I visited Thonon Plage in Thonon-les-Bains, and honestly, it's just okay 🌊. In high season, it’s nearly impossible to find a parking spot 🚗, which is frustrating. Off-season, the area feels a bit off-putting due to the large abandoned parking lots 🏚️, making it seem a little neglected. As for the plage itself, it’s not the best beach around Lac Léman 🌅. There’s really nothing wrong with it, but there’s also nothing special or impressive about it either 😑. It's just mediocre at best. I’m sure there are worse places in France 🇫🇷, but what sets Thonon-les-Bains apart is that it's in such a rich area 💰, so it feels like it should offer a bit more. Overall, I’d give it 2 out of 5 stars ⭐⭐. It’s fine, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to visit.
