Very disappointed and horrified ... before you wanna stay in this hotel, don't forget to check this review. As they always emphasize themselves as Three Stars Hotel, all of the facilities and attitude don't even match the Hotel with only one Star 🌟 No refrigerator, no kettle, no tea or coffee, no slipper in the room. There is almost everything you should have provided in the room as a three stars hotel, but you don't. The room is super tiny so it can't really accommodate 2 people properly...super narrow The bed even has some hairs that don't belong to us....not clean. It's a bit disgusting to see this when you paid around 160 euros for a hotel... that's really crazy !!! There are tons of pillows in bed, which is annoying too because they occupy the most space of the room which was already small..now even smaller after they put these pillows!!! The soundproof is also very bad so you get knocked and attacked from the upper floor or doorway. Those woods and shower system in the r...

Wonderful hotel in the heart town. Lovely staff - very helpful with recommendations and planning. Enjoyed the sauna and steam room. The vibe in the lobby is like the best living room you could wish for. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel and will come back! Minor improvement point: given that the minimum number of days is 5, i recommend a little bit of variety into the breakfast. Even changing 1 thing every other day would be an improvement. Merci!

Lovely hotel in Megeve, really great staff, everyone was so helpful. Our family room was beautiful and so cozy and comfortable with an upstairs room and a lower level room. Get breakfast, it was great! Really nice place, highly recommend.
