At Hans im Glück in Düsseldorf, the burgers unfortunately had a slightly unpleasant smell, reminiscent of a low-quality fast food restaurant, and the service was noticeably slow. While the ambiance is warm and inviting, these issues detracted from the overall experience. Enhancing both the food quality and service efficiency could significantly improve the dining experience.

Amplia variedad de hamburguesas, de pollo, carne o vegetales. Las papas fritas estaban muy bien hechas. La variedad de salsas para escoger es super amplia con muchas opciones veganas. Aún así, el sabor de mi hamburguesa no me dejo con un wow. Estaba rica? si. Estaba increíble? lo dudo. Además, es difícil evaluar el servicio, cuando el pedido se hace y se paga por medio de una aplicación web, hay meseros, pero son tan pocos, que uno finalmente termina usando la web.

Probably one of the best vegetarian burgers I've had! Staff friendly, attentive and able to speak English. Inside decor very nice and plenty of outdoor seating available which was lovely on a nice sunny day. Toilets clean and prices were good. Blasus iawn, diolch yn fawr 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

The service and ambience was good and the restaurant seemed modern and clean. Regarding the food, the bun and the fries were quite nice, but the meat patty was super bad, it felt and tasted like ready made burgers and it was dense. The food taste was there, but the texture of the meat patty was not nice from my idea.

Ambience is so nice with the whitewood accents . Burger is top! Super yummy and serving is good. We took the lunch meals mith fries+burger+cold drinks+hot drink. Off for me is the bottle of the berry drink. The drink itself is nice. Half of it i already drank using a straw. But i want to eat the berries inside. When i was about to put the bottle lid on my mouth i smelled right away something is off. Im sure its not the drink. I guess either its the caplid or the bottle itself. I informed the waitress about the situation and she would gladly change the drink but i declined. But she did not take it off the tab 🤣🤣. But hey the burger is nice!

Bruger place in nice location. As it is a chain, the meat does not feel to be prepared on the spot, but it is of a quite good quality. But unfortunately the patties do not allow me to put a 5. There is a variety of burger options to choose from. You can choose which type of bread you want. For lunch there is a lunch option with burger, drink, side and hot drink of your choice. Their cold lemonades are tasty and there are some nice creative options. The staff speaks English too. They are polite and professional. There is no free wi-fi unfortunately. The place has plenty spaces outside, which are covered with umbrellas and also a lot inside.

It was fantastic!! Firstly I wasn't expecting to see so many vegetarian and vegan options on the menu given that it is a German restaurant, but let me tell you, the burger was DELICIOUS. (Just FYI, I chose Abendrot). The environment is refreshing, with a cozy and welcoming ambiance, and the friendly host made me feel right at home. I highly recommend a visit this restaurant.

Last time I was there the burger and fries were cold, plus the service quite slow for an empty place. Today I came back and: 1) there were two people in front (one serving the other one giving the back to the customers and with a rude attitude). There is a sign that says "please wait to be seated" and no one was able to welcome us, say where to seat or explain the order system. 2) we took a look at the menu and then waited and waited to be attended when the place was pretty much empty. 3) another couple in front of us asked to be attended to order and the waiter said in a very unfriendly way that there was a QR code to order, so if they wanted anything they had to go through that system. When he was already next to them... I didn't want to be exposed to such poor attention so we just left. My evaluation in regards to food belongs to the last time I went there (2024). The rest is considering both previous and current experience. Just FYI: tip is not included, you have to add it to the final check.

Annah took great care of us. We started at a 2 top table and then our daughter joined us…they very quickly accommodated us at a 4 top table. Thank you. The food was as always super. We ordered 2 bowls and 1 salad. Vedervieh, Bravur and Hippe. Also two sides of sweet potato fries. Top beverages as well. Veltins beer, aperol spritz and the lemonade was AMAZING! The hot drinks - lattes…don’t miss out. So smooth going down.

Very tasty burgers and fries. Spacing can be a little tight. Liked the dog friendly environment.

Worst beef burger we ordered and the brought after 5 mins burger was cold it was smelly and not fresh I bite one and couldn’t eat at all. We asked to exchange with something fresh and waiters said they can’t return the money which we didn’t ask for! So we wanted to change with chicken burger it was okay and paid 40€s total drinks were expensive . cola was 4,50 and ice tea 5,90 never recommend

The restaurant is good, and the staff there are very kind. The thing that caught my attention the most was the hamburger bread. The texture of the bread was very soft. Foods do not have a special design. The restaurant menu is interesting, it reminded me of my childhood story books. The decor of the restaurant is interesting and funny. Attention Attention, wash your hands before sitting, because it is very difficult to sit and get up from behind the table. I can’t give it 3.5 stars, so i give 3 stars

Good burgers and friendly staff. The food is always tasty and fresh. It can get busy on weekends, so it’s better to book a table in advance.

Went here for early dinner and the place was relatively full. We didn’t wait at all to get seats. The food and service were amazing. Hannah was really nice and accommodating. The store did a good job putting her up front. Will definitely go back here again. 😁

I came here to try the vegan crispy “chicken” burger, and it was amazing! Murali served me—such a kind and friendly person who gave me fantastic recommendations. I will definitely come back if I return to Düsseldorf. The burger was incredible, truly a lucky find!

Faultless dining experience. Burger great, sweet potato fries phenomenal, my only grievance with the dessert was that it eventually came to an end. Service impeccable. If they don’t open a branch of this in the UK one day my life will forever be incomplete

It's been more than 6 months since i last had a Burger there, and the quality hasn't been bad at all. Being a vegan n,self, i definitely recommend trying out the various vegan Burger options available along with their very delicious Grazie Pistazie. Our waiter, Lazar, is worth being giving a shoutout to as he was rather accomodating and very helpful in making a few adjusments to the menu when requested. You should definitely try out the place.

The food was really nice…the service was good but a bit slow.

Ruth was our waitress and she was very kind and polite, as visitors her knowledge of English was very helpful. The food was also very good, especially since there were gluten free options.

It looked really cozy from the outside. We got the dubbel smash with avocado'n'egg with a elderflower/ginger lemonade and the eitler Gockel with sweet potato fries and a mango ginger ice tea. Both were to die for!! The amount was perfect, the flavor on point. They have quite the vegan and vegetarian options as well. Highly recommend it!

I love Hans im Glück. It's been... 5 years? 10 years? Since I've had it, and it was even more magical than remembered. I love the decor. The food is unbelievably tasty. This location is particularly unique for being inside a partial pyramid building that you can climb on top of 😂

Pros: The food is well worth it. Both the vegetarian and the non-vegetarian burgers are well made and the fries are perfect (+ free really good sauces). The service is friendly, quick, and to-the-point. The location is great, right next to the shopping district at the straßebahn and U-bahn station. Cons: The price is relatively expensive compared to something elsewhere, but decent for the area. The interior is kind of noisy from equipment.

It’s a very romantic atmosphere in the restaurant. The service was fast and friendly, the prices are fair and we felt welcomed. The burgers are juicy and big, how they should be. The cocktail choices are great. It’s a good place to stop by after shopping or visiting a museum or just hanging out with friends.
