Nice apartment with comfy bed, but the building is extremely noisy. Stayed here two nights, both mornings we woke up at 7 a.m. due to loud music. Couldn’t locate it but it’s probably Dollarama, the store below. Wouldn’t recommend this apartment if you want to sleep in.

Then it started chirping again in the middle of the night and we barely slept. Clearly the batteries are not checked regularly. I asked the company for compensation and all they were willing to do was a gift card for a future stay at one of their hotels. I don’t want to go back to any of their hotels. Customer service was very poor.

A vacation to remember. This place looked very much like the pictures which was a plus. There were a few things that could be improved. The couches had stains from a treatment but we covered the couches with sheets. The dining room table was warped from multiple guests either placing glasses or hot food on table. Could use a fixing up or replacement. The terrace door was stuck and my other guest fixed it but it needs to be looked at. Also found hair on food prep products (cutting board, knives, spatula.) The floor also wasn't clean we found many blonde hairs. We also were missing a remote for smaller bedroom TV. Other than that, bathroom was immaculate. Laundry center washer and dryer in unit. Great. Wifi could be better weaker in master bedroom. 🚿 head could be adjusted to avoid being splashed as soon as you jump in. Quiet neighborhood. Overall convenient area to get to and from town.

Beautiful place. Clean and conveniently located 200 meters yo the Charlevoix Métro and a few good local restaurants. Loved it and will definitely be using it again on our next stay.

Stayed two nights October with my family. The apartment was nice and spacious but on arrival (at 2 AM) the bed linen wasn’t changed from the last guests. We found stains and hairs. As there is no reception or staff present we called the provided support number but the automated voicemail ended with a message only in French which I unfortunately does not understand. No spare linen was present in the apartment so we had to wash them ourselves in the middle of the night. Don’t get me wrong, mistakes do happen and there is nothing strange about that. BUT the real issue here is how the mistakes are handled. We were forced to wash our own bed linen and make some expensive calls from our Swedish cellphones the support number. We made a complaint by email and asked for a compensation. After several mail messages back and forth with more and more obvious stalling we gave up several weeks after our stay. My last email wasn’t even answered. So in conclusion, it was a reasonably nice apartment but because of the awful customer support and disgusting cleanliness our experience was really bad.

I don't know when others stayed here but when we stayed here a few months back for about a week it wasn't a great experience. The good Is the amount of space you get as it's very large, however it was dirty when it comes to the seating and couch and tables, like not usable at all. The location isn't great either but you can't fault the business for that as we picked that. The other issue you'll have is how loud it can be if other rooms are occupied, there is ZERO soundproof walls, if you have loud occupants next to u, good luck trying to sleep.

Truly great experience! The location is very convenient, ~10mins drive/~20mins subway from city centre. Apartment was clean and spacious, in very quiet neighbourhood. Although there isn’t any front desk/reception, they made it super convenient by text messages. Very responsive and accommodate my early checkin and late checkout requests. Overall, great value for money!

Great place to stay. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Booked a room at Les Lofts because I was just looking for any 4-star hotel for a night and it was labelled as such on Google. However, I didn’t realize it is not a hotel at all and should not be labelled as one. I would compare it maybe more to an Airbnb. It is definitely an apartment owned by someone who decided to rent it out. Now don’t get me wrong, the place itself was very spacious and tidy/clean, and did look quite nice as in the photos and there was soap and linen provided. Everything was very modern and new looking, especially the kitchen and bathroom (the shower and tub were lovely). The bed was actually very comfortable and there was a balcony which looked nice and big for the size of the apartment. I think this would be a great place for longer term stays rather than just one night. One thing was the smell that bothered me a lot, like stale sweat/smoke and humid/musty. But I turned on the fan/AC and walked down to dollarama to buy a couple odor absorbers which made it tolerable. There was also a brown stain on one of the pillows on the underside which weirded me out too. The area it is located in is quite sketchy and worn down. And some sketchy groups seemed to like hanging out in front of the Dollarama. Being on top of the Dollarama was quite convenient though since you can find most essentials there for cheap. I probably wouldn’t stay here again personally just due to that I only ever need it for only one or two nights and the smell, stain, and location made me uncomfortable enough to not want to go back. But again, if you are looking for an Airbnb type of thing for a longer stay then maybe it’ll be your thing.

This place did NOT meet my expectations. I was expecting a very nice stay in a nice place but NO. Horrible conditions. Don’t even stay here even if it’s your last option for a place to stay. 0/5 stars

Looks nice. Beds were stained and dirty. The shower leaked through the wall into the kitchen. Kitchen was dirty. No cleaning supplies were provided. Took security deposit after I bought cleaning supplies and left apartment spotless.

