This is not a 5 star camp site and it does not pretend to be so. The reason I give it 5 stars is that it was open the first week in October. The owner is very friendly and the facilities absolutely fine. If you want pool etc then you need to go elsewhere. I would definitely come back, there is a warm welcome A, and quite honestly the whole area is fantastic.

A very quiet and tranquil site. We loved it! The facilities are a little dated but perfectly adequate. The owner couldn't have been more helpful. Easy access to Annecy and only an hour or so from Chamonix. Lake Annecy is beautiful.....not to mention the mountains. Plenty local cycle hire. Our favourite stop during our month in France.

"Rustique" tranquil setting with beautiful views. The baguettes sold by Brigitte were possibly the best I've ever eaten!! Downside was the facilities. Toilets lacked toilet paper at times. Showers were compact to say the least and they were closer to cold than hot. It certainly woke you up!! Would I go again, yes possibly even with the cold showers!!
