Drug screening service needs much approved. Curly black hair lady forgot to register me and didn't apologize for it. We sat there in waiting room forever.….and you go to another room and wait again. No one there for another hr. Everyone visibly upset. No explanation no concern no apologize. Horrible experience

I waited 2.5 hrs just to have a fit test done that I made an appointment for. I understand other situations are more important which lets them skip the line but it would be nice if I was informed my wait would be a little longer due to this plus being short staffed. My 5 star review is for the lovely young lady who did my fit test. I’m sorry I can’t remember her name but she was wonderful

Concentra staff at the front counter is polite and courteous. There's a lot of conflicting time windows with keeping to a scheduled appointment causing delays for several clients. Some appointments were scheduled without my knowledge or consent and I had to immediately reschedule. My first few visits with the doctor involved training a new hire as a replacement and seems to lack the knowledge on how to fill out the proper paperwork on how the appointment went. This made appointments take longer than necessary. I am concerned the quality of my overall care here will diminish once my doctor resigns and the replacement takes over. The physical therapy is pretty good here and I am confident I will see some improvement on my condition. My last visit however was rushed due to conflicting schedules and I don't feel like I made progress since my last appointment. Unfortunately there is little to no communication between staff in the physical therapy office and the main office even though they are in the same building. This could use improvement as well as better communication with clients. *update* After 5 months of various treatments and referred to other specialist clinics by Concentra, I have made minor improvements and recovery has stopped the last 2 months. The last 2 months of treatment was nothing more than follow up appointments and doctors did absolutely nothing for my condition. I would not recommend Concentra Urgent care for any physical conditions that need extended care.

Staff was great. The 2-3 hour wait was atrocious someone else left after they told them the wait was 4. Had to go twice, once for drug screening and again for physical so my total was probably around 5-6 hours. This wait might be due to the fact that they only had one doctor and an extern handling an entire clinic.

3 hours for a physical. Was one of the first ones here at 945 AM. Seen a whole crowd, come and go basically twice. Did everything on my part fast/ online check-in. Heard the lady say oh I forgot after my first test to herself, meaning she never checked me in for the second test, so I waited double the time. It was originally completely quiet at the start of the day. They could have gotten me through fast. Unsure what the hold up was.

I’ve been here many times. It’s a first come first serve for UA testing or so I was told but I saw another gentleman come in with an appointment and all that he did was get a UA as well. A little bit of a wait is normal. Well the day I went, they implicated a brand new patient check in system. They’re supposed to send you an email or text message to complete additional paperwork. Well the texts and emails refused to go through to my phone or email but worked for some others that were waiting. People that arrived after I did with no appointment. I have a new iPhone so I’m not sure what the issue was. So about 5 people went in front of me that arrived after I did because they received the additional paperwork. They finally let me use their tablet to complete the paperwork which they should have just done to begin with instead of making me wait to see if the texts or emails came through. I was there for about 2.5 hours. It was frustrating to say the least. Especially having the need to urinate but can’t because you’re waiting to give a UA sample and now I’m behind several people which I should not have been.

Went for an employment drug screen, it was super busy in there. They didn't allow us to wait in a separate room from all of the sick people until we had all been waiting for 30+ minutes, then they directed us to a separate part of the waiting area. Whole thing took almost 2 hours, the staff was super nice so I'm not upset at them at all, but I am now really sick and wondering if it was because I was around so many sick people that day (none of them were wearing masks)..

The care I received at Concentra was excellent, the Dr. was not only prompt, attentive and professional but she offered advice and assistance in moving forward to an orthopedic surgeon. The staff at the front desk were professional and polite, being able to fill out the intake paperwork on my phone was a great option.

Most of the staff was very polite and expedient. However, the medical provider that was on staff and saw me his name was Eric, falsified my medical document, stating that I had a history of a previously known illness when there is absolutely nothing in my medical history, to indicate that I have ever suffered from that particular illness. I will not be going back. Please don’t go here especially not for a DOT physical.

I arrived and told that I would have a long wait because there was only one provider. I waited 1/12 hours, and that was relatively short for past experiences elsewhere. Your staff was very and helpful. I needed help logging onto your site to fill out my paperwork and your staff was more than happy to help.

Zero stars!!! I was in line 30 minutes before the clinic opened. Then finally 3 hours and 41 minutes - I finally got called from the Medical Assistant whom could NOT find my vein for lab work. Poking around with a needle Is Not fun, especially thinking the Medical Assistant had experience? I beg to differ. I had to to labs elsewhere. Never going back to Concentra!

When I arrived at the Urgent Care Clinic in Lacey Washington. I was told I had to wait 2 to 3 hours for care. The reason I had to wait so long is because of the Urgent Care clinic being short staff which was not my problem but theirs. The staff members at the clinic were helpful, respectful, and willing to hear my concerns and gave me answers at a timely manner.

I needed DOT physical, called around other places. I would have had to wait weeks for appointment. I was able to walk in here and within a short time. Got my physical got in and got out quick

I went in with high expectation to be waiting 5 or 6 hrs. To my surprise, I was there only about a couple hrs. The ladies at the desk were nice and very quick to check us all in. The traveling Dr. was knew her stuff and quit nice. Thank you. Definitely clean and friendly atmosphere.

