It was pleasant to visit this Paul patisserie in Annecy - the pastries were good even in the evening, the coffee was strong and tasty as we like it, and the weather allowed us sitting at the table outside, where you're right in the middle of lively city square with a lot of people and pigeons. The staff was gracious and efficient in serving the customers quickly.

I was so happy to find this place on a cold winter morning. Having just arrived by bus, I was exploring the city with my companion. More than just hungry, we were starting to chill down to the bone. Upon entering, we were greeted by the warmth of a bakeshop and the smell of the treats fresh out of the oven. The baked goods are bar none. The coffee needs some help. Nevertheless, it was a perfect way to embark on a day of traipsing around Annecy.

FINALLY a nice big coffee. Being from North America I'm used to a nice big cup of coffee (not the norm in Europe), and I finally got that here at Paul when I ordered a large americano. It was amazing We tried a few different pastries with our coffees and all were outstanding. I'm a big fan of pastel de nata and they definitely do it justice. There was a lot of bugs sitting outside but that could have been a one off day given the strange weather Not the cheapest place but you pay for what you get, I'd go back
