We had a group of six so we stopped here for a late night meal and I'm glad we did. The service was exceptional and the food was good. The manager was great as he came by our table to check on how we were doing and tell us a joke. We all ordered breakfast entrees. The server made us fresh decaf and the chorizo is really good! The exceptional service really made our experience pleasant and will definitely bring us to this Denny's again.

I had the pleasure of dining at Denny's recently, and Sommer was our waitress. From the moment we were seated, she provided exceptional service. Sommer's warm and welcoming smile immediately put us at ease. She was attentive, taking our orders promptly and ensuring our drinks were always filled. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive, and she made excellent recommendations. Sommer's friendly and courteous demeanor made our dining experience truly enjoyable. We couldn't have asked for a better waitress. Thank you, Sommer, for your outstanding service

Order - The Brisket-It-All Melt Slow-smoked brisket burnt ends, crispy diced bacon, two eggs, sharp white cheddar, Diner Q sauce and pickles on grilled artisan bread, and served with a side of wavy cut fries. This was a great breakfast. Time - 20 mins Presentation - see pics Quality - 4/5 - it was Good and the brisket burnt ends tasted amazing. Quantity - 4/5 - lots of chips made up for the lack of burnt ends, filled a hole. Too much pickle. Value for money - Good compared to similar places.

Even with a short staff, this Denny's was 100% better than all of them. The service was great, the food was really good, and we didn’t wait long. We don't go out often anymore due to finances, so when we do go out, it really means something. We all left with smiles on our faces, including the kids.

It was extremely busy this evening when my family came for dinner. Sommer Joy was absolutely wonderful!!! She made our dinner such an enjoyable experience. Her personality and cheerfulness was so very refreshing. She is the best waitress we have had anywhere in a very long time.

After a long day of swimming my family and I stopped here for dinner. Instead of the run of the mill Dennys experience, we were met with our server Summer. She shined as bright as her name implys and my kids had an amazing time. Because my 4 year old was born right before COVID he's rarely been in a restaurant setting and was learning what the expectations are. She was patient, positive and welcoming. We had a blast and will be venturing back to this Dennys solely because of her! We live in tumwater and have a closer Dennys but the servers are nothing like Summer!

My husband ordered the chicken fried steak dinner. While the main meal was not bad, the "mashed potatoes" were a different story. Basically, it was a flat, runny mess of something with the look and consistency of baby food that didn't look anything like mashed potatoes, with a spoonful of gravy plopped on top of it, which actually made it look worse. He could not bring himself to eat it. The service actually was good and attentive, but it occurred to us that the server should have noticed that it didn't look right and interceded. If I were a food server, that's what I would have done, especially since the place was not busy at all. We were both exhausted from driving all day, and didn't really feel like making a stink about it. We simply wanted a decent meal and a place to sleep before heading home in the morning. We got one out of two.

I’ve been coming here for about 15 years + with my best friend! Over those years I’ve had terry as a waitress. As the years went our friendship grew and anytime we stopped in for breakfast we’d always request her. She even has our order down pat when she sees us she already has our coffee coming and knows our order. Her service, her personality, passion, kindness, loving nature, gentle heart, hilarious personality made us keep coming back just for her friendly caring spirit! She’s truly amazing and I know one of the top ones in that place. Love all the other staff but terry is on another level. She’s one of a kind with such a heart of gold. Just love her so much! Thank you Dennys staff for always being on top of the food, welcoming attitude, and service.

Eek. I hate writing reviews, it takes time. Never had to write a review over DIRTY DISHES, ew. Plates with hair, I should’ve taken a picture but decided to look past it … dunno what I was thinking. Burnt, but undercooked and raw. Smashed and soggy burger bun. Best thing was the fries… the most 0 effort item. Threw it away.

It is shocking how bad this place has gotten. I have been visiting this location since High School and I am shocked how bad it is now. We sat for 20min without getting a drink order. After the wait, they brought out the 2 childrens milk shakes we ordered and one of them was 90% water and both were essentially liquid not milk shakes and no drinks for my wife or myself. Another 15min pass and we finally get the plain tea and water ordered and got to put in our food order. 30min later part of our food order arrived. I ordered a cheeseburger and I got what I can safely say was the WORST Cheeseburger I have ever ordered. This beef looked like mashed together grizzle. My kids both had childrens eggs, pancakes and grapes. My sons eggs did not show up and we were told they were coming shortly. 25min later I asked about the eggs and they had forgot to order them. To make matters worse, we were charged for a side of eggs. This was the single worst dining experience I have ever had and I have walked out of dinners before. I cannot at this location being open much longer if this is how badly it is being run

Amazing and friendly waitress went out of her way. I Was not having best day but summer made my smile come back. Made sure that. Everything was perfect and loaned me a phone charger because I was on important zoom hearing. Wish that every waitress was as kind and considerate. Food was hot and Andre is best egg over easy hands down.

This was a really nice Dennys and the food was really good. Everyone working here was super nice and accommodating. Really appreciate the hospitality... raises may need to be in order.

