Amazing place where you will meet the sweet Adriana and her mother Luz. They make you feel like home. The food is really tasty and healthy. We had the meat sandwich which was great. also natural drinks (the guanabana juice is yummy ❤️). Adriana also made me a special natural (plant/flower) medicine for my cough who helped me to recover. She grows her plants in the small garden we eat. LOVE this place and its atmosphere. Thanks for your kindness.

We stopped in here after a coffee tour and had a big appetite. We arrived before opening (accidentally) and Adriana welcomed us in with such good graces and energy. Everything she prepared was made from scratch and included ingredients that she had either grown herself or sourced locally. To say the meal and atmosphere was incredible is an understatement! I highly recommend stopping in here and especially recommend the shredded beef dish, which was the tastiest thing we’ve had this far in Colombia.

The best place to eat in Salento. We had the burguesa de pollo and burguesa de lomo. Absolutely better than any burger or sandwich that I have ever had in the United States. We also had baba ganoush, ginger papaya smoothie, and chocolate dessert. Baba ganoush was uniquely delicious. Went two nights in a row because it was so yummy and the music and atmosphere were so special. The staff are amazing people. It was nice to be on a quiet street away from the main square. Smoothies, drinks, appetizer, dessert are ~15000 pesos each and entrees are ~25000 pesos each. Well worth the price!

Such an awesome place. Like most of the best spots, we discovered this just walking down the street. It’s out of the center of the city but absolutely worth the walk over. Probably the best burger I’ve ever eaten, and I’m from America, so I’ve had MANY. The attention to detail is amazing. You can tell they take pride in the food they make. Homemade buns, delicious yet simple salad, drinks are phenomenal. Just a great place ran by some great, extremely accommodating women. Try it. You won’t be disappointed.

Wow… this food was just unbelievable and there are many good vegan options. Me and my partner came for lunch and got the hummus and garlic bread, then vegan bean stew with lentils. Everything was incredible. We then ordered a picnic for the next day to take on the hike to Cocora Valley which we picked up at 8am in the morning. It included a fresh orange, ginger and turmeric drink, walnuts, a vegan burger, a delicious vegetable rice dish, chocolate cakes with fresh strawberry sauce… truly a feast and everything was packaged up beautifully. We would have come here again and again had it not been closed on Wednesday (our last day in Salento). I HIGHLY recommend this place. One thing to note is you do have to wait quite a while for food, but this is because the owner is a perfectionist and the food is truly worth the wait.

I ate here twice during my stay in Salento and both meals were absolutely divine! The kitchen is small, so food can take a long time (up to an hour when it’s busy) but you can absolutely taste the love and care they put into each dish. The atmosphere feels warm and cozy, and they have a really nice selection of healthy herbal infusions and healthy lattes (like golden milk) to accompany your meal. I also ordered a packed lunch with them for my hiking day that came with a delicious sandwich, side salad, and energizing ginger/turmeric drink in a mason jar! Eat here you won’t regret it!!

MAGIC HERE . This place is a wonderful hidden gem, not only for Salento, but Colombia. Few times in life you encounter places where the owner transmute their inner energy and beliefs in a wide range of products made from the earth and definitely cooked with hearth. This is a MUST for anyone who is looking a place to remember, a tale to tell others and the most delicious dishes and teas. We'd the chance to try the beef burger (damn, please try this) also tried the Thai rice, also spectacular. For the teas, we tried cannabis, Bugambilia and ginger/turmeric/pineapple one. The teas are lovely served. Adriana and Juan just make the palace better, their attitude to explain and understand the taste profile for customers is just outstanding. Next time I bring someone to meet Salento, Bumi will be even first than Cocora. Thank you for this unforgettable experience ❤️

The best vegan/ vegetarian restaurant in Colombia!! Beautiful ,small , familial place. Adriana and David are amazingly welcoming and so sweet!! Everything we had is organic, freshly made on spot, with herbs and vegetables from their farm and garden. All the meals we had were delicious. Also the products they sell here are fantastic. Truly recommended!

The best vegan food we have eaten in Colombia! So rich in flavours!!! Adriana is the sweetest most welcoming person you will ever meet. She made EVERYTHING VEGAN for us and took the time to explain everything. All in all Adriana made us feel like home and in peace. We loved everything second of it.

First and foremost, like the other reviews say, Adriana (and her family) are absolutely fantastic and amazing human beings. If you're able to, Adriana is a wealth of knowledge and passion who is a treat to talk to. Secondly (but equally important), the food. You can tell how much love Adriana puts into her meals and drinks. Mark my words... Adriana will be the next best and most recognised chef in Colombia!

This was definitely one of our culinaric highlights on our journey. It‘s sad that we just found it on our last day but however super happy that we found it. You see that the owner puts a lot of effort in it. The vegetarian / vegan food there is highly recommendable. It‘s just 5 minutes walk from the center and worth every step. In our home town that restaurant would be booked out every day.

Absolutely beautiful place. It was my favorite restaurant I went to in my time in Salento. Not only is the food super tasty, unique, vegetarian friendly, and fresh but the vibes of the restaurant makes you feel right at home. Adriana has the most beautiful soul and it is translated directly into the food she so carefully curates. I would come back to Salento just to come to this restaurant and if you are in the area this HAS to be on your list. Thank you again for everything ✨

If you’re looking for authentic Colombian cuisine made from scratch, look no further! The staff is polite and enthusiastic. Service was great throughout our dining experience. The ambiance is calm and relaxed. The natural tea’s and wines are out of this world. I believe they mention that everything is home grown and fresh. Definitely recommended!
