Overall the product provided was good. Follow up services need a little work.

So, tooth extraction sucks but if you have to do it please do it here. I Started my journey last February. The staff has been kind, courteous, understanding and professional. Prices are hard to beat but most importantly honest and kind.

From the moment I stepped through the doors I was treated with warmth and kindness from everyone. Very short wait to be seen and a pleasant place to wait. I had had my last teeth for over 30 years, and they where also made by Lacey denture clinic. I have never had a problem with the first set so I decided to come back. My new one's fit and look perfect! I have eaten with them now with no problems. I am a very satisfied customer and will urge every one I know who needs new teeth to go to the Lacey Denture Clinic.

I first got my dentures I looked at the uppers and they were so thin I could practically see through them.Sure enough in about two weeks they cracked down the middle. I took them back and they sealed it,in two more weeks they did it again.Again I take it in and again they cracked almost in half.Finally a girl at the window said she would suggest a mesh of some sort to strengthen it .So, for the third time coming in,driving from Chehalis Wa.. They fixed it. Am I to be impressed? Absolutely not By trying to save some money they made me the customer to come in 3 times ,when they could have just gave me strong uppers in the first place.

I shopped around trying to find a place to get a new smile. I decided on Lacey Denture clinic and have not been disappointed. I was terrified of the surgery but the doctor and staff made it quick and efficient, and helped me to remain calm. The Dentist and staff are very welcoming and knowledgeable. Lacey Denture clinic is the best place to get dentures. The staff is kind and friendly. They are very knowledgeable and good at what they do. I just got my second set of dentures, and they are better than the first set I had. I didn't even think that was possible. They fit and look so good! I love them. I would never go any where else! On my second upper as the dentist/denturist messed up my last one. I took the chance with LDC as the name speaks volumes how could they go wrong? Anyway they are professional, listen, patient and if you don’t like what you see before final plate, they start over. Your not pressured in anyway from start to finish. Thoroughly enjoyed coming here and recommend it!!!

Lets start by saying I don't usually give 5 stars to anyone. Lacey Denture Clinic deserves way more than 5 stars. I can be the biggest pickiest pain in the neck and Dr Toolson is so understanding. He always comes in with in with a smile. I had my teeth extraction done here as well, and that was a breeze. I got my immediate dentures rite away, and then 6 months later we started working on the permanent denture set. Things didnt go as excpected, my mouth is a little different than most and they have done everything to accommodate me and my eccentric ways. Thank you Lacey Denture

Had a full set of dentures placed in October last year and I love them; no issues at all and I feel amazing! The staff is so so friendly and helpful to this day with fills and check ups. They made me very comfortable the two days I was in for surgery. Amazing doctors and staff, I am so thankful I came here.
