I went in for care in early November. While the medical staff was great, the billing department has been a nightmare. I gave them my insurance information the day I received care and they told me the bill would be sent to insurance. A week later I had 2 separate bills in my mail for a total of $1064. Insurance confirmed they never received the bills; the billing department told me to wait so I did. In the mean time they've sent me an additional $22 bill and now a past due notice. This was my first and last time using any Providence facility.

I would like to stress the only good experience here was talking with the actual doctor, but that was it. The greeting at the doors was very rude and unwelcoming from the counter staff. When making an appointment anywhere around lunch, it's a very bad idea. I've scheduled twice for an afternoon appointment, and both times, the doors were locked when I was arriving 15 minutes early for my appointment, fisrt time thet were on a two hour lunch. The second time when I went in, I called to figure out why there was no one in for my scheduled noon appointment and the representative wasn't from that location but was able to tell me that there was no one scheduled to work that day. Why would you do that? Let people make an online scheduled appointment but have no one in the office when it clearly says your open 8am to 8pm, and on top of it, not inform patients that there will be no one in to take you. That's a waste of people's time and resources. On top of it, the medication provided for my ear infection had no effect and was the reason for a second appointment, and now it's worse and will be forced to go to ER. Who provides ineffective medication? If you can't properly care for patients, maybe that shouldn't be your practice.

First time patient, and will definitely be back. The 40 minute drive was well worth it. Friendly staff, easy scheduling, and right off the freeway. Oh, and they have a feature in the app that allows you to check in when you arrive, no calling, nothing. Its location based, so they know you're there before you even exit your vehicle. Easy! Highly recommend

Despite the clinic being quite understaffed , the two nurses, Dipty and Angelica, are amazing! They check in incoming patients, do the initial exam, do labs and administer medications. Even with all this, they are kind and conscientious I received excellent care.

First off, I'd like to say the nurse I had was amazing. I've had her twice, when I've come into this facility. She's amazing and deserves all the praise unfortunately I do not know her name. But the doctor I had today, name Eirawen Sutliffe. I do not recommend. She was rude, cut me off when I was expressing concerns, and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. She also made me feel like I wasted her time. She also basically told me she couldn't help me because she's an ER doctor and sent me on my way. I understand there are limitations at Urgent Care facilities but as a medicial health practitioner do better. Maybe she hates her job, Idk but I left there in tears after how I was treated. Go somewhere else Ive had better experiences at Hawkes Prairie and College st locations.

Totally unsatisfied with my experience. When I visited for the first time the nurse practitioner or Dr. was complaining about how she didn’t like working there and she can go anywhere else and work. I cannot believe her professionalism. I did have to go back because I developed other symptoms and they sent a throat culture and they NEVER called me with my results!!!! I did, however, get the bill for the culture. You’ll want to go somewhere else.

I made 2 appointments, one was cancelled due to provider not showing up. The next I was in a room for an hour without seeing a provider, but the MA’s made sure to come in the room multiple times and tell me how difficult the paperwork is, and how they don’t do this paperwork often, etc. They then told me that the L&I paperwork was “missing” stuff, even though my claim wasn’t through L&I, as I’m a providence employee. They told me to go to a different urgent care which has 3+ hour wait times. Seemed as though they didn’t want to fill out the paperwork needed for my claim and it was more convenient for them if I left. It makes me sad that this is the level of care coming from this facility.

Front desk /MA was great. Unfortunately the APC Megan must not be comfortable in her practice as she was not helpful during my visit. She left me with no resolution and she essentially rushed through the visit just to tell me to keep doing "what I'm doing at home" to help myself. Had I known she was going to bill the visit just to not do anything I wouldn't have bothered to come in. I came in seeking and requested labs. She denied them and stated if symptoms persist for 2 more days to then return again to be charged for another visit to be able to then order a lab. Instead of ordering a lab and waiting for the results to proceed with ordering an appropriate Rx. Avoiding an unnecessary second visit. Since I had already came in for an initial visit, that would have made sense and that is providing great efficient patient care. I understand the business model for "express care" has time limitations , limited scope of practice and certain expectations. However, that doesn't mean it's acceptable for any provider to provide inadequate/ insufficient care at the cost of the patient. Doing the bare minimum but sufficient enough to code and be able to bill for the visit. I will not be returning and anyone considering going here please go elsewhere to meet your care needs.

