Very slow service, ugly and messy infrastructure, little parking space and very unfriendly staff except for the counselor, a rasta girl who tries to be loving even with those who don't deserve it. I don't like it because with the attention they make you feel like you don't matter at all.

Just to say that I also worked in a hospital here in Santiago and we don't give bad care like you......my mother arrived at the emergency room tonight, they gave her as a reference that it was c-4...... In other words, they were going to attend to her around 12 at night.........she is a person who is older and needs attention.......I know the work of hospitals and I know that It is an emergency......how bad it is to realize that more and more staff are without the vocation they should have......
