel. Bar has a huge gin selection of local gins and not just the usual Hendricks. Gym was clean and sleek with weights and cardio options. All in, staff were very accommodating to us despite the language barrier. The only reason I wouldn't give it 5/5 stars is the pet policy and parking situation. To start, parking is rather inconvenient. The "Free Parking" is just the free parking garage for the mall and it's a long walk between the hotel and the garage. However, being able to come and go at will was helpful for our needs. Lastly, the pet policy was very strict - a little over the top. When we arrived, we had to sign a waiver stating we would never leave the dog in the room alone else' being charged a $200 fee and asked to leave the hotel. This completely changed our vacation plans as we had been planning to leave the dog in the room while we went and did things. If we had known this was the policy, we would not have booked the hotel. That said, it is a very nice and sophisticated hotel and perhaps management might just consider not allowing dogs or allowing them but putting a limit on it so only small dogs under 20 lbs are allowed. It didn't seem like the right kind of hotel and layout for larger dogs.

Fantastic hotel. Everything was clean and new. Big windows. Free parking and ev parking. Good water pressure. Nice nespresso bad. Great lounge downstairs with live music when we attended. Great value

Absolutely AMAZING experience-the rooms are modern and incredibly clean (definitely extra points for the rain shower with dual action detachable shower head). Overall the rooms are very spacious with a plush comfortable bed, and a great place to stay for anyone visiting the city. Would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone interested in visiting Montreal and can’t wait till I’m back again! (P.S. while the city center is appx. a 20 min drive/Uber ride away the hotel is located in a convenient outdoor shopping center with free parking for those who are looking to drive to Canada).

This hotel definitely is a 5 star. Front desk professionalism and check in is flawless and easy. Room cleanliness is excellent. Room amenities were exceptional. The room itself was spacious and impressive with eronomic seating and comfort. Environment concerns to reduce water consumption is great. Highly recommend

I had to spend 1 night in this hotel due to a Power Outage in my home after the storms. What was a very complicated situation, became a pleasant one due to quality of service the hotel offers. Absolutely EVERY single person I talk to was extremally polite, friendly and always eager to help (Kudos to Suzi, who I met in the elevator and was simply so charming and friendly!). The rooms are big and is more than I was expecting. For room service, I ordered a Burger and the waffles and both were delicious. For sure, I would stay in the hotel again.

What an amazing hotel! The staff is so kind, the wifi is good, the rooms are so clean & aesthetically pleasing. Room service took 15 minutes tops! Parking is also indoors and is free. Everything you need is also right next door: Walmart, mall, pharmacy, etc.. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel, your expectations will 100% be met!

A delightful and modern hotel just outside downtown Montreal with great rates! We had a long weekend vacation and our stay was excellent. The lobby and the rooms were very chic and clean, the bed was huge and comfortable. Great interior design to make a smaller room look big. We had breakfast at the bar and it was simply wonderful. After some previous stays at other hotels where the "included continental breakfast" was more than disappointing with dry cakey pastry and sad yogurt cups, it was a very welcome change. The check-in and check-out was extremely easy and quick. We will definitely come back!

Rooms are very new and nice, and service was excellent. Jean had a dessert and sparkling wine sent up for my birthday which was a nice touch. The location is pretty good as it's not too far from downtown Montreal and there are loads of food and shopping options in the area. The shuttle to the metro for grand prix weekend was greatly appreciated. I would definitely stay here again.

Wow- we had a great experience at this hotel. An incredibly warm welcome, great energy at the desk, comfortable beds and pillows, great coffee, nice restaurants downstairs. Rooms are well designed and clean. Free charging stations at the door for electric cars (yay!!). Staying in the 'lifestyle community' is a little science fiction-y but we looked beyond that. 15-20 minute drive to the Metro station with tons and tons of parking nearby. While it doesn't have the energy of staying downtown, it was super convenient for the Grand Prix (one metro stop to the track!).

My husband and I stayed at this hotel in the Studio Plus - 1 king bed room for the May long weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The front desk was kind enough to leave us a little treat as we were celebrating our honeymoon which we really appreciated! The open concept room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was clean and the water pressure was amazingg! The microwave and Nespresso machines were a nice bonus as well. The proximity to the Quartier DIX30 mall and the convenient parking is great. We also loved the cocktails and burgers and fries at The Cousins bar in the lobby. The manager at the bar was lovely and made custom cocktails for us to enjoy! This will definitely be our go to hotel when we return to Montreal.

I stayed here for a few nights as Montreal hotels were booked out. This turned out to be a blessing in disguise because this hotel was absolutely lovely. Right up there with my stays in Hilton, Four Seasons and Shangri La in Sydney, Australia. Very modern, clean and I enjoyed the view of the city lights. For those taking public transport to the city, you will need to take 2 buses and each one costs $3.50 (exact change). Then you can buy a 10 trip pass once you get to a metro station. I would stay here again. It was worth the commute.

Beautiful, cozy, impeccable rooms with modern design. Staff was super attentive and eager to help. Stayed during the F1 GP season and the hotel offered free shuttles to the subway station. Their main improvement area is their bar, with limited food options and relatively early closing times. If looking to take advantage of their flexible check out, notify the staff right away so they can check the availability of your desired check out time. Recommended!!

Great hotel, clean and modern. The staff were very helpful with requests, and the location is great if you want to do things in the area. It can be difficult to get an Uber into Montreal in the afternoon/evening, as most of them seem to originate on the island and don't want to cross the bridge in traffic to get to you.

Overall, exceptional service. Wonderful experience. We end up staying here one night after our car suddenly stopped working nearby the hotel on our way home from our day trip to Montreal. The front desk person was courtesy and kind the Saturday evening. She went above and beyond to make sure that we’re taken care of. We had nothing with us and they provided us with toothbrushes, water, and even some light snacks for the night! I’m so impressed with their service. The room itself was amazing, no wonder they’re a 4-star hotel. Down to smallest of details, such as plates and silverware, the clean bathrobes, and even ear plugs (which I assure, are actually so thoughtful and useful!) to make our stay so pleasant. Definitely we hope to be back to this place one day in the future. Thank you to the wonderful staff and management at the hotel for making a difficult situation such a pleasant one!!

This Hotel is a 10/10. I have been twice now and the staff is great, the rooms are spacious. I absolutely love the modern look and feel. There was a live band at the restaurant on Saturday night so that was really nice. The food at the restaurant was also really good and they made a room extra special this time around 🥰. Thank you Escad we loved our stay
