Nice place to chill out with family and family... nice food n drinks... N good customer service..

One of the worse hotels I have stayed. Worse then even a motel. They don't provide towels, no toothpaste. When asked to have some toothpaste was told they don't provide it and to go and buy outside, while it was raining heavily at 6am and no shops open. Customer service is pathetic as if they got someone from village to serve

The hotel staff allocate rooms according to hierarchical level although you pay same price for all rooms ...this is discriminatory practice...staff spoiling hotel's image...otherwise it's a good place to stay.

The food is ok. Hotel experience is ok. Rooms need to be well cleaned, light bulbs needs to be changed. Less furniture in the room will elevate the beauty of the room

Had a little family gathering. Bar, drinks and food was amazing best place to chillax in Labasa. Pristine condition. Staff super friendly love to revisit and definitely recommend this place to everyone. 5 star

Good for business trips only... Stayed at the new wing for 2 weeks, cockroaches were crawling around my room.. breakfast provided by the hotel is hopeless for someone who stayed there for 2 weeks.. Hot water not working most of the time.. Staff walking into the room without knocking whatsoever.. Staff need to be trained a little bit more on service delivery.

Very comfortable place for stay

Been here again. Unfortunately the service has gone as it was previously. Couldn't sleep properly due to RATS IN THE CEILING AND HOTEL STAFF DO NOT TAKE ANY ACTION OF THIS... This is for the new Wing where Lunchbox is. Do not recommend!!
