Please get a second opinion first! I switched to a new dentist after the woman at the front desk, Becka, refused to answer basic questions and was very rude when I had to cancel my appointment due to a severe migraine. My new dentist informed me that I do in fact need a crown… but not on the tooth Dr. Ho recommended. My new dentist gave me a two hour exam that clearly identified the problem tooth, which was right next to the tooth Dr. Ho recommended. Dr. Ho also told me I needed another crown and NINE other fillings… my new dentist said there was no need to drill into perfectly healthy teeth and was surprised any of those measures were even recommended. Needless to say, Dr. Ho seems to be far more concerned with money than with patient well being.

Dismissive front desk woman named Becka, I am in so much pain after the dentist did a tooth extraction. I was under anesthesia for the removal and instead of relief my whole left side of my face is bruised, swollen and throbbing. Which can happen with extraction’s, I had multiple and never asked for any type of pain management, but this time I called and let them know what going on, they refused to help me!! Told me to take more NSAIDs which I am maxed out on and use an ice pack, all things I have already been doin obviously. I am now in urgent care and had to wait for 3 hrs…the nurses could not believe the dentist would not CC help me with pain management after seeing my bruised & swollen face!! I will be filming a formal complaint as well with Washington state dental quality assurance commission.. me and my family have had multiple successful dental appointments and even surgeries at this office but this time for some reason I’m not being taken care of… when it comes to being in this much pain once it is all it takes I will be switching dentists for my whole family.

We definitely found our go-to family dentist. Sarah Jane, Dr. Ho, and the front desk receptionist were amazing. After struggling to find an after hour dentist over the weekend, Olympia Dental Group were first to call back to how they could help. My wife got an appointment same day, diagnoses, and the fix. Such an amazing group of people. They truly care about their patients. + more ⭐!

This Dental office was great. 5 stars as they exceeded my expectations and addressed my needs. They were understanding and considerate of my long established dental fears. From the time I walked through the door, the gals welcomed me with a friendley smile, that kind of set the tone for the rest of my experiance. The Dentist was prompt and inergetic, I immediately felt like I was being cared for by someone who understood what was going on with my mouth. He outlined the steps I'd need to take so that I could finally get my teeth back on track. The assistant who was in the room. with us, was great at breaking it all down and making sure that I understood the treatment and how I could financially make it happen. I really appriacated that and was comfortable moving forward. I left feeling grateful, I knew I had established dental care for my whole family.

Had a cleaning about a month ago. The hygenist was very thorough. Today I had two fillings replaced and a crown. Going to the dentist is always difficult for me, but the staff made the procedure as painless as possible. Great place for dentistry work!

Came in needing urgent care and the woman at the front desk did some magic and they were able to get me in within an hour. I was helped by an absolutely wonderful woman (shout out Sarah Jane) and the Dr was quick, precise and professional to remove a wisdom tooth that was giving me trouble. I don't see how anybody could vote less than 5 Stars for Olympia Dental Group (unless that person is a huge pain in the assss) Fantastic staff. Very clean facility. Very professional doctor. Will be back in a non urgent capacity. Thank you all again!

If you have any fear or trauma around going to the dentist, GO HERE!! they are so sweet and wonderful and attentive, the doctor and all his staff are extremely gentle, and the desk staff are all very friendly and helpful.

This is the office to go to for top notch care. They truly care about their patients and the quality is superb. They are gentle and professional. Carla at the front desk always has the answers to my insurance questions and is very helpful and kind.

Imagine being on the beaches of Bora Bora; warm 80 degree weather, slow ocean breeze, sipping a mai tai in the south Pacific. Thats how you feel when going to this dental office. Its like a spa day for your mouth! Get ready to lounge in heated massage chairs and wrapping your ears with the complimentary Bose headphones to listen to the televisions hung on the walls for your viewing pleasure. Staff are great, doctor is great, and the office is well kept. Best dentist office this side of the milky way. You need this in your life.

Needed emergency extraction of two root tips causing chaos in my gums and absolutely fantastic experience. Provided water for me to swish in my mouth through out the initial exam. Gave honest opinions on my best recommended option on how to proceed with the teeth based on my lifestyle (didn't force services that I would not use or not take care of myself over time). Then proceeded to dig in and clean it up without any pain because they have some great numbing techniques (first a gel then the needle). I expected things like "I've never seen a mouth like this before" or some kind of quip to point out I could have done better but not once. It was all good laughs and happy times and good conversation. Heated and massage chair with youtube for music Playlist or videos while they are working to get you to zone out (I recommend a linkin park playlist)

I go in for my regular cleanings once every few months and they are always very thorough and quick to get everything done, I’ve also gosh in to get multiple cavities fixed and crowns done, they make sure everything is as painless as possible and make sure you are as comfortable as you can be. The staff here is very kind and easy to work with, the front desk staff is extremely knowledgeable and can help answer any of your questions. Great place to get your dental work done.

Had emergency dental extraction and this whole office and staff was great. From getting me in asap , to top notch treatment!! Highly recommend this Dr and team!
