Doctor is not professional and reliable even she is a so called eye specialist. Just performed some basic eye checkup but charge a high fee. After checkup and medication, still can't solve my eye problem. At the end, I have to go to different clinic and did thorough eye checkup again. At first, i was deceived by so many good reviews but later was learnt that the nurse indirectly force customers to give them good reviews in exchange of so called "Free" eyedrops. Totally not worth my visit :(

Read about good reviews about Optimax among a few eye specialists in Klang. Brought my father for eye check up due to blurr vision. Paid total RM228 (RM135.00 for consultation) with 2 bottles of eyedrop. After 1 week of applying the eyedrops, no improvement at all! Went to focus point today to test my father's vision. Suspected cataract on right eye. What is the purpose of spending RM135 for such unprofessional service? My advise "Please search for alternative eye specialists for professional service". Btw, finally understand that the reason for seeing so many reviews on this page is due to "free gift" given for leaving a review (after consultation before leaving the clinic). Don't be blinded by the number of reviews.

Dr Yen Siew Siang has posted insulting information regarding community pharmacists. Her arrogance as a wealthy lasik surgeon has blinded her. Please visit other eye centre with RESPECTFUL AND HUMBLE specialists.

Been there 3 times and honestly the Dr was so unprofessional. She made remarks that is offensive regarding my personal attire and look. The staff however were very profesionnal and friendly. The Dr really needs to improve on her communication skills as to not say things that might be insulting to the patients.

A clean and safe looking clinic which adheres to the SOP. Two eye specialist there to cater for the patients. Good service by the eye specialist and staff. Ample parking there too.

Very professional and kindness of doctor and nurse. Special thanks to Dr Yen, she was being very patient to us, explain everything in details and answer all our questions and doubts. My mother was very nervous before the surgery, Dr Yen was being so patient to comfort my mother and makes her really relieved from anxiety. Many thanks to Dr. Yen for my cataract surgery. 4 days after surgery, I can see stark differences before and after. I am able to see up close and far without problems. My eye has yet to fully recover but I notice the gradual improvement by the days. Glad I did this surgery and thank you so much.

Visited the clinic with my 2 year old son. I am dissapointed with the service. The doctor should know how to handle kids as they stated in their banner that they do check ups for kids.. i paid 165 for doctor fee but did not even check properly. And gave eye drop. At least they can help to put the first drop there but they didn't do that. I'm using the drops about a week but still the same no improvement.

Very friendly staff and most important very good doctor...my husband just done eye operation on 5th of July and the outcome of the operation was so smooth no any complications it was successful..we've tried how many hospitals expensive hospital here in klang and Kuala Lumpur but this is the best most affordable clinic and we're very thankful without the help of optimax staff and doctor maybe my husband still difficult to do daily living task as like as normal people...kudus to the staff hoping they can help more people who had difficulties on eye sight, who got eye problems!!!!

Brought mum to Optimax as she was having continuous itchiness for 2 days and thought it might be infection. But after consultation they told its just dryness and gave Optive advanced as lubricant. The itchiness continued for 3 days and brought mum to government hospital for 2nd check. And they confirmed she had infection and gave medicine with antibiotics. They claim to be specialists but cant even do a proper diagnosis for a patient. Maybe they are just good for lasic/cataract surgery i guess.

Huge thank you to Dr Joseph! My mother-in-law had been having eye discomfort for sometimes and doesn't improve despite a few examination in other clinics, and she is pretty upset about it. Because of this, I have decided to brought her for another check in Optimax Klang and we are fortunately enough to meet Dr Joseph! He is such a friendly and enthusiastic doctor ! We really appreciate his effort in explaining to us how my mother-in-law eye disease has occurs and what we can do at home to speed up her recovery. I've been coming here for a few years now. The doctors are friendly, caring and nice. The ladies working here gives the best service-they are polite, efficient, accommodating and friendly. Appointments are well planned with minimal patients at any one time. SOP well adhered to. Very prompt replies to queries on Whatsapp. The centre is comfortable as well. Overall, one of best places in the customer focused business.
