I booked my first session at Alaya Studio for a Deep Breath course with Emilie and I'm so grateful that I took the leap. The way she teaches, the slow movement, and the meditative aspect of the class was exactly what I needed. French is my third language, but I found Emilie's guided practice to be soothing and gentle. I haven't been to Yoga since 2017 but I'm glad my reintroduction to the practice was at Alaya (a quaint and peaceful little studio) and with Emilie. I hope to be back soon.