The staff were very attentive from checking in. The nurse continued with a smooth transition, very friendly. The doctor explained everything and documented throughly the condition that I was seen for. Recommend this clinic. Thank you.

I was having a severe asthma episode and they triaged me immediately in a very kind and compassionate manner. Ultimately, my condition required an ER trip but I really appreciated their support during a very scary time and the fact that they didn’t charge me anything. Thank you guys, so very much

Came in for a 5 min ua. Waited for an hour. I watched the MA in back spend more time restocking things then she did with the 9 people waiting in the lobby for her. I am a nurse, we restock during down time. Not when we have 9 patients in the lobby. Get it together seriously.

I did walk-in, no appointment, for a CDL medical certification. I was their shortly after opening hours and was in and out in less then an hour. All the staff were respectful, professional and got me on my way. I will return for my fourth medical certification at Concentra. Thanks again.

While I appreciate the work they do. Pet peeve, employees park in the small lot they have. They do have access to a large lot for employees. Thus opening the lot for patients. Waiting an exorbitant amount of time in waiting rooms when you have an appointment. Seems that short staffed is a norm. I haven't seen any sense of urgency from behind the desk yet.

Needed urinalysis. I'm the lab an employee brought in a non service dog. The employees working the lab stopped what they were doing to pet and play with the dog for 10 minutes. Animals are dirty and have no business being in a clean laboratory. What's more, I had already waited for almost two hours before I was finally helped. The staff were friendly, just very slow and allowed animals back in to the lab. Very unprofessional...

Try to get there before they open, for faster service. I got there an hour or so after open and there was a projected wait of 5-6 hours. They were able to get me into the office for a routine physical in less than 3 hours. Very polite and they do the best they can with what they've been given.

When all you need to do is take a pre-employment drug screen, you should not have to wait several hours to go. It is not healthy to have to sit there all day holding your urine. A medical establishment should understand this better than anyone. It shows that you do not care at all for people and treat them like cattle. Your front desk people are rude and talk to you like you are just an inconvenience. They don't even make eye contact. It felt like I was back in the Army waiting in line for in processing. Absolutely despicable place. I would never take a family member there.

I would like to put 4 because the therapy staff are very nice in accommodating. But the wait time even if you have an appointment sometimes the front desk staff does not pay attention to those who has appointment and just put them as a walk in patient that needs to wait forever. And it's a bummer that then you management remove the massage therapy and chiropractor from the location. Now it s pain too find a massage therapist after your physical therapy in the Urgent Care Clinic. So it could be 5 like before if they can have a competent and efficient front desk person and put back the chiropractor and massage therapist.

Had a pre employment UA and was sent to this location. First time here and the experience was top notch! Everyone was friendly and kind. Didn't have to wait long to be seen. Enjoyed a movie in the lobby while I waited to be called. The nurse who took my test was very helpful and funny made the experience less awkward and easy. 10/10 Thank you!

I had to wait over 5 hours to be seen for a physical that took no more then 5 minutes. The PA that saw me was thorough enough, but the MA made up 2 of my vital signs. She was the only MA working that day and had worked 2 short all day, so maybe it was the only way to get by. If they had an automatic BP cuff and a pulse ox that would cut down on time it takes to accurately obtain vitals. The front desk told me it would take 1-2 hours when I came in, obviously they could have anticipated it would have been much longer. I wasn’t given the option to leave and come back until I asked after sitting in a crowded waiting room for over 3 hours. I’ve been to this clinic twice before for employment related drug screens and it took over an hour both times. I would never chose to go here. Concentra cares more about being being a billion dollar/year revenue generating company then about their own employees or the work force they are tasked with caring for.

Very helpful and kind staff, that helped me through my entire appointment. Only complaint was the wait time, waited for 2 and a half hours before being called, this was after my paperwork was already filled out. If they could improve on time it takes for patients to get seen would be 5 star.

Wow! This is an extremely popular and very busy place to visit on a Monday afternoon. The staff are extremely hard working and as efficient as possible, given the high demand and tedious checkpoints they are required to follow for the flux of patients they are expected to see and file through their doors every single day. Expect a long wait time and be patient and kind to them, as they are truly doing their best. I appreciate that they supply snacks in the lobby as well as water, and tv entertainment, but maybe don't show up with a full bladder right away if you intend to have a drug screen test because if the line is long, you will be waiting well over an hour with your bladder at maximum capacity. They follow a systematic first-come first-serve process, so it is as fair as can be with an overloaded system.

This place was wonderful! The MA and provider were thorough and kind. They are so short staffed but everything ran smoothly. The MA and Provider are doing the jobs of 4 people each and I commend them for their hard work and dedication. Well done!! Keep up the good work. Concentra cooperation should pay you 4x to make up the difference! Well done

My boyfriend had showed up to this clinic around 8 am today. He checked in and told me that the curly haired girl was extremely rude saying that he needed to fill out a form paper and hand it back. After 5 and half hours I was on a FaceTime with my boyfriend, he politely asked them when he would get checked in. I’ve never in my life have heard a health care worker scream and use so much bad language towards a person. I was so scared for my boyfriend I thought the woman was going to psychically hurt him, she started raising her hands looking very hostile. I’ve never would’ve thought I would have to be scared for my boyfriend going to an urgent care. If you have any children I would not recommend taking them there, I would never want a child to be in an dangerous situation with those health care workers
