I went to Olympia Vision Clinic in Lacey because I was on my last pair of contacts and the doctor I saw there pretty much forced me to get these contacts that blur my vision half the time and feel like rocks the other half. They also randomly fall out of my eyes at least once a day. I told her (the doctor) I've had bad expetiences with trying different contacts but she refused to let me get the ones I've worn for 20 years, saying they don't fit me well. I hate the ones I have now, but thanks to this place, I've now used up my vision insurance and will have to go elsewhere and pay out of pocket to get the contacts I've always worn. I tried to give them a chance. They offered to have a different doctor call me to help me find something else but I have not received a phone call, and it's been weeks. Oh, and when I called them to get my prescription, they told me it's only good for the contacts I have and nothing else. This was the worst eye doctor experience I've ever had. Obviously I will never go back.

I had my annual eye checkup, and during the procedure they found a spot on my eye. Dr. Whitney scheduled a two month follow-up exam and the issue had not changed, so he recommended following up with my regular Doctor to have it checked out. I appreciate a Doctor who puts the needs of the patient as a priority, and explains his findings in clear detail. Olympia Vision Clinic has a great office staff, and Medical staff, they are very professional and knowledgeable.

I would highly recommend Olympia Vision Clinic. My husband had a piece of metal in his eye and Dr. Haws was responding to my call at 11pm at night to help us. We went straight to the clinic in the AM and were seen immediately by Dr Kluny. He was very friendly and quick. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Great customer service by Kate at the front too.

I have been to a few other optometrist and I am terrified of the exams. When I had my first appointment, Abbey explained everything she was doing and was very patient with me she was fabulous . Then Doctor Clooney did his exam, again he explained everything and answered all of my questions he put me at ease. He took his time did not rush made sure I understood everything he was awesome! I will no longer dread my check ups. I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

Made an appointment about month or so ahead of time and made sure my insurance covers their services. About a a few days before of my appointment they called and told me that my vision insurance is not qualified. They waited this long to tell me this and I now I have to look for another vision clinic. I find their clinic is inefficient and their personnel is rude!

From Channon to Dr. Whitney to Greg this Clinic has top notch staff. They make the process easy and I have a good time every time I go here. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Greg makes picking out glasses fun and easy. Explains everything in easy to understand terms. Channon made each test simple easy and small chit chat makes it go by so fast!. Dr. Whitney is very personable friendly and make you feel confident and comfortable in your eyesight. Keep up the awesome work!

Paid for a contact lense fitting as I wanted to start wearing contacts after a couple years of not. Got sample contact and they seemed a little blurry- especially in one eye. Happened to have a medical and found out vision is 20/40 in that eye with the contact prescription I paid almost 200$ for. So much for that.

Fantastic ! Best vision clinic I’ve ever been too. Got answers to my dry eye issues that I’ve had for years. They made my contact lens fitting so easy and gave me samples to try before ordering. Highly recommend!

I made an appointment for my 3 year old autistic son to get a routine eye exam. I made the appointment in September for the appointment today (11/29/2022). They called the day before(11/28/2022) to confirm the appointment. I answered and confirmed the appointment and the address of the office. We arrive on time to our appointment and was told I called and rescheduled. I’m 100000% sure I did NOT call back to reschedule. And tried to give me a new appointment for January. Absolutely ridiculous. I pulled my son out of school and therapy for nothing. Don’t go here.

This place is wonderful. Best optometry experience I’ve had in my life. Gratitude to them all

Doctors are nice, but I had issues with being prescribed the wrong contacts and wasting my vision benefits.

I went in to have my glasses adjusted because they had become crooked. Those glasses were a little over one year old. Sharon says “Yes, I can help you with that”, disappears into the back with my glasses and comes back a few minutes later telling me she cracked the frame. The glasses where not warm, which tells me she didn’t heat up the material but just tried to bend them cold and that of course broke them. She tells me the glasses probably had a crack already or were old and brittle! No offer to replace the damage they caused but instead I am supposed to buy new glasses!! Very convenient way to make money: break customers glasses and then charge them for new ones! Crooked! Manager was useless, too. I will tell everybody who listens not to go to this place! The do not train their personnel, don’t take responsibility and if I had the time and money I would love to sue them. Will report them to the BBB.

Had to wait over a month to get an appt for a stye on my eye. Due to uncontrollable circumstances I was running late and made a courtesy phone call. I was told I had 10 min grace period. I walked in 11 min late and was turned away. Will not be returning to either of these offices.
