My entire family has been seen here before and normally they are amazing. I took my 7 yr old today because he has an eye injury and being the weekend options are limited. We saw Dr. Duffy and she has to be one of the worst Dr's I have ever had to deal with. My son kept telling her he was in pain, she rolled her eyes and told him it was just itchy not painful. She refused to even exam his eye and instead tried explaining to me that my son goes outside so it was pollen, then tried to slow down her speech when I asked for him to even be looked at and explained again what going outside meant. She was very condescending, rude, didn't listen to my concerns and then told me to buy him eye drops that the pharmacist said a child can't use. She was in the room less then 5 min and didn't even examine the issue.

Bad place to go, they lie and steal. Was told by their on staff to go right to the hospital and I wouldn't be charged for the visit since the didn't do much besides look at me and say go to hospital while providing no care. 2 months later receive an outrageous bill from the place. Typical Providence scam, avoid them.

Went in for my appointment I reserved hours before in which they they messaged me saying arrive 10 minutes early for your visit at 445. Got there and they said that there are no appointment, and that is just an estimated time of arrival, and I will be waiting 2 hours to be seen. Very misleading and honestly, a straight up lie given what they texted me. Why would you have people reserve a time when you can't actually reserve a time, and tell them to arrive 10 minutes early for your visit. I would have scheduled somewhere else had I known the visit time actually is not a visit time. Now I'm stuck with my UTI for another day until I can be seen tomorrow.

I went to this urgent care after I was failed earlier in day by completely different clinic not related. They got me in quick, LISTENED TO ME, and now I’m currently laying in bed as my pain finally lessens. I cannot express how warm and welcoming this place was. I cried after meeting with Dr. Darby and being heard. I didn’t catch the receptionist or medical assistance names (I was a little all over the place after my day) but they were amazing as well. They both took my information in a calm and understanding manner and definitely understood how I was feeling. THANK YOU!!! I am going to do tour utilizing this facility when needed!

Refused to see my 15 years old for acute care because he was not accompanied by parents. However, we have Tricare Prime insurance and I called the receptionist and explained that we are out of town. My adult son was accompanying the minor. I even offered to send my husband's military ID. Still refused. I was told to bring him to ER. Disappointing.

So tired of coming here. Hours & contact numbers on google say one thing, and when you call the receptionist desk says another, and then you show up and it’s something else. Had to come in 3 different times within the span of 2 days after being very sick with a fever, because the receptionist over the phone said the wait wasn’t long and to come in now. I came in immediately and the same lady I spoke to on the phone said there’s a 2 hour wait and that they’ll be taking walk ins for 2 more hours. I went back out to my car and called the same receptionist and asked if they were busy she said yes and that they’re only taking walk ins for 15 more minutes. The workers just run you around in a loop and you don’t ever get helped. They don’t even communicate about whether or not you’re going to be seen or not, they just take your name down and say “just a few minutes” and dont acknowledge you the entire time you’re there.

I made an 'appointment ' for a 445 appoinment and my text confirmation asked to arrive 20 minutes. I arrived at 435, and the receptionist looked at me like I was crazy and said "You're appointment is at 6:16" I said, no its at 445 and I showed him the text confirmation and he said "huh, well i guess they moved it back because we had some emergencies " That in and of itself would be fine. Its an urgent care,I understand that the appointment times fluxuate. It would have been nice if someone had called or texted to say the appointment time had changed and lacking that, it would have been nice if the front desk person did something besides shrug and say "well your appointments at 6:16 now" I also tried to call in and talk to the office manager about this and the phone number disconnects every time.

We live right down the street so this place is convenient when you don't want to wait in an ER for 8 hrs for covid symptoms. The receptionist that sits on the left side when facing the desk is awesome and so patient and kind! The one on the right is the definition of rude and all I asked was if they called my daughter's name since we were sitting in the hallway area. ARNP Jessica was awesome! She listened, went above and beyond what we expected on our visit. Bedside manners were perfect!

I was very impressed with both the staff and wait time experienced on my recent urgent care visit. I had braced myself for the usual urgent care indifference and long wait time, but this was far from my actual experience here. I was quickly seen, the staff was very thorough and friendly, and showed genuine concern during my emergency. I am grateful to have discovered this site, and if I have another minor emergency I will be sure to come straight here!

