The coffee was decent but the croissant sandwich I ordered was pretty awful. Very average croissant that was way over-baked with a thin slice of ham and cheese. They pulled it out of the fridge and warmed up in a small oven and it was really dry. It was definitely not worth the $7 that they charge for it. At least make it fresh!

Highly recommend. Wonderful cafe. Great atmosphere, nice setting, soft music not loud like in certain places. Marie, the person who helped me, was very pleasant and patient with me when I wasn’t sure what to get. Their coffee and pastry id very good. This is my second visit and I am just as pleased as last time. The croissant was warmed in an air fryer and it came out so crispy. They have lots of food options. They also have two seating types: tables with booth and chairs as well as stools and counter facing the street for those who like to ppl watch.

Stumbled upon Florence Cafe after trying to pass by another place in the area but finding it closed, and we were not disappointing. The vibe of the interior is really charming and peaceful, definitely a place I could see myself working in. We took iced americanos which were fantastic, as well as a blueberry scone which was well worth the price. Can’t wait to go back on a warmer day and try the gelato which looked incredible. Also, you can judge the quality of any establishment on whether or not they have a doggy-Polaroid wall (spoiler - they do). Definitely a gem in the area.

08/30/22 @1817hrs Went in to get their mango/passion fruit and coconut soft serve swirl (regular priced at 5.75) and what I got was just a regular coconut flavored (very off tasting) and no mango/passion fruit swirl was to be found. On top of all of this, the cone started to “leak” from the bottom prematurely and almost soiled my clothes. I’m writing this review after attempting to contact the store twice at their given number and receiving no response. I dunno what went wrong but this was definitely not a good experience. How tough can it be to get soft serve right?!? 🤷🏾‍♂️

It was my first time visiting this café and I gotta say, they left a great impression on me. Cozy little place with awesome quirky decor, lots of pastries to choose from (some vegan ones as well!), delicious coffee with non-dairy options, and friendly bilingual baristas. 100% recommend 😃

This is everything a café should be: quaint, cozy and stylish with top quality food items and professional grade service. Extra points for having some originality in their menu and prices are reasonable. A "hidden gem" that deserves great success IMO. You don't find service like this very often - its like they actually care! My only complaint is that it's small, not a lot of seating but I've been impressed each time I visited and wanted to review. Highly recommend, keep up the good work!

Great coffee shop in st-Henri. The staff is amazing and always a smile on their face even when super crowded. It’s been non-stop since I sat down 2 hours ago. Awesome job guys. Keep up the good work! Delicious pastries and perfect atmosphere to sit by the window and drink my delicious Cortado.

Their coffee and hard ice cream are good. The doughnuts, we've had them once (cannoli, matcha, tiramisu, and Oreo) and disliked them all. The dough felt like old bread even though we got them in the morning. The frosting wasn’t too much to our liking either. When we go there, it's usually for their butter croissants. They are generally good but it happens that they are overcooked.

Unnecessarily rude staff member who started yelling at us when we walked in the cafe. The entire cafe started looking at us and he made us extremely uncomfortable. He could’ve told us politely. Why are there tons of photos and reviews saying they allow dogs when in fact they don’t?? REPLY: I understand they’re doing their job but his tone and volume was completely unnecessary. It was so uncalled for and disgustingly unprofessional. I’ve been to this cafe MULTIPLE times this past summer with my dogs and no ones ever said anything!! I distinctly remember a wall of photos of dogs in the cafe as well and you’re trying to tell me it’s a “secret perk”?? The fact that YOU said this was a new rule that you RECENTLY implemented should be something that is told to your customers POLITELY and CALMLY.

I got the key lime swirl ice cream and it was so good! The small size was only $4. Will probably be going back for another one haha

For thousands of years, the almond croissant has been plagued with a pandemic known as crunch to chew ratio instability. Today, on a brisk Sunday morning, that instability seems a little bit more stable. Florence Café’s almond croissant was consistent from pole to pole. The sweet flavour profile leaves you devastated as you take your last bite knowing that this cathartic culinary experience is coming to an end. This is not goodbye, it is see you again soon.

It was the first time I see that hot latte being served in a glass! I told them and they said we just serve cappuccino in cups. Does not make sense!

Absolutely adorable coffee shop with delicious pastries. Baked goods to die for; both savoury and sweet. Staff is beyond kind, friendly and helpful. Prices are total value for money and i was extremely impressed with the drinks! An absolute must visit if in the area!

I feel so fortunate to live in a neighborhood with an abundance of great coffee - but Florence is tied for number one in my books! Excellent Italian style coffees, affordable Light snacks and lunches and warm, friendly staff that know their locals. Love the casual and unpretentious vibes. Thanks gang!

Florence Café is such a great spot. They have excellent coffee and nibbles. I also highly recommend the ice cream, they have soft serve that rotates through different flavours. They also have gelato and who doesn't love gelato?! Staff is super friendly, good vibes all around here.

I wish I could post a negative star. The coffee was awful, weak and way too hot. Their idea of a cortardo is a short weak americano with very hot milk. I guess I need to go further down centre street in search of good coffee and friendly service…

My go-to place for a quick bite and great matcha latte in Pointe Saint Charles. Service is always on point, and the food is good, especially their focacia pizzas! During the summer, go try their ice cream!

Cozy, sunny cafe in the point. Great place for dogs spotting! They have some low-gluten/ gluten-free cafe options & fun gelato flavours all summer.

Can't comment on the food because I haven't eaten there yet, but the variety of warm and cold drinks,t he customization options (syrups, etc) the warm attitude of the barristas and the vibrant and relaxed atmosphere makes this place a great spot to pick up a warm drink and re-energize between tasks! Plus the have a photo wall with all the local puppers and happy people on it, so you get free serotonin with your order!

Well deserving off each one of these stars. Coffee, service, atmosphere, and a cookie so fantastically tender and buttery that Is certainly held together by its own will power.

They have such a nice and diverse range of foods and products. I love their viennoiseries and their soaps, they even have gelatos and comfortable sweaters. Their decoration is on point, a gem in PSC!

One of my go-to places for ice cream this summer season: weekly rotation of unique flavours, creamy and light texture, refreshing taste. Their pastéis de nata (including their Nutella-filled ones) are delicious, and their service is friendly and efficient.

Superb customer service! The kind girl working behind the counter allowed my indecisive self to sample a lot of the different gelato flavours and she also gave me a very generous cup of their weekly soft serve to sample. The gelato cups were filled to the top even though we got one scoop! Yummy gelato! Haven’t tried anything else at the cafe but went back twice in one week! Will definitely be back!

Cute spot. I only checked it out during covid. The Gelato is divine, fun complex flavors like oreo cheesecake (at first I didn't like it cuz of the cheesecake kind of acidity but then I was addicted), red velvet cheesecake and Cannoli crack and the owner Kevin is super friendly and nice. I'd say my favorite so far of the 3 is red velvet. Prices are tax in so easy peasy. I've since come here to try other foods such as the calzone, the sea salt chocolate cookie, Focaccia with rapini and ricotta, natas, they've all been absolutely delicious! I'm never disappointed.

I like your coffee shop really much. It was really organized and clean. An outstanding service was given by the owner and his chosen workers and it inspired me to return again. Both the coffee and ice creams were really tasty. I am very happy with that! A wonderful coffee shop with a great atmosphere! It's highly recommended to everyone!
