I would have given 4 stars, but the service was slow. We waited 10 minutes for the wait staff to seat us when there were plenty of open tables. For the most part the food was great, but the Bolognese was simple and bland. I will go again as it was likely an off day, possibly due to COVID issues.

Love the ambiance of this place, the food isn’t as authentic Italian as I had expected it to be, however, the service is friendly and it’s quite close to our place. Definitely a one time try! Edit: Not sure how to reply to the owner’s comment on my review but here’s an edit; thank you for clarifying that Italy is not just Pizza (I don’t know if people will get this sarcasm but I have many Italian friends and I’ve been to Italy many a times) I was being polite in a sense that it didn’t taste as good as I had expected it to be. Really disappointed in the owner (or whoever is in charge of this Google page) for not being able to handle constructive criticism, it’s a red flag for me and arguing with a customer over their honest review- a HUGE NO! Even though we live close by and I often crave Italian food (when I’m not cooking at home) but will avoid this one.

Way above expectations. Great service and great food. Not exactly the local food some are looking for but an excellent alternative with an original menu. Spicy octopus was ❤️
