I booked an oil change online and paid in advance for the service. I arrived on time for my appointment, but unfortunately, they couldn't take my car because they were "full". What? I had a confirmed appointment and had already paid, this is VERY unprofessional. No one could explain the problem. Almost nobody spoke English, and the only thing they said was "you have a Swiss phone number." So what? Even if, for any reasons, they can't call a Swiss number, they can send an email... it's not the 1980s! Finally, they said they would give me a refund and they said everything was OK. However, since I didn't trust them I checked with customer service later, and they informed me this was incorrect. At the shop they should have taken my credit card information for the refund, and without it, I might not have received the money. Thankfully, customer service was able to help and assured me I should receive the proper refund within 72 hours... I hope at least. I'm very disappointed.

They were so efficient and quick in their service, consult and execution.

Great service and helpful staff - they managed to put 2 new tyres on my car straight away. Plenty of stock, even for exotic Japanese cars...