For an emergency care clinic I am surprised at how it went as my previous experiences were anything but good. The doctor I saw today was compassionate, concise, and didn't get uppity over the fact I was asking for a specific medication. Usually when I do so they act like I am trying to tell them how to do their jobs. Seriously it has become rare for me to not leave a doctors appointment angry over how it went and this was a pleasant experience for me. Other docs should look to Mrs. An for inspiration.

Wait time seemed long (we were there almost 3 hours), but Dr. Lorich made our experience a positive one overall. He made my 5 yr old laugh and feel comfortable despite being in pain. He also took the time to ensure all our questions about next steps for treatment were answered.

2.36 hrs I went in there were 2 people infront of me, I waited 2 hrs and 36 mins, they kept letting people go infront of me needless to say I went in for a referral due to chest and back pain, so they say a guy with a leg cramp was more important then my chest pain, a walk in clinic should be first come first serve and if its severe go to the ER. A lady with a UTI is priority over chest pain, I think not, this place doesn't get to decide who goes first everyone is important choose a different urgent care

Horrible reception. She was extremely condescending to me for a mistake their office made, that is an emergency for me. They called in my prescription to a pharmacy I haven’t been to in almost a year. I specifically clarified with my dr after testing yesterday that I was going to be in Olympia and wanted it sent to Fred Meyer on sleater Kinney. This was clarified twice prior to me leaving. This morning I was told my prescriptions would be sent in. This evening upon going to get them they were not ready. That’s went I called and was spoken to in an uneducated and very unprofessional manner. I am homeless, this medicine is necessary for me immediately. I am livid. She also threatened to break a HIPPA law before hanging up on me. Never going back here again.

I used to take my kid here and it was decent. Unfortunately, the last 6 months this place went downhill. The receptionist states that this urgent care is not longer walk-in and is by appointment only. Also, it's "all booked up" and "that's too bad". They might want to change it from urgent care to general practice.

Doctor was rude, asked 1 question and then diagnosed me, completely blew me off and it was very disgusting. Misdiagnosed the issue twice and was condescending the whole way throughout. Following with primary care soon and will be considering a filing a malpractice suit after. Don't go here if you want competent help

I saw Doctor Clay for servere Migranes and Nonhodgkins lymphoma and sinus infection I always have gone to this Urgent care and always have been treated with proper medication and satisfied. However when I was treated on this visit I was told to take ibuprofen to for my migrane and antibiotics and left with a servere migrane and was not given anything for the debilitating pain I'm so weak from my Lymphoma and cannot believe I left to walk out the door in pain

Dr Clay was amazing! She listened to me and was very caring. She diagnosed my issue and I am finally on the road to recovery. I was in the ER twice before I saw her, and all they did was give me fluids - they didn't get to the cause of my problem. I am grateful for Dr. Clay! The wait was long, but not as long as the ER.

Been waiting two hours. Was told in the am there was one dr and they can only take appointments. I made mine and came back. If emergencies go first then take emergency visits only when there is one dr. I have to get this exam to return to work and my dr. Upstairs has no available appointments for a few weeks. This is frustrating. The other day my wife called and said she would be five minutes late and her appointment was canceled. Guarantee she would have got here and waited.

Great experience with professional, courteous, caring staff. We got lucky and happened to walk in when there was no line, and we were seen very quickly. Karlise, Justin, Dr. Mike and Dr. Sam were all very kind and accommodating. Thank you for the great service!

This place is awful I definitely do not recommend going here if your seriously ill and need to see a doctor asap. Had me wait in the waiting room for 2 hours with a 102 fever as I was close to passing out and nobody bothered checking in on me or making sure I was okay. 5 minute interaction with a doctor who told me nothing helpful. There’s so much more I can write about my experience but I’m just going to keep it as this was an absolutely ridiculous experience. Don’t waste your time like I did.

Visiting WA and I ended up needing medical treatment. Professional staff. Just the wait is way to long. Need at least one more doctor in clinic. Other than that I would go back if needed medical treatment.

My mom, who is a breast cancer survivor, went in April 25th for a follow up biopsy because of some difficulties. The radiologists sent the results to Providence Hawks Prairie the next day. My mom called for results for over 21 days and Jeanette the receptionist could not find the results, and treated my elderly mom in a condescending manner even though the results were submitted to Providence Hawks Prairie the next day. She eventually found the results. Absolutely no excuse for this incompetence and unkindness, especially for the most expensive healthcare system on the planet. A very real disgrace.