Felt like I was visiting my regular primary care provider. Very courteous and professional staff. Put me at ease throughout the entire visit and ensured that I felt respected and important. I would highly recommend these folks.

I haven't had a bad experience here! They always get me in & out quickly with prescription called in before I'm even out the door. Highly recommend for those minor issues that happen on weekends or if your regular DR can't see you right away. I love the ease of online booking for time slot. I only wish they had a phone number to call instead of call center or wherever it goes.

They have posted hours but it doesn’t mean anything. Drove all the way from Yelm because it says they are open until 8. Get there at 6:15 and it is closed with a sign that says sorry.

Unfortunately, I did not get her name, but the front desk lady was very friendly and made intake a breeze. Eirawen, FNP was also fantastic. She is results oriented, efficient, and attentive. She may have a different personality than the front desk lady, but her role is different and I found her care to be “just what the doctor ordered”: Excellent! She went out of way to inform me of health conditions I didn’t know I had until I came in and to she evaluated as well as recommended medication to treat my sinus infection. I really don’t want to be sick and in need of their services again, but in the inevitable future, I will absolutely return. Thank you for the quality care today everyone! Apologies if pronouns used are incorrect! -Mia

Looking to avoid the ER with a not yet life threatening issue and kids with us, we waited a couple hours to get in and husband was denied medical care for an allergic reaction to a bee sting due to being a few minutes late (We left with plenty of time and gps took us to the plaza by Red Robin - it is not there). I am shocked that with his face and throat slowly swelling that they would tell us they can't help and to go find a walk in clinic elsewhere. No understanding or sympathy given. Highly recommend going elsewhere.

Everyone in the office was very welcoming and it was super easy to schedule a same day visit on-line. They efficiently diagnosed me and then made sure I understood and was comfortable with the plan, to get me well.

Some of the best care my wife has ever had. She went in with excruciating pain in her lower back due to her herniated discs. Was in and out within 30 min. The nurse at the front desk was efficient and empathetic to my wife's pain. The nurse practioner was amazing and knew exactly what to prescribe her after only speaking to my wife for a brief moment. She wanted to make sure my wife could make it to the pharmacy before 6 as every pharmacy would be closed by then. The staff at this clinic were amazing. My wife could not have been happier. First time in a long time I have heard her say how pleased she was with her appt on such short notice. Thank you very much to the amazing medical staff at Express Care!!!!

Very helpful. I felt better when I left because the PA knew exactly what was going on with me. I appreciate both ladies there for their kindness.

This place is exceptional from the front to the back. The receptionist was very accommodating in making my appointment, after checking several other clinics for me to see if they had quicker wait times. The provider I saw was exceptional. One of the best I’ve ever seen. She was super knowledgeable and very comprehensive with my care. I had several questions, she took the time to answer them all and never seemed rushed. She even called me personally to follow up. I can’t recommend this office enough. Thank you guys for all you do. You are the golden standard in health care.

Absolutely horrible service!!! I arrived early to my appointment & the doctor or nurse who ever she was gave me a rude greeting. Probably mad that she had to work. I ended up walking out BEFORE she even checked me in because she said in her grisly voice it’s appointments only… which i had an appointment. Then she told me she needed ID and insurance as I proceeded to get it out she told me to sit down and walked away. Didn’t check me in or anything and never came back. I ended up sitting in the waiting area made myself an appointment for urgent care INDIGO and canceled my appointment with providence. Absolutely horrible experience and horrible care

I made an appointment for my mom to be seen at 9:40am. We arrived to check-in, and a sign on the door said they were closed. We were not contacted prior to arrival. Now we are sitting at a different urgent care with no appointment. I'm not impressed.
