Will you hook your hose up to for clean water, there is standing water inside of it and some places you can hook up your water because there's not a connection there. very poor housekeeping, maintenance in the managers just don't care about anything that goes on back here. But you will get harassment notes on your door like we have collected over 30 of them. The Bay area always floods when it rains ,in fact the whole campground floods when it rainsbut here are the pictures to let you see what I'm talking about.

It's definitely not the nicest campground I've ever stayed at. It has old facilities, and the sites aren't consistently level. But, the residents are nice. The area is fairly quiet. And the staff can be helpful. They're working on the campground, adding a few sites and a second shower house. But the downsides are; the sites aren't level, you're on top of your neighbor. The newly built facilities are still being finished as far as I can tell (it's been almost a year) so you can't use them. The parking situation is a joke, good luck parking near your site. The parking area is a lawless zone, no one acts like other people have to park there also. Honestly, if I-24 campground had space, I'd move tomorrow. If you're lucky enough to get in there, take it.

You can clean a place up, put some elbow grease to it and make it shine perse........ But at the end of the day you just have to throw in the towel! If you have lived in this area for as long as I have then you are well aware of the stigma that's attached to this place. Yeah, they have cleaned it up when you compare today, 2022, to say yesterday....... 1998. Call it what you will. I still consider the place to be the armpit of LaVergne. And the Roach motel out front...... Really???? Let me make a suggestion to the City of LaVergne! If you really want to change some frontage eyesore property....... Go over to Thompson Machinery in Interchange City. Rent 2 D11 Caterpillar dozers and a couple of there 777 back dumps and you could level and get rid of that dump in one day. I mean as soon as you cross the county line into Rutherford County and your telling me this is the best looking; respectable place you have at the "Welcome to LaVergne" gate to greet people? You guys need to go back to the drawing board cause if that's the best you can do...... I'd hate to see your worst! 🤢

The spaces are tiny, the parking situation by where we are is ridiculous! This is not really a Campground at all. It's more of a trailer park with RV's. Most people live here full time. As I was reading the other reviews, I've noticed that 3 years ago they were talking about the men's bathroom area being under construction. I don't know if it still is, or is again, but it seems to be mentioned in a lot of reviews over the last 3 years. Most of the people are nice, but the area is a little trashy and dirty. I don't think it's worth the $550 a month, to be honest. Oh, and try to get out of there on a Monday morning. Murfreesboro is the most horrible road I have ever been on.

It was WAY overpriced for what we were offered. Spaces were too close together & the maintenance guy was always griping at us about something. The mens restroom was disgusting, usually had feces on the side of the toilet & smelled like piss. The women's restroom was being "remodeled" the majority of the time we were there...(aka 3 months) it might still be in process too. If you can afford it- I highly recommend going ANYWHERE but here.

Nice clean campground, friendly staff. Old style not a lot of room or frills. Considering the fact that it is in the middle of a growing city, and so close to Nashville, less than 10 miles drive from the airport, it's a great place to stay. There are a few long term residents, but they keep it clean and help to keep the place safe. Wintered here with my wife and kids. Also has an old motel converted into a weekly rental efficiency room in front of the place. Helps to block the noise from the road. I would stay here again.

This Campground rents weekly and monthly so most people here have been here a while, but they still offer spots and have them available frequently! But it's just a stone's throw from the Davidson Rutherford County Line! And they do not mind pets, and there is a little area to walk your dog in for potty walks! It's not real fancy here but it's quiet, and allows pets!

Very few amenities However SUPER quiet and private I guess the lack of a pool gets made up for by easy access to food groceries and being left alone! The staff is very nice and understanding with all situations as well. Good community to live and great friendly neighbors as well.
