The location is excellent for visiting the old town although it can be a bit tight if you are over 6m. The only real negative was that I had to scold a Frenchman for using the drinking water tap to rinse out his toilet cassette. He had no excuse because the instructions for the service point were in French. Unfortunately not the first time I have scolded a Frenchman for doing this. Make sure you sanitise the tap before use.
