Stayed for a month in March 2022. The apartment is well equipped with all of the necessary facilities available. The apartment is well located for easy access to lake Annecy and only 30 minutes from two good ski resorts ( La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornard). The balcony is south facing and good views of the surrounding mountains and also down to the lake. Menthon is a small village and has the usual local shops. Parking is available on-site. We will revisit in the future.

Menthon Saint Bernard, coeur de village. Nous avons séjourné dans un charmant appartement spacieux et authentique : mur en pierre, poutres apparentes, au cœur du village de Menthon Saint Bernard. Le confort était au rendez-vous: fauteuils cosy, très bonne literie. Agréable baie vitrée qui nous offre une belle vue sur la montagne. Merci à Rémi qui a été très disponible et réactif.
