This hotel is quite good, the room is spacious, no elevators, washrooms are clean and there is free breakfast. The choices are good, perfect for people who only want to have a decent meal, bonus of a very clean dining room, the floors and tables are NOT STICKY! It’s located at the other building where the reception is. Enjoy.

We had a great stay at the Econo Lodge! We were in town visiting friends and we’ve stayed here before- so glad that it was a good as we remembered! Staff were friendly (and also bilingual for any non-French speakers), the property and rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. Just make a note that there are no elevators, but it wasn’t too bad. The breakfast was great as well- better than some Comfort and Quality Inn’s that we’ve stayed at- loved that they offered some Quebec specific items like cretons! Highly recommend this property if you’re in the Brossard area!

Was so fortunate to find a room. Arrived in town at 3am and couldn't find any hotels that had a room available on a Monday. However, this place took me in and made me feel welcome. Clean room, affordable, quiet and a breakfast buffet. Thank you for the great hospitality.

4.5/5! Great little motel for weddings and temporary lodging. Kind staff and great rooms. Breakfast includes prepackaged muffins, coffee, bagels, cereal, juice boxes. Great to grab on the go. Easy to get to, great sunlight (in our room at least), nice little patio on the front on the building for a summer dinner! Would come again! Merci :)

Stayed here for 2 nights recently and overall had a great visit! For a 2-star hotel, the rooms are actually pretty nice. The beds are comfortable and the climate control works great. Nice bathroom too. Very clean hotel with tons of parking. The only critique I have is the breakfast. It may have been free, but I ended up paying for it with digestive issues on both days I had it. So weigh that into consideration when selecting this hotel just because the breakfast is free. Not to mention I felt like I had the staff member attached to me the entire time I was there. I couldn't even heat up my oatmeal in peace - after 30 seconds she came over and turned off the microwave and told me "that's enough time for that". And she watched my family like a hawk while they were getting their breakfasts. She was very friendly, but it was a little uncomfortable nonetheless. Pair in the digestive issues, the free breakfast is not worth it. The free coffees and cappuccino's from the machine in the lobby were super nice. I definitely made use of that! I'd definitely return for a place to stay. But i'd definitely go offsite for breakfast if I were to return.

The hotel rooms especially above the reception office are the worst. We got there in the middle of the night. All sort of insects welcome you at the entry of the lobby as you open the the swarm of bugs enter with you. Our rooms had three spiders. The hotel didn’t have any other room and we are stuck in the middle of the night. They wouldn’t issue refund so we could find another place. They put us in a basement room that they acknowledge they never rent to any customers. It was smelly, humid, and many other problems. My wife and I got spider bites and still treating three weeks later. On top of all that before of front end receptionist old grumpy rude lady. Would never ever stay at any Econo Lodge.

I would rate this motel 2 1/2 stars due to location and too many stairs. The picture on the web site is only the Reception and breakfast building. The rooms are at the back of the parking lot. The motel has 3 levels and they all have stairs. No elevator. We had a room in the bottom level. Wasn't keen being on this level because it had a small window and when you open drapes your view is car's head lights. Felt like I was in a basement. The breakfast area is small and is only open to 9am. Other Choice hotels day open to at least to 9:30am especially when you are on holidays. Staff should also be bilingual in the breakfast area. When I spoke to the lady in the breakfast area in English she spoke to me in French. Told her I couldnt understand French but she still answered in French. Motel is a good 20 minute drive to Old Montreal. The motel is on a busy street. There are a lot of one way streets in Brossard so its handy having a GPS. The rooms are clean but some of the furniture is dated. Shopping and restaurants were close by but we needed our car. I might stay here again as long as I wasn't in the basement level.

Everything was better than I expected, the room was exceptionally clean, the staff was always very nice and accommodating even though we arrived late at night. The breakfast was on point, everything smelled nice, for real it was a way better experience that I am used to in general, and at a great price at that. 10/10 would recommend and will definitly come and stay again.

The rooms were good and the location was decent. However, the dining staff was terrible. They were rude, however, became alright later. I am not staying in a hotel to get rudely treated by a staff member. Also, the breakfast items were not refilled once they were over. We went like 40-50 mins before closing and the stuffs we needed weren't available. Don't spoil a good hotel just from having a rude dining staff. Maybe it is extra workload on them. Hire more dining staff. Overall left a bad impression of the place. Would not recommend or visit again.

This is my favourite kind of hotel. Full of traveling workers during the week which means quiet nights and quiet mornings. This is also quite close to downtown Montreal, at least by travel time.

I paid 200 a night for a basement room. I arrived and took out my debit card. She gave me a look and said, no. You can't use a debit card here. That doesn't work. Then she just stared at me. I just stared back, holding my tongue. She finally piped up and said she needs a credit card. After that, I didn't ask about any CAA discount because I didn't want anymore attitude. Then the next morning, I got yelled at by the breakfast lady while I was pointing at other things to help my friend choose what he wanted to eat. We ate a bunch and then she yelled at us again for wanting to leave with a muffin, while others were leaving with much more food with them. Never coming back, to put it nicely.

You have a choice, sleep or AC can't do both. Tv doesn't work, chairs broken. Beds are really old. Everything is very clean that's 5 star. Things are broken (here and there) it's not awful, let's just say it has just starting to get run down. General hotel is ok for 1 night. 2/5 star

Nice spot if you're on a tight budget. Rooms are clean and staff are super friendly. only downside, it's 25 minutes drive to Old Montreal.

It’s cheap and great for low budget people. The service is ok but they do not clean your room in the day. It’s about 20 min drive to downtown and barely no good restaurants around.

Great travel hotel , so clean, quiet and easy to get to off the highway. Nice area and great for our lab! There is a beautiful dog park around the corner and very affordable. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We stayed here for 3 nights in May. The hotel is pretty close to the Montreal downtown and has a great location in general with easy access to various facilities. The staff at the hotel was kind and respectful. The front desk, cleaning lady (although she could speak very little English!) and esp. the lady manning the breakfast were wonderful to interact with. The rooms were as expected. The continental breakfast was pretty decent. I especially enjoyed the coffee from their new machines in the lobby.
