The room price I paid was £166/night. This was during a busy period The good: 1. Nice view 2. Kind staff The bad: 1. Musty smell of the pillows 2. Unclean cutlery and utensils in the breakfast area 3. When the room was cleaned, the soap was not refilled. On day 3 of my 6 day stay, I had no soap, mid bath 4. No tea/coffee 5. Staff is polite but English is a problem. I'm guessing if you speak French, it's a good experience

Great little hotel with really friendly staff.The rooms are a good standard.There is a good breakfast on offer with something for everyone.Dont be put off by the 2 star compared to a UK standard its more like a 3 star similar to a Premier Inn.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It's in the French side in Saint Genis Pouilly. It was really clean, nice breakfast, the staff were great, good price, and located in a very safe area. The only disadvantage that I saw and experienced was that taxi's and Uber rarely go there, unless you are in Geneva and request to be taken there. So to get an Uber to pick me up at the hotel was extremely difficult and expensive. Using the TPG bus and tram is a better choice, but you need to know the routes so you don't get lost and manage your time appropriately.
