Kandi was amazing when it came to signing our lease. I get off work late and she stayed and made sure everything was ready to go for us, she has been absolutely fantastic.

Renting was very easy with Kandi providing a personal touch to get us moved in quickly, answering any questions we had. Since moving the management team has been quick to respond to any issues we've had sending out the maintenance team as early as possible. Would absolutely recommend the complex to anyone looking to rent.

Kandi and her team of professionals were very welcoming and helpful when moving in, providing a guided tour of the amenities and services as well as assisting in the initiation of utilities. My apartment here is beautiful and essentially brand new, very pleased and grateful to be living here during my first tour to WA in over a decade.

Honestly the longer we are here, the worse things are, there’s no urgency whatsoever when it come to any kinds of repairs, buildings are rushed construction, management constantly passes blame, a month to get a washer swapped out with a demo unit until they could get it repaired, powers supposed to be out for two hours to connect a new building yet it’s now been 5 hours and there’s no confirmation when it’ll be back on, told to bring my food in the fridge into the office and place it in the fridge in there where anyone has access to it is just completely silly but what can you expect from a big company. Definitely do not recommend and will not be renewing at the end of this lease.

I moved in a couple days ago and it has been the easiest move ever. Not only is the apartment nice with everything working and great amenities; the staff are really friendly! I want to personally mention Kandi for having the best customer service and helping my boyfriend and I get settled. From the apartment walkthrough to the lease signing, Kandi has answered all questions and kept open communication. Thank you, Kandi!

We moved from out of state to WA, sight unseen. It was a bit scary to do that; however, Kandi truly made the whole experience wonderful for us. Not only did she take pictures of the Apt we were considering and sent them to us via email, she also answered the many questions we had with grace and patience. She truly made the experience of leasing an apt at Modera Lacey easy for us even though we were not able to visit beforehand. Now that we’re here at Modera, the Apt is just like the pictures, everything has been working properly, and the moving in experience was as easy as the leasing experience. Kandi met with us when we arrived and showed us our new home ensuring everything was working well. We appreciate the easiness of leasing/moving in and Kandi’s disposition and always helpful nature.
