I have enjoyed my visits to ATI Physical Therapy. The front desk and Physical Therapist always offered a friendly greeting and showed they were concerned about your health and current status. The Therapist worked as a team to help me regain the needed movement. Due to my short schedule, they were able to find the right amount of appointments to help me. The team also provided me with ways to improve after discharge. Thank you, ATI Team

Dennis and the staff are attentive and very knowledgeable. They are also prompt and courteous. If you need help with rehab or functional strengthening, this is the place to go.

All of the staff at ATI are extremely professional and really provide an environment where patients and their health are priority. Dennis took the time to listen to my health concerns and created a plan of exercises that are helpful in getting me healthy and strong again.

I can't believe how much of a difference it has been since my first visit with ATI PT. Wow! Amazing! Within the first week of PT so much has changed for the better 😁 I've got the confidence of getting "me" back to normal again, after 3 long months. 💯 ATI PTis such a great place with a great staff. They have been great. Explain what I need to do and how to safely do it, soowing me how to do it, to get to my goal. I am recovering from a total knee replacement. Because of the way they work I feel confident with there assistance I will fully recover and get back to my full self sooner rather than later.

I got a knee replacement and needed to go to therapy- I was apprehensive at first but the team at ATI Lacey won me over- they were so encouraging energetic and rotated my PT to keep me interested and get me back on my feet. Emily was kind but stuck to the plan and worked with me patiently to understand where I was at and how to move forward- I appreciated that she treated me with respect and made it as fun as it could be…Brian came in and also kept my PT consistent but introducing another approach and care. Matt was a great asset to the team and kept it lite while Continuing to keep me moving- I enjoyed his greeting and each time he worked with me- thank you so much for the care I would recommend you hands down!!! -Jean

I went here for a few months for physical therapy and had really great experiences working with the different PTs and PTAs at this location. I primarily worked with Emily who was extremely professional and component in her field. She continuously challenged me and introduced new practices and techniques I haven't tried in the past. I highly recommend this location and would request this facility again if I required further care.

They’re great! Helped with my knee, shoulder, and back pain and didn’t try to make me come in a million times. Just showed me the exercises I need to do at home.

Great stuff, pleasant people. Had 4 months of physical therapy after full knee replacement and they helped me a lot by giving to me great sets of exercises. Brian, Emily, Danis was fabulous! Thank you again!

Was referred because of pain and stiffness in my left hip and knee; Xrays determined mild arthritis; may also be the result of old injuries from track and cross country running also. Therapists set up an exercise regimen that was affective and also determined I have a balance problem (likely age related). This has also significantly improved after 9 sessions a home exercise program has also been provided. All therapists and assistants are competent and friendly and the results have been very positive.

Jennifer is a great physical therapist and goes out of her way to make sure that I am as healthy as I can be. And she's a very nice lady. Thank you. W.C. Rock

The front desk is welcoming. Your time is important to them and you are not left sitting for any amount of time; appts are on time. My PT was THE best. Jennifer F. knows what she is talking about and if she doesn't know something, she looks it up. I learned more from her than I have from all my doctors combined. It was like girlfriend hour when I had an appt. She traded tips and knowledge and listened well.

So grateful for my experience with Jennifer and Pelvic Floor PT! I had a persistent injury from birth that would not heal until I got in to see her. She's incredibly experienced, kind and easygoing. Highly recommend!

After almost a month of constant pain, my doctor made a referral for me to receive therapy at ATI. Since then, I have had therapy several times and sincerely I have to say: “all the Therapist that I have met and have assisted me in my case have been great help in reducing my pain as well as increasing in my hope for my recuperation. I highly recommend ATI for you and/or family members who need Physical Therapy.”

Jennifer continues to exceed my expectations. I saw positive results after my first visit -- it was a real break through I did not expect. She is a great listener and teacher. I understand my physiology, problems, and treatment more clearly than ever before. Jennifer has given me the best care I have ever had.

Jennifer Frye is everything you want in a Healthcare provider, especially for something as intimate as Pelvic floor therapy. She has a great depth of knowledge, truly listens, is warm and affirming, and is very gentle. I wish my doctors were like her!

I really enjoy their friendly, compassionate and understanding attitude. EVERY is patient and passionate about helping people and making their lives better. I have to say I have been in the waiting area and listen to Brandy on the phone and how great she is with customer service and making sure that person on the other line gets the help they need. She is awesome. They all are awesome and deserve kudos. I will be back if and when I need physical therapy. Now, they kick my butt but I am thankful the pain is so much less more tolerable. I just finished my physical therapy with this location yesterday and just wanted everyone to know how amazing the staff is from the front desk to the therapists in the treatment area. I worked with several different therapists, which I feel like I highly benefitted from since each one had different suggestions and tweaks to my prescribed regimen. Dennis and Brian in particular were great to work with, and I always had a good time joking around with Brandy at the front desk before and after my treatment. Brandy was also awesome at letting me know if there are any openings in my preferred timeframes in case I wanted to come in earlier than my scheduled time, which I appreciated so very much! I hope I don’t have to go back for more therapy now that I’m done, but if I ever have to I have no reservations about coming back to see these folks in a heartbeat. Thanks for everything guys, you’re amazing!

I appreciate the warm and friendly greetings. I get from the reception personnel, especially Brandie, she is very accommodating to me as a patient helping me to get therapy care on the right date and time. Furthermore, Dennis has been my PTA and he is very patient with me asking questions to be able help me through my sessions. This is my second time getting therapy at AIT. I have enjoyed and benefited from the care they provide. The PT therapists are attentive and flexible to my needs. The area could use some help with appearance to make it visually more appealing, but that does not impact the level of care provided.

I absolutely love having Jennifer as my therapist. I’ve done a lot of physical therapy of the years and she is the first person to not just go through a set routine and be done. She hears what I’m personally going through and cares! I’m so thankful I found her.

Excellent service, great PT’s, I’m so glad I decided to go there and have a positive experience. My husband had the same results and experience. Thank you for being there and having a wonderful group of people.

They've helped me to regain mobility that was lost as a result of my injury. Working with the staff has lead me to get a better understanding of injury management. If you're in the area and need PT, turn straight to ATI.

The staff is always friendly and works well with you. Leslie is amazing she always makes sure to ask if you want a heat treatment or a ice treatment when your all done.

I found PT Emily very caring and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend working with her. I experienced neck issues and she even researched a pillow that she thought would be helpful. I highly recommend her!

Everyone who worked with me was helpful and non judgemental. They made sure I understood how to continue my exercises at home. I would highly recommend them!

I'm very impressed with the quality of therapy I am receiving from Emily. She encourages me, supports me and has made a difference in my recovery from a compression fracture. I love the handouts that show the exercises (I have a notebook) as I sometimes need to remind myself how to do a particular exercise. The office is clean and open and organized. All the staff are friendly and courteous.

I have spent my entire 63 years with difficult digestion and constipation issues which led to me talking with a surgeon about a potential and apparently quit painful surgery to remove hemmrhoids. He recommended that I try pelvic floor therapy with Physical Therapist Jennifer Frye. WOW! She is amazing! I learned so much in just a few short months and now know how to avoid surgery. Love her!! The office staff are wonderful, too! Thank you, ATI & Jennifer!
