Room was okay. But for the price it wasn't good as it should be. The sheets were prev. Used or unclean. The location is good with water view. The response from motel say they dont use unclean sheets. Might not be aware to the owner but we had hair and stain on sheet but for late check in around 11 PM and after 13 hours drive from Halifax we were too tired for replacement.

The motel is on the bank of a river and has a great view from the room. There is nice little park with a walk way right next to the motel. The room itself is average. We stayed 8days in the motel and it was okay. The room service was not very regular. Laundry is not free. There is only one machine and it can be opened by the receptionist only. Receptionist s usually speak​ very limited English. So thing will be easy if you speak French. But overall if you are looking for cheap yet livable place to stay near Montreal, I would recommend this place. The Montreal city is around 15-20 mins drive from the motel. There are no shops at walking distance.

We had a 4-night stay before and during the Montreal Grand Prix (inadvertently, it was an added bonus) The motel's location on the St Lawrence River is stunning, with uninterrupted access to the river front where people are cycling, running, walking and fishing. The beautiful view of the Samuel du Champlain Bridge at night maybe can't be beat. The hotel itself is very clean, comfortable, well presented and managed. The hotel angel, Nancy, is beyond helpful and epitomises hospitality. Transport to the city is easy by a quick Uber if you don't want to drive, and the Dix30 Centre is also a very quick trip away where there is a plethora of shopping, dining and activities.

I do not place most reviews but must say this place was great. Great people great hospitality everyone was very helpful Joanne,Nancy and the gentleman that works with them were very nice had a good time at the bar. Even though it was cool my kids had a good time at the pool. Better than the place I stayed last year which was dirty. The construction site was horrible but the place was clean neat and very well kept. We had an awesome time as we want for formula 1 race. I want to thank everyone who works hard to keep their customers happy at Motel du Fleuve. Thank you.

Good location, fairly easy to access. View is great, rooms are clean and it was fairly quiet on the river side. But bring some extra pillows, mattresses are a bit hard and after driving a lot the day before, my back that was sore is now killing me. Made it hard to get quality sleep.

We loved it. Five days of pure vacation. Loved the newly renovated apartment with brand new appliances, the view, right by the water. We enjoyed the bike path all along the river. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The pool is to die for. All and all, we are so going back next summer. Thanks all at the Motel du Fleuve. :)

Me and my wife decided to make a Trip to Montreal last minute no kids for Thanksgiving. We decided on this little Motel and we were very satisfied with the room. It was nice and clean and clearly renovated. The staff was more than friendly and could not ask for a better stay. Would definitely recomend this place to anyone looking to stay in this region! For the price it cost you are getting a decent room with a nice stay.

Stayed in room 255. Was really well kept and clean, so no complaints there. Needed a place to stay after Ilesoniq ended, so we called to book a room after the festival ended. We told her we would be stuck in traffic for a good while before we would get there. Only reason I'm docking a star is because she took our credit card information over the phone to reserve our spot and when I got there I saw it written down on a piece of paper, along with our name and number... Hopefully she shredded it? Sensitive information like that shouldn't be written down.

EVERYTHING I NEEDED & WANTED: CLEAN, SAFE, ALL-INCLUDED, & GREAT MANAGEMENT SERVICE I stayed in one of Motel du Fleuve's long-term apartments and had a really great experience- highly recommend! -Very clean, spacious, and modern room. -I felt safe in my room and on-site which is very important to me. -Super friendly and responsive staff: Any of my requests or questions have been immediately answered and addressed by the owner in French or English. -I loved that everything was all-included so it was easy and convenient to move in and out and extend my stay: wifi, furniture & appliances, A/C, electricity & utilities, parking, etc. -The outdoor pool is well maintained, and it was very nice to have easy access to in the summer months. -Amazing location: beautiful view of the river, nice path along the water for walking/biking right there, 7-minute drive to a grocery store and shopping on South Shore, and 15-minute drive/Uber to downtown Montreal.

The place is very nice the room is clean and put together we got the back looking out to the river and there is a bridge I will recommend this place