So I I went around 7:00 or so I believe so it wasn't busy at all maybe about 5 or 6 tables and then they Fizzles out as I was still there. It was my birthday I was supposed to get a free breakfast and the pancakes although taste wonderful usually they were cooked on a very dirty grill with little black burnt specks of stuff that was cooked on the grill it was cooked inches of pancake of course none of it was warm and there was nobody there so there was no excuse for that. The milkshake was good but my friend ordered something and got a totally different meal and got charged like double the price so really not a good experience

came in with my husband at 3 am only one other couple came in during our time .. they were literally out of stock on everything. from whip cream on hot cocoa.. she said they didn't have any brisket. plus after 11pm they don't serve Mac and cheese. when I asked for half & half to make the cocoa creamer she asked why ? like kind of rude to question the customer. so he wanted the apple pie dessert and she said oh just so you know it takes 25- to almost 30 minutes so do you still want it. off-putting so he didn't get it. pancake puppies a tad on the dark side. salad was fresh. lemonade was good!!

Me and my friends went there and had dinner. The people in the back cooking had no hair nets. The people in staff had no hair nets. They food was cold. It sat out on the warmer tray for 7 to 10 minutes before they served it the waiter. He served the coffee by putting his fingers all around the top of the rim of it, and set it down, use this thumb on the side of the plate to set it on the table. Very horrible experience there and yes, I did voice my opinion to them.

This was my 1st time at this location & I had a very pleasant & pleasurable experience here😊. I give the servers, the food, the pleasant atmosphere way more than 10 thumbs👍up. I really enjoyed my meal & the server I had was just awesome!! I've been to many Denny's locations but this Danny's tops them all. The location is on a busy thoroughfare which makes it easy to locate. It's a kid & senior citizen friendly place. Let's face it...it's a people friendly place that has lots of good food & very friendly servers(waitresses/waiters)

I went on a weekday in the evening. It was spacey with a chill vibe. The booth, cracks and floor of the booth I was sitting in was clean. BIG Plus! Our waiter was great! Plus he brought us refills, without us even asking. I really appreciate the kids coloring menu, It helps to keep the kiddos occupied while waiting. The wait wasn't long though, and the food was better than what I was expecting. To top of it off the slogan cup was so cute.

I ordered the Bacon Avocado Cheeseburger; I'm sorry to say I'm not a fan of Denny's food quality; I only go because my dad enjoys their food. My food was horrible, extremely salty, and when I tell you how salty the burger was, it was saltier than McDonald's fries, and I like McDonald's fries. I added a couple of stars for the excellent service from our server Calvin who was prompt, polite, and just a good guy overall.

I had the best breakfast here. Terry was awesome at serving the food, she makes good conversation. I have ordered Grand Slam - Pancakes, Scrambled eggs and hash browns. I will visit next time again.

First of all, it's kinda hard to get to this Denny's, it's not obvious where the entrance is. Not much they can do about that, but that's how it is. Anyway, on to things they can control. Prices are very high. Especially for the mediocre portion sizes. I guess it's cool that kids eat free, but $16 for an adult entree cancels out in my opinion. Service at this particular Denny's absolutely leaves something to be desired. It was understaffed. It took time for us to get a table, despite the restaurant being empty. People were seated and cashed out out of order. Our server was also slow. She took a long time to take our order, and then a long time to bring us a check. Speaking of the check, they've transitioned to "pay at the front" which just added another level of waiting to our experience. Honestly I don't know if I would return to this Denny's. Shari's is across the street and at least they're more local.

Saw kids eat free during 4-10 pm and decided to grab dinner on a Sunday evening. Had one other family inside when we arrived, so it was quiet. The place was well kept and clean. I got the slamburger, and my wife got the BLT sandwich. Everything was cooked perfectly and delicious. Our waitress was awesome and never missed a step. I hadn't been to a Dennys in years, but this one is great, and we'll be returning.

Our server was absolutely fantastic. She went above and beyond to accommodate all of our requests. Though I wish there were more dishes specifically designed for "healthier" lifestyles, they had adequate options, and I was able to create my own "Slam" that met my dietary needs and it tasted fantastic. Though I'd wished the turkey bacon was crisper, but #1stworldproblems, right? Anyhow, I think we all left well fed and very satisfied!

The service was great, but the food not so much. Over-easy eggs came back over-medium. There was a cheese stick that was without cheese, and my eggs weren't laid over the hash browns as I like them. Had the food requirements been met the fifth star would have been there. The four stars goes to the hostess and server of the evening

My son, his mother and I are regulars here every weekend. My son ans his mom come during the week as well. Patty has mastered the definition of GREAT SERVICE! She is more than attentive and always makes us feel like family. Food is great and if something happens, like mistakes do on occasion. it is fixed and fast and with no hesitation or question. She remembers our favorites and always has our sons food on the way by the time we hit the seat. We will continue to come here and hope that all the new servers get to learn from patty. Thank u for an always wonderful dine in experience!
