I thought this pharmacy was nice but yesterday my experience was just embarrassing. I'd called and asked if they had the lunettes de eclipse and I was told, yes, pass by as we are expecting a delivery tomorrow, so I can pay in advance and pass by the following day to pick them up... I went to the pharmacy and when I spoke to the pharmacist to explain, she started laughing at me and saying they have never had these... the ladies all just seemed to be indirectly mocking me and when the guy became involved in the conversation he said, they have never had them and its not here and that I made an error. I asked if he wanted to verify the number and he said no because im wrong... Their customer service was unacceptable, they embarrassed me in front of others and the fact they were all just laughing at me was not a nice situation to be in, especially when french is not my first language. You all had the option to be helpful but, in stead you chose to be rude and a bit of a bully.
