My
quest
for
a
radiant
smile,
which
began
with
earnest
aspirations,
took
a
disheartening
turn
at
Olympic
Dental
and
Denture
in
Lacey,
WA.
My
childhood
exposure
to
toxic
lead
and
arsenic
poisoning
left
me
with
dental
issues,
making
my
dreams
of
a
beautiful
smile
a
lifelong
pursuit.
With
great
expectations,
I
turned
to
this
establishment,
only
to
be
met
with
profound
disappointment.
Nearly
six
months
have
passed
without
teeth,
despite
the
promises
that
were
made.
The
treatment
I
received
was
not
only
substandard
but
also
profoundly
disheartening.
Ill-fitting
teeth
constantly
falling
out
were
the
least
of
my
concerns.
Olympic
Dental
and
Denture
overcharged
my
insurance,
leaving
me
with
a
sense
of
injustice.
The
lack
of
compassion
and
their
apparent
indifference
to
the
significance
of
a
person’s
smile
are
nothing
short
of
astounding.
Their
suggestion
to
glue
the
teeth
in
for
six
months
and
return
for
a
fitting
was
impractical
and
left
me
without
a
viable
solution.
What’s
more,
my
insurance
only
covers
one
set
of
dentures
in
a
lifetime,
and
the
ones
I
received
felt
no
better
than
temporary,
plastic
substitutes.
The
dentist’s
apparent
apathy
and
the
unprofessionalism
of
the
receptionists
compounded
my
frustration.
To
add
to
my
ordeal,
after
undergoing
the
painful
experience
of
having
multiple
teeth
pulled
and
my
jaw
worked
on,
the
prescription
for
pain
relief
was
abruptly
canceled.
This
journey
has
been
an
ordeal,
and
I
find
myself
at
an
impasse
with
nowhere
to
turn.
It’s
imperative
that
others
are
made
aware
of
Olympic
Dental
and
Denture’s
lack
of
compassion,
excessive
charges,
and
general
negligence.
I
earnestly
advise
anyone
seeking
dental
care
to
explore
alternatives
to
avoid
the
emotional
and
physical
distress
I’ve
endured.
