would
like
to
stress
the
only
good
experience
here
was
talking
with
the
actual
doctor,
but
that
was
it.
The
greeting
at
the
doors
was
very
rude
and
unwelcoming
from
the
counter
staff.
When
making
an
appointment
anywhere
around
lunch,
it's
a
very
bad
idea.
I've
scheduled
twice
for
an
afternoon
appointment,
and
both
times,
the
doors
were
locked
when
I
was
arriving
15
minutes
early
for
my
appointment,
fisrt
time
thet
were
on
a
two
hour
lunch.
The
second
time
when
I
went
in,
I
called
to
figure
out
why
there
was
no
one
in
for
my
scheduled
noon
appointment
and
the
representative
wasn't
from
that
location
but
was
able
to
tell
me
that
there
was
no
one
scheduled
to
work
that
day.
Why
would
you
do
that?
Let
people
make
an
online
scheduled
appointment
but
have
no
one
in
the
office
when
it
clearly
says
your
open
8am
to
8pm,
and
on
top
of
it,
not
inform
patients
that
there
will
be
no
one
in
to
take
you.
That's
a
waste
of
people's
time
and
resources.
On
top
of
it,
the
medication
provided
for
my
ear
infection
had
no
effect
and
was
the
reason
for
a
second
appointment,
and
now
it's
worse
and
will
be
forced
to
go
to
ER.
Who
provides
ineffective
medication?
If
you
can't
properly
care
for
patients,
maybe
that
shouldn't
be
your
practice.
