Newly remodeled very clean modern ..lots of space and seating.

The worst customer service that I have ever experienced in my life. An employee charged me extra for double meat that I didn't request and after I told her that I didn't order double meat, her response was, "well, I can't do anything about it to help you, so you'll have to take the food either way and I'm not going to take it off your order." I then asked to see a manager and she said, "I'm not getting a manager and I'm not going to refund you the money" with a smirk on her face. I had to talk to another employee in to get my money refunded for what I did not order.

Great food. Veggie whopper is great

Usually cleaner. But on that day we had to ask employees to at least clean a table. Given it's COVID19 season the poor higene of the place doesn't inspire confidence. Thumbs down. 👎

The best Burger King food i've ever had, is in La Vega, RD! USA.. come and ask for pointers! lol. They even serve coffee house style cappuccinos and lattes.

For fast food, it's the best tasting food of any Burger King I've eaten at in the country. 4 stars because they need to open more registers when they're busy.

The food was good and hot. Looked just like the pictures. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean.

I had a good Whopper Jr. It was crowded because of Carnaval, but the staff was very pleasant and efficient.

My son had a blast. Good food like back in US.

It's hit or miss. The burgers are good. The chicken sandwiches are a bit high on the salt. Diet drinks are a gamble, sometimes they have them, sometimes they don't... correction, most times they don't. Some are reps ok, some are great.

A little different than in America, but it was Oka little expensive.
