Basic restaurant serving regular Spanish menu. Nothing spectacular.

The host was great, the waiters were rude and virtually non existent. They have no time for customers and do not respond well to taking orders, they roll their eyes and can’t wait to end their interactions. They are unwilling to explain the menu and huff and puff at any request, especially when water is ordered which seems to be emotionally exhausting for them to bring. They do not seem happy with their job so they make their customers unhappy by ignoring them, getting offended by the quantity of food bought (a pizza appetizers and drinks were not enough to satisfy the waiters apparently) and by literally ignoring us and other customers and walking away when someone asks to make orders. This was the case with 3 different waiters. This is very unfortunate as the food and atmosphere are excellent. The chef was professional and made the food very quickly. The host was very friendly. If you are going to this place, be prepared to regret it.

Food is amazing but the service is absolutely rubbish! Waiters ignore you and are very rude and disrespectful! One keeps sighing and when I call them three walk past me! Only the one with hair is actually good and asked us if we need anything and he doesn’t ignore , he deserves a raise!

we had calamares. it had not much taste. i did frozen ones from the supermarket, put them into the oven and it tasted better than what i ate today. the service was not verry kind. they smiled but that was it. the knife was dirty (glad i didn't used it anyways). the chairs were sticky. and there were a lot of flyes. and for those calamares we payed 15€ per portion. (2 persons) in the supermarket i pay maximum 18€ for a package as big as those two portions and it tastes better. on top of that a bird came in. i mean as a bird i would also come in if so much things would lay on the floor... (on the picture you see a table where the bird was, but this wasn't even the dirtiest corner in the restaurant. i would not recommend this restaurant.

Good food, the waiter name Ruben are attentive and good service

I recently had the pleasure of visiting a restaurant that served some absolutely delicious types of food. The churros and good were simply divine, with a perfect balance of crispy exterior and soft, doughy interior. Each bite was a delightful combination of sweetness and cinnamon, leaving me craving for more. Apart from the scrumptious churros, the restaurant itself had a wonderful environment. The ambiance was inviting and cozy, creating a pleasant atmosphere for dining. The seating arrangements were comfortable, and the overall cleanliness of the establishment was impressive. It was evident that the staff took great care in maintaining a clean and hygienic space for their customers.

Smoke duck dish is salty, chicken is too dry, over fried. Salmon is nicer. Service is bad.

The worst paella ever. Not fresh, over priced (€23.10) hardly any seafood in it. Please do not eat there! Shame really, I guess they don't care as too many people turn up on daily basis.

Its a pitty for such a resteraunt in a good location with a good setup and food to be totally put in the ground by an unprofessional manager. From the start, We were greeted by an unpleasent attitude when requesting a table. Then we waited a very long time for our orders to be taken. We ordered two burgers as well-done and it was served rare and the manager refused to refund it, instead he tried to charge us for drinks again, which was already paid for. In conclusion, the attitude of the staff was not welcoming nor customer-friendly.

The worst restaurant in la roca village, we have eaten in many restaurants in la roca village and this has been the worst service we have received, it is not consistent with the price they have. Some waiters are very rude, they also served us the food without having cutlery on the table, we had to wait to start eating.

It was expensive and the food was terrible. The salmon tasted as if it had gone off. It was presented well but I after the first bite both my companion and I couldn't eat it

The restaurant needs more development in customer service and staff performance is poor

Food was alright could I really ask for more as the mall is in the middle of no where. Wait staff was very forgetful. It seems like a norm to bring water but never bring glasses for it and also gave us the wrong bill. Just wanted a place to rest and eat something.

Horrible. The server didn’t bring my drink until the very end of my meal when we asked for the bill. We did not receive half of the items we asked for. The server was not welcoming at all and seemed irritated. Would not recommend even if you’re that hungry.

Foods are very good. But the service is poor - a lot of their servers just ignore you even if they see you. Also the outside seating under the beautiful sun is ruined by the raids of small birds.

I would like to start off by saying my burger was perfect! After 10 years of working in the kitchen and service industry I have an edge on knowing what to order. This is why I thought it would be unfair to rate it only based off of my dish. I went with the safe bet of a burger because I looked at a few other dishes being served and they were not that spectacular. They cooked it perfect rare for me, but did not ask the temperature before ordering and even though I love rare-medium rare 80% of the customers would have sent the meat back. My date ordered the fried chicken dish and it was over pounded meat and over fried. The cappuccino was just warm milk and coffee, but I am convinced Spaniards don’t know how to froth a cappuccino so this was normal. The aspect that brought this down to 3 stars was the price. The value proposition was not proportional. Average food for high priced ticket.

Enjoyed a delightful morning at La Roca Village in Barcelona, sipping on a delicious cup of coffee while savoring some mouthwatering French toast at Pasarela. Highly recommended for anyone visiting this picturesque spot

The food is not worth the money! So low quality food! The service is bad no one smile at your face! U don’t feel welcome 😅 the place is full of flies 🪰 I don't recommend 🤷🏻‍♀️
