Went for a general eye check up today. Fascinated with their modern equipments and facilities. Just disappointed at how assistant Amalina (who did my assessment), quite harsh and unfriendly, no reassurance and very pessimistic, I would say couldn’t differentiate what to say or not to say towards patients. I would suggest to study and practice about ethics and professionalism when it comes to serving customers. Really ruined my mood for the whole session and wanted it to get done quickly (I may not show it at that time because I am aware that this is basic respect).

I had excellent experience. I did femto lasik in december 2022. The procedure was fast and painless. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. The centre was cleans and has modern equiptment. I highly recommend this place to to your lasik treatment.

Staffs are friendly. Doctor is nice and explain good, operating makes no worries. Femto lasik take only short time, the nxt day can see quite clearly but not sharp and need time to recover. Good service and recomended.

Got recommended by a friend to go Optimax and now I am a happy customer. If you or a family member have cataracts, I would highly recommend you to visit here. The staff and optometrists are friendly and professional. Dr Syafiq is very skilled and he takes the time to explain things well during the consultation. The surgery was quite fast and successful. I opted to use a trifocal lens and the outcome is really good, now I can see most things clearly without having to wear glasses. I heard they are also the only one in Seremban that provides LASIK service for those wearing glasses. Basically Optimax is the one-stop center for all things related to eyes.

I did my lasic surgery here in August 2023 for my both eyes. I did femto lasic surgery for both my eyes. Before I enter the surgery room, the doctor came to me and explain about the procedure. He assure me not to be nervous and everything will be fine. He’s nice and very gentle. The procedure is not that long. It takes about 10-15 minutes. It was a bit painful and uncomfortable for my eyes. It feels like my eyes being pressed. But it’s fine. I feel so dizzy after my surgery and i sleep for 5 hours. After i woke up from my sleep, my eyes are perfectly fine. I feel so happy because i don’t have to depend on my glasses and contact lens anymore to see the world. The nurse gave me the wrong medication but it’s alright because I haven’t use any of it. The next day I come back for my appointment to see my eyes condition. She gave me the right medication afterwards. The facilities here is very good.

Alhamdulillah , everythings going well at first i feel extremely anxious and nervous during surgery day, i dont even play my phone, but after meet with dr, he tried to calm me down and very professional how he handle the patient and giving all of the instruction. All of the process doing surgery is good. In addition, all of the facilities at the optimax are very complete, clean and comfortable but just one thing i would like to advice and need to improve while handling the patient, the staff outside should be quiet and not chat loudly to prevent patient from not scared and control their feel and emotions, lastly i would like to say overall is very good and meet my expectation 😇

Decided to take the plunge and had my vision corrected here. Dr Syafiq is a professional & emphatic ophthalmologist. Kudos to Ms Tanusha the optometrist that is responsible during my first eye examination. Thorough explanation& friendly. Done TESA-S for about 2k+ for my left eye. Some suggestion for improvement, would like to suggest a coffee/ drink corner at the 2nd floor waiting area.
