Hotel is conveniently located to lots of amenities. Hotel is chic, colourful, and welcoming. Staff are friendly. However, staff or housekeeping do not know their rooms well enough to have guests check into a room with a broken heater system. The hotel room left me sick for the weekend until I requested for them to fix it. For the repairman to open the air conditioning system and to leave all the parts open as a safety hazard. And then later to move into another room with working condition. The hotel staff should not be selling well equipped rooms. Also, some of the rooms are missing basic amenities like microwave or refrigerator. Otherwise subpar stay and expensive.

one if the best hotels in the south shore. The service is always great, the rooms appears to be clean, the bed and pillows are comfortable. I always get great service when I go there the staff so far are very nice. I even lost my coat once but after a few calls they were able to track it and left it in the room for me. I forgot the gentleman’s name but he always work at night (originally from Morocco) he is great and always does his best to answer our questions. I would definitely recommend this place.

The hotel is located in Brossard at the Quartier Dix30. Walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and shops. Rooms are nice and quiet and the bed is comfortable. There is a little nook with a coffee machine available. The bathroom is really nice, although the shower is a bit on the small side. The hotel has a small shop where you can buy beverages and snacks. Checking in and out was fast.

Great. The only problem was the fact that kids were left alone in the room upstairs and wouldn’t stop making noise at midnight. We told the reception but they didn’t help.

We adore this hotel and stay often travelling between Ontario and Nova Scotia. They make great accommodations for accessibility including for our dog. Great staff and reliable comfort.

Clean, well-appointed rooms that use space efficiently. Excellent location with many options for dinner. But the best part of this hotel is the bartender Félix. Félix has a passion for what he does - both crafting the cocktails and entertaining the guests at his bar. Whether a night with dozens of guests or a night with just one, he made sure everyone was taken care of. I appreciated him greatly over the past week.

I really wish I could give them 5 stars but I can’t. The rooms are ok not very fancy which is fine. We stayed there for one night and it was not a comfortable one unfortunately. Firstly the TV wasn’t working we had the receptionist come in to check and it just didn’t work. She told us we would be compensated for this at the time of check out. We were fine with that. Later on in the middle of the night the TV switches on all by itself and we were woken up from our sleep as the volume was super high. At this point the front desk person had taken the remote with her so we had to call her back to leave the remote outside our room. Once we did switch off. Every 10 mins the tv would switch on by itself. At the end we just plugged the wire out. We couldn’t sleep at all after that. We did ask for a compensation at the time of checking out and they said they can’t as we had booked through Expedia. Ever since I’m trying to get in touch with them for a refund and they keep giving me an email which never responds to my email. Ridiculous!!!

I stayed at the ALT last week when I was in Brossard for work. I was greeted by friendly staff and checkin was fast and easy. The underground parking was free and there was plenty of it near the elevator for the hotel. This hotel is in a good spot for people who want to have choices for food or kill time while shopping. The room was clean, modern and the free wifi was easy to log into. If I need a hotel in Brosssard again I will stay here again as the price was good and the hotel was great.

We had a great stay there for two nights. Staff were friendly. The Room was clean and cozy. At first night the next room were laughing very load and making noise, i called the reception and they solved the problem very soon. There is an underground parking shared with a mall. But it had a lot of free slots

Right in the middle of a shopping complex with underground parking. Staff is very welcoming and the amenities are excellent. Definitely returning.

The room was very nice and comfortable, lots of space and storage. Friendly staff, ice machines working well, free parking underground with an elevator to the lobby or direct to your room. No restaurant on site but they sell a small assortment of snacks and drinks near the front desk at fair prices. Lots of restaurant options nearby. My only suggestion for improvement would be a bigger tv, it's too small for the size of the room. Other than that, everything was great.

What an absolute fantastic place to stay for our grandson's soccer tournament. All playing fields were only minutes away, huge selection for shopping & restaurants just steps from the hotel lobby. Tons of free parking both above and underground and beautiful ultra modern rooms with very comfortable beds

I stayed here for 1 night for work and absolutely loved it! The room was super clean and the bed - SO comfortable!! The design of the room was unique and modern which made it feel more like an apartment to me. Checking in was really easy and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located right in the middle of a shopping/entertainment hub which is really convenient. The only downside is that there was no fridge or microwave in the room, but being in the middle of the shopping centre made it less of an issue as you don't really need to stock up.

Dont try to rent any of their conference/event spaces as they are completely disorganized and refuse renting based on how much food you need for your event. Very unprofessional and greedy management

The room and bed are very small. And the view was the worst I've ever seen from a hotel. For the rate they are charging, I found it to be below value. We will not go there again.

Clean, large rooms. Friendly staff. Right off the main route outside of Montreal heading to Ontario.

I have stayed at this hotel several times for business. Rooms are very modern and nice. Bathrooms are clean and modern too. Location is great with plenty of local restaurants near by. This is one of my favourite hotels close to Montreal.

If you like a modern urban flair then this hotel is for you. It is like living in a major city - very small room, lots of floors, noisy, concrete, expensive food. Colorful modern look. It did quiet down overnight. But what kind of hotel doesn't have fridges in the rooms? I asked for a room with a fridge and was told there are none available. Breakfast is not included. Close to lots of amenities. edit: I upgraded one star because the morning staff were a lot nicer.

Nice futuristic room. Nice expresso machine. No mini fridge which was a disappointment. Very nice washroom and good hvac system keeping it nice and cool. Doors could use a little better sound proofing as you can hear people carrying on in the hall.

I really liked this hotel, stayed here 8 nights for a work trip. Very cool location, 15-30 min away from all the amenities you could want. Surrounding restaurants are good and the hotel staff is amazing, they know where everything is and are always happy to help! Hotel itself is super clean and pet friendly on the 4th floor. Very quiet rooms with individual ac. Also an eco friendly hotel so you have to place your room key in the white box beside the door for lights to work - which I thought was cool. Beds and pillows are cozy af and the water in the lobby is sooo good, I know it's silly to care about water but it's honestly delicious. Nice bathrooms, showers are so, so, sorta missed having a bathtub but not a buzz kill at all. Parking garage is giant, the elevator from the parking garage only goes to the lobby unless you have a hotel key card insert it and then press your floor number which made me feel safe and secure using it at night. Would recommend 10/10.

We booked this hotel on the way from New Brunswick to Ontario. The hotel was beautiful, the view was amazing and very well located. It was easy to get to the hotel, plenty on underground parking for the different stores, the hotel, etc. The hotel provided us with a map of the area, shops, and restaurants etc.

The rooms are nice. Location is great. Thanks for putting up with our group in your hotel bar for 2 weeks! I'm sorry but we will be coming back.

The Hotel Alt was very clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and bilingual . The area is fairly new and the Cafe du Theatre was next door and very good. It was expensive for our budget (about $50 USD per person) but very nice for the occasional treat. The theater there is also popular but we did not have a chance to attend.

Nice modern hotel. Very convenient location in terms of restaurants and shopping. Not having a mini fridge was a huge disappointment. The chair in the room was ripped and so worn , it should be replaced. The toilet runs and needs repair.

Fantastic experience at Alt hotel in Brossard! The room, the service and location all exceeded our expectations! Not only is it a beautiful hotel with a modern decor, the hotel stood out to us because it is pet friendly! They even surprised us with dog amenities when we arrived in the room! They also provide EV charging for their guests in the underground parking, what a huge bonus waking up to a fully charged vehicle after your stay! We will definitely be back, 100% recommend. 5/5