A very comfortable, lofty home situated a brief walk from excellent dining and shopping. Also, Jean, the night manager was so helpful with my late arrival. Very kind regards for all his help. A+ Service

Great loft, great service, great stay! Nothing bad to say. It was like a luxury hotel next to downtown.

Amazing place, absolutely loved the look and feel of the loft. Sadly I wasn’t there for long but next time I’ll definitely stay longer to enjoy it more.

The unit we rented was simply magnificent: it was a "studio apartment" with an extremely comfortable king-size bed, and superb well-equipped kitchen facilities,; and there's a huge flat-screen TV (with Netflix & ROKU networks). Our 1st week in Montreal was quite hot (30+ degrees) and the apartment has an excellent A/C system which is quiet & very effective. The bathroom is beautifully appointed with a shower to-die-for! Also, there are tons of cupboards, drawers & closets. We were located 100 metrics from a Metro station (Montrea's subway), and a 3-minute walk to Montreal's famous Atwater farmer's market, as well as a pleasant 35-minute walk to Ste. Catherine street and downtown Montreal. The staff, especially Laura & Gaetan, were absolutely the most kind and helpful people that my husband (Dr. Benoit) & I have ever dealt with. Thay were incredibly helpful and courteous and efficient! We just loved our stay here!!

A very clean, comfortable, spacious and stylish apartment. Check in/out instructions provided were clear and the owners were very responsive. Private parking is available at additional cost and advance reservation is needed. Highly recommended!

The location was a short Uber ride to downtown but there wasn't much in the direct vicinity of the apartment. The apartment was okay - looked better in the pictures. There were four women staying in the apartment - there was literally 1.5 rolls of toilet paper in the place (and not the double rolls but the small single rolls). The towels were stained and quite dingy and there was visible mold in the shower. The smaller bedroom with the queen size bed didn't appear to have been cleaned properly prior to our arrival as in between the sheet and the duvet there were someone else's toe nail clippings and, there was a size able cobweb in the corner. We couldn't get the television set to work properly. Unfortunately there was no instruction manual anywhere in the apartment to assist. Overall, this was a decent apartment for what we paid but only because I booked through AirMiles and redeemed some AirMiles to bring the cost of our stay down.

The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Avoid this company at all costs. I’ve travelled plenty for work during the COVID-19 pandemic. The only time I’ve had to cancel a trip was while trying to stay here. It was a nightmare. Every other Airbnb or hotel I booked during these uncertain times was extremely flexible. If I ever had to push a trip back, I was not charged a penalty by other accommodation providers. I was set to stay but COVID-19 forced me to push my booking back another month and a half. I had to pay an extra $50ish dollars. The accommodation was reasonably priced as is so I paid it. Now my government (Ontario) had banned travel to and from Quebec. I tried pushing my booking back again but they wanted an extra $150 for 2 nights on top of my original payment and the additional payment I already made! I contacted them a FULL MONTH before my booking. They would not let me cancel and get a refund, they wouldn’t not charge me the same price as they arbitrarily raised their prices since my booking. I was kind and respectful and they were extremely unhelpful, telling me to simply dispute it with Airbnb. They blame ME for booking during a pandemic and told me I should’ve known better... not a way to treat a customer who was excited for their stay! I will never stay here. They have taken my money and are greedy and unprofessional.

Had an incredible stay here in the lofts! The space was beautiful, incredibly spacious, bright and modern - the perfect place to stay on the outskirts of downtown. Steps away from Charlevoix subway station, Atwater Market and some great eats too. Street parking is a little risky if you’re not familiar with street cleaning times but there’s a parking lot at Centre D’Accueil Louis Riel with great rates only a few blocks away. Overall, the spot offered everything we needed and more. Would recommend!

Our stay at Simplissimo was super great! We reserved a parking spot and then it gave us the flexibility to come and go as we pleased!! We absolutely loved our place in the 2 bedroom unit! We will definitely be back in the future!

This place is a SCAM. If your visiting for vacation this is a tourist trap, they steal your security deposit make you pay for towels and have terrible amenities. When I called to confront them for taking $600 worth of security deposits, all they had to justify it was a hand written phony tag that said noise complaint and said to sue. This is terrible for them to pray on visitors from out of town when their industry is hospitality. Save yourself the money, headache, and frustration. If your in town to visit, stay literally anywhere else!!!
